Complaint: I applied for a XXXX with the promo attached to this form. I spoke with 4 reps. First rep said that the XXXX XXXX point offer was on my account and promised that I would receive it, but the part of the offer about the {$100.00} statement credit was not on my account and he would submit a ticket for investigation and gave me reference number : XXXX Second rep said to wait on the investigation on the {$100.00} but reassured and promised that the XXXX were coming. Third rep said the {$100.00} statement credit came from XXXX, not Amex and to call XXXX Fourth rep said I gamed the system because I closed an account with them a long time ago ( A cashback card ) and I could not get either the points or credit. I explained the situation behind the closed account : It was my first card with Amex and I upgraded it and got another card ( the green card ) with no bonus because I liked Amex, also because I liked them, I referred a friend. Neither her nor me received our referral bonus. Amex refused to help, saying that we did something wrong and that a system error was impossible. I was frustrated at the poor way Amex handled the situation and therefore ended my relationship with Amex. Then, about a year later, Amex sent me an apology letter and made things right, so I decided to give them another try. I was not gaming them ... I also, was not notified that I was ineligible, as the forth rep said I was. I asked him to consider if he were to buy a computer at the store that said in big letters 8GB RAM, then in fine print on the back said may not be 8GB RAM. I asked if he would feel cheated after he bought it and found out that the store did the bait and switch on him. He didn't answer/ignored that hypothetical scenario ...

Complaint: Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX there have been numerous inquiries on my various credit reporting agency. I have reported the fraud to all reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) as well as called each creditor reporting inquiries on my reports with these agencies. XXXX has been unhelpful removing the inquiries. American Express has REFUSED to remove the fraud inquiries but has marked them as such internally - the inquiries are still on my report and have affected my ability to obtain new credit and have damaged my scores which is costing me a lot of money in higher interest rate loans now. AMEX accepted my report - but have not provided any deletion letters to me or to the Credit Reporting Agencies. XXXX XXXX and XXXX have also accepted my report - but have not provided any deletion letters to me or to the Credit Reporting Agencies. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX all still show inquiries on or about on XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX which were all fraudulent attempts at obtaining credit in my name and social but at wrong addresses and unknown phone numbers. I have called each of these creditors and advised them of the fraud but they are not removing the inquiry reports to the CRA 's.

Complaint: To start of I made a purchase with XXXX using the prepaid American Express Bluebird debit card. I never receive my package and I was already having problems with receiving the package the next day like i was suppose to. So I contacted XXXX and they kept telling me to take it up with my financial bank that I use to make the purchase so i can get my money back when i filed a dispute. I sent everything the bank would need such as proof of conversation with the rep. from XXXX, police report, tracking information, and the reason why I was filing the dispute. They kept on denying the dispute and suspended my account and said i couldn't get another account with them. From what I was told when banking with a company they suppose to see why i never gotten my package and why the company XXXX took my money I spent and not try to at least send me a replacement for the product. Call XXXX Monday they still don't have any idea where the phone is. So Bluebird refused to credit me the money bank that XXXX basically took from me and Bluebird block my number from contacting them about the charge. I literally had to call on another phone just to tell them that XXXX still isn't trying to return my money. But all Bluebird supervisor could tell me is they can't pull up any information about the account since it is closed. Bluebird was wrong for not trying to help me get my money back. {$1300.00} is waaaay to much money to waste and i refuse to let it just be ignored.

Complaint: I had a judgement against me, but I was never served. I was never given the opportunity to plead my case. I offered to make payments and my offer was declined. They're now threatening to make me pay {$130.00} a month or garnish my wages. I am self- employed and I'm homeless. They can not garnish my wages, but I'm afraid since they've already broken the law by allowing a judgment against me even though I was never served Im afraid they'll just garnish my wages anyway. Complaint: My Platinum American Express Delta SkyMiles with an annual fee of {$190.00} has few flaws that are outstanding! Recently I made a purchase of two plane tickets on XX/XX/2019 with Delta and used my AMEX Delta as I always do to pay. Got my confirmation and receipt and everything looked good. Days later I noticed the charge on my card is double what it should have been and 4 tickets were issued for same passengers and same rout and same time! Here comes the first short coming with this card, means of contact if you have a problem is : call, chat, write a physical letter. No email option is given, which means I was glued to my computer to live chat with someone about this problem of double charged and It took me more than 3 hours and was an exhausting process since they tried first to convince me " may be it is the Tax ''! My chat should be in their document but when I asked to send me a copy of our chat they refused. I am in shock how a platinum {$190.00} fee card, failed to protect me and notify me with a fraud alert of such an apparent mistake. Who buys 4 seats for 2 people for same flight? This means I had no protection. my other cards however, have a fraud alert even when I pump gas in other states they stop working until I reassure them it is me. And no this is not a feature that I turned on it came with my other card for free. Amex never explained what went wrong but the dispute was resolved 25 days after. What I need from them is : 1-Have email communication available for customers so people wont be glued to phone or computer for a long time 2-explain why they failed to detect the overcharge when so clear and notify me and on top of that when I complained their untrained employee tried to make the over charge legitimate by writing back to me " may be it is Tax '' and I decided to lay out the math of charges for her. 3- I deserve the annual fee for this year to be credited to my account due to lack of their services. They have already billed me for this year few days ago.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I reached to XXXX XXXX XXXX about my American Express card. They said I owned XXXX we settled the account at XXXX. One payment on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX, a second payment on XX/XX/XXXX of {$1000.00}, and third and final payment of {$1000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. They said they would send me a settlement letter explaining the deal we had just agreed on. I spoke to XXXX and his manager. Today XX/XX/XXXX I called back because I hadnt received the settlement letter even though I had already made the first payment. XXXX told me there was no settlement and that I now owed added interest on the account which totaled around {$240.00}. They took my inicial payment on the settlement didnt send me a settlement letter and are now charging me interest. According to the XXXX there was no settlement done and I still owe the full amount. I feel ripped off of my rights as a consumer and as a citizen. They reported the wrong amount to the credit bureaus. Even though I made a {$450.00} dollar payment on the settlement.

I would have never applied for the card had the promotional offer not been offered. Complaint: I have had the Bluebird by American express/ XXXX XXXX XXXX for at least five years. Recently, I purchased something then a week later, returned it. Since it was purchased through XXXX with my American Express bluebird card, that is the way they refunded it. So everything on the XXXX and went through smoothly, it shows up on my American Express bluebird account but they will not release the funds for seven days. My account reflects that the Refund was processed XX/XX/XXXX but it says hold for merchant review. these funds not available. I dont know what kind of trickery they are trying but lately if I have a refund no matter how small or how big, American Express Bluebird has a seven day hold on it even though its on my account as a refund. My thinking is they make money and my money for seven days and they owe me interest because it has already hit my account on XX/XX/XXXX but theyre holding it. I would like to file this complaint against them and havent researched because if it showing up on my account shouldnt I have access to the funds? I have never seen this with another bank in my life. I also have a XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX card and none of these hold for merchant review. I know theres some loophole that theyre probably falling through because truthfully I dont think any of them are American, as suggested by American Express. The bluebird card is linked to put in my payroll, which I never had an issue with. But whenever I have a refund I have to wait seven days? Now if it never showed up for seven days I could kind of understand that but since its just sitting there in my account, someones making money and it isnt me.
