Complaint: XX/XX/18 I went into XXXX XXXX XXXX with a pre-approval bank draft from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to purchase a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Even though I had secured financing on my own, I was required by Sales Manager XXXX XXXX to fill out a credit application. With a confused look, " I asked why am I filling this out when I already have financing set up? '' He replied with, ''this form is just for verifying your identity to make sure you're not a XXXX, I'm not pulling your credit or anything like that. '' So reluctantly I filled it out thinking that he was being honest about what he had just told me. Later on that day, I received an email alerting me that my credit had been pulled by XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX, which infuriated me. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX about this and the most that they could offer was an apology and second free of gas. I only completed the credit application because XXXX had informed me that my credit would not be reviewed and for that display of unethicality and unprofessionalism, I have submitted a dispute with XXXX. XXXX and XXXX will not allow me to submit a dispute without a Letter of Deletion from XXXX XXXX XXXX. So I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX yet again and got in contact with the Finance Manager XXXX XXXX, who's claiming that he is not aware of a letter like this so therefore I'm submitting this claim with hope that you all can help me. Additionally, if it helps at all, I do have an audio recording as proof that the inquiry was never authorized.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, employee XXXX XXXX ( internet sales manager ) discriminated against me based off of my credit report/score. He told me nobody called me back ( in person in front of my face/spouse and minor child ) from XXXX XXXX ( after being promised a call back in XX/XX/2018 ) because my credit was bad, stating that nobody wanted to deal with me. After calling XXXX XXXX for three days I finally got someone XXXX on the line, who I told I would report his behavior and attitude to his General Manager while speaking to him on the phone, he then began to tell me he had good news that day ... I declined the deal, actually coming in today with a spouse to co sign. Keep in mind we never signed any documents to consent for the credit check which is concerning. XXXX went on to degrading me verbally the entire evening, constantly saying that my " bad credit '' was the reason nobody in the dealership called me back. He cursed all night long, even trying to force my spouse to agree to a contract she did not agree to. He even stated that he would not forward our application to Honda Financial unless we agreed to the service contract/GAP insurance, attempting to manipulate us to agree with his terms, constantly telling us Honda will deny a deal unless the extended warranty was opted in by us.
XXXX repeatedly talked me down in front of my spouse, telling her that the extended warranty protected her from me because based on my credit I would default payments, damaging her credit, according to XXXX. He even told me to apply elsewhere, telling me to " go to your bank maybe they will approve you since you do not want the extended warranty added. '' Pre judging the joint application as if he was a legal licensed loan department representative. I am extremely offended and concerned with this behavior displayed tonight by this employee of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, California. I do not understand why me and my spouse were discouraged from proceeding with having our information submitted to Honda Financial. Please advise.

Complaint: Honda Financial Services refuses to furnish me with the proof that the wear and tear fees were billed and I had 30 days from XX/XX/2011 to make a payment in the amount of XXXX Honda Financial Services states that these are end of lease term fees. These were fees created after agreed upon 36 month lease was complete and car surrendered. I'm the consumer requesting proof of new agreement terms that will reflect when the payment of XXXX is deemed due and deemed late. 3 request have been made and I only received payment was payed 60 days late on my credit report.

Complaint: I disputed a late payment on my credit report from XX/XX/XXXX to just make sure the information was being reported accurately. Screen shot attached. Well when they replied and updated my credit report, it shows I was lateXX/XX/XXXX on XXXX and XXXX and then late XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. But not only that, they updated my credit report with a new late payment on XX/XX/XXXX saying I was 30 days late when that is not true. I feel that they are penalizing me for disputing a late payment when that is my right per the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I attached the new late payments that they only put on after I disputed.

Loan balance remaining after the vehicle is repossessed and sold
Complaint: I cosigned on a vehicle loan for my boyfriend to purchase a XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, financed by the American Honda Finance Corporation ( AHFC ). At that time, I was XXXX years old, a XXXX XXXX and was working part-time as a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Prior to that work, I worked as a XXXX at an XXXX XXXX where patrons could have pizza parties.
My boyfriend at the time worked as a XXXX XXXX at the Honda dealership where the vehicle was purchased. At the time, I was surprised to be able to co-sign for him since I could not even qualify to sign for my own car, because of my brief employment history, lack of credit and savings. In fact, my own car was in my Fathers name because I did not have any credit. The finance person at the Honda dealership assured me that since I was graduating in XX/XX/XXXX, that I was seen as an acceptable person to co-sign for him because I would be getting a full-time job in the near future.
After breaking up with my boyfriend/childs father, He experienced several employment challenges including working as a XXXX. His payment of the car was sporadic and I received calls from the AHFC on numerous occasions. They informed me that I would be held responsible for the vehicle if he did not make the payments, since I was a co-signer on the loan. I informed them on numerous occasions that I was not going to make payments on the vehicle unless I was given the vehicle.
When I applied for a loan to purchase a home, the mortgage loan office informed me that the vehicle had gone into collection. When I contacted AHFC, they informed me that they had repossessed the vehicle and sold it for {$7800.00}, almost half of what the vehicle is worth per XXXX XXXX XXXX estimates for Private Party Value leaving a balance {$16000.00} that I would have to pay if my ex-boyfriend does not pay it.
I have attached a copy of sheet entitled, XXXX XXXX indicating that the actual amount of the charge off is {$25000.00}. Although the balance is reported as {$17000.00} over an above the {$23000.00} identified as the balance. The High credit on the loan was {$29000.00} when the vehicle was purchased in XX/XX/XXXX
I believe that I was used by my boyfriend, the Honda Dealership and the AHFC. I believe that every trick in the book was used to finance my ex-boyfriends car because he was an employee of the Honda Dealership. AHFC never informed me that they were in possession of the vehicle. They just sold it and plan to bill me for the balance owed plus other charges.
I am willing to pay for my mistake, but I should have been provided an opportunity to have the vehicle if I am being made to pay for it. AHFC never provided me that opportunity.
I am going to hire an attorney and file reports with the State of Tennessee and the local District Attorneys office.

Problem with paying off the loan
Complaint: Honda Financials payoff - I traded in my Honda leased car with XXXX XXXX. the payoff of XXXX was mailed out on XX/XX/XXXX.
Later that month when I checked if the payoff was posted I saw an outstanding balance for Property tax posted for the amount of XXXX and I paid that off immediately to expedite the payoff process on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX my payoff had still not posted and I called customer service and was informed the payoff was short of XXXX dollars which I immediately paid as well. I was told the payoff will now go through in 3 business days.
I called back on XX/XX/XXXX asking why my payoff has still not been posted and was informed someone is still working on it. I called back on XX/XX/XXXX and was told someone is still working on it. I called back today XX/XX/XXXX and am being told the same answer. When I got frustrated the representative tells me this is not affecting my credit in any way. How can I be sure? If I went for a loan today will this balance be on my credit report as outstanding or not? Am i showing late payment for XX/XX/XXXX since the payoff is taking more than a month to go through. I am not given a good or reasonable answer as to why there is a delay in closing my account? All they keep saying for more than 3 weeks is we are reversing and reapplying payments for the payoff. Please advice.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX to purchase a new vehicle. An extended warranty that cost {$2600.00} and GAP insurance that cost {$750.00} was added to the loan. I went in 3 days later on XX/XX/XXXX to cancel within the 30 days for a full refund. XXXX XXXX assured me a refund would post to my loan by early XX/XX/XXXX. When that did not happen I contacted their customer service representative who did not respond back, but had XXXX XXXX contact me. XXXX Left a voicemail on XX/XX/XXXX assuring me the cancellation was in process and that the lender would get a refund with in 3-5 business days. On XX/XX/XXXX I still did not see a refund so I called XXXX XXXX who said he needed to get with his cancellation department and he would call me back. He never did call me back. Their customer service representative also ignored my emails. The contract says I can cancel but now I'm at the mercy of XXXX XXXX XXXX if they want to cancel the warranty contract and GAP coverage, even though I was fully entitled to cancel.

Complaint: Received an alert from XXXX, stating, I applied for credit from American Honda Financial on XX/XX/XXXX. Contacted American Honda Financial on XX/XX/XXXX, spoke with several individuals over 45 minutes. Honda stated they couldnt do anything or provide any information and file a dispute with Equifax. I filed a fraud dispute with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX received an alert ( Conf No. XXXX ), stating my dispute was complete. XXXX stated ( XX/XX/XXXX telephone call ), they can not remove the hard credit inquiry from American Honda Financial and I need to contact Honda. I contacted Honda on XX/XX/XXXX, they said I need to contact XXXX to have it removed. Called XXXX again, informed them what Honda said and I requested a supervisor. Informed the female supervisor of the situation, she said again, contact Honda, they have to request the removal of the hard inquiry. I informed both companies, this was a fraud credit request. Both parties are saying contact the other party. I have spent over 2 hours on the telephone with XXXX and American Honda Financial requesting the hard inquiry be removed from my credit.

Problem with personal statement of dispute
Complaint: I completed a 36 month lease agreement for a XXXX honda XXXX with Honda Financial Services XX/XX/XXXX. Vehicle was turned in with 0 payments due. 45 days later While Honda Financial Services had possession of said vehicle, Honda Financial Services was given a detailed inspection list of wear and tear for end of lease damage. HONDA Financial services in returned billed me XXXX. I wasnt offered a new contract stating the terms of repayment for the end of term damage. I PAID the XXXX and a negative report was still reported to all 3 credit bureaus. The 45 days it took to create the damage report would definitely show that the XXXX bill wasn't a monthly payment. I've disputed error and I'm told account is mine, which I never denied being the leasee of the XXXX honda XXXX.
as of XX/XX/XXXX Honda Financial Services still reports to the credit bureaus a car payment that was 60 days late. This is not fair. 7 years later I am still requesting they delete all history good or bad of this account from my credit report. Im requesting new laws on how fees accumulated at end of lease are collected.

Complaint: American Honda Finance account number is not fairly and accurately reporting to XXXX XXXX and until recently XXXX.The problem is my late payment history which reports vastly differently on all 3 credit bureaus.I have attached the recent bureau reports within the last week for proof.
The late payment history occurs not from my ability to pay ( I could afford 5 or 6 XXXX dollar monthly payments ) but from a technical problem with auto-pay, the Honda website and my banks ' security problems with large online payments.I will send a payment in and the bank will tell Honda to send it back and HONDA DOES.I never received notice of the numerous incidents in time to avoid the lates.It became confusing but now I attend to each payment as if my bank and Honda wouldn't do their jobs correctly.
I would like my credit reporting to be altered to acknowledge the above and would hope that my payments would always be credited on time.XXXX has only 1 late but the others have more than 10 yet they are all different months with the exception of 2 or 3.Please see attachments.

Per FCRA law this item should be removed from my credit report already due to the 7 years requirement from the date of first delienquency. Kills my phine battery, takes up my time and is annoying and is irritating me know. When I answer it gives me a message with a phone number to call back.
