Complaint: This is my 3rd attempt to get this problem resolved but American Express refuses to provide information via transfer verification, copy of check, written verification that the {$2900.00} Balance Transfer was made to the correct account. I have spoken to XXXX XXXX yet again today and have verified that this payment was n't posted to my account. They have asked that I be provided with something other than a letter to prove this payment has posted. They stated that American Express knows exactly what to do to get this clear as this is n't their 1st Rodeo. Maybe as their letter states it was applied to an account ending in XXXX but not my account. I would like to get this resolved. I have included a copy of the last document that they have sent to me in response to this dispute. I have also included a copy of all payments posted to my account over the last 12 months and there is no payment in the amount of {$2900.00} on the date American Express states it was made and from them. This will be my final attempt to get this matter resolved before a legal action is filed and damages are requested. This amount needs to be removed from my account until written proof can be made via XXXX XXXX that this payment has been made. THIS IS MY FINAL ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THIS. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Complaint: I received an email XXXX XXXX, 2017 to apply for a Delta Gold American Express card with no foreign transaction fees, and if I spent {$3000.00} in the first 4 months of receiving the card ( which I did within 2 weeks of receiving mid XXXX ), I would receive XXXX airline miles into my Delta account. I have the email. I waited 2 billing statements but didnt receive the miles. After calling Delta credit card services and AmEx credit liaison supervisors several times, was given the its the other parties responsibility over and over. Finally I was told it was an internal problem with AmEx ; they issued cards to previous card holders and the promo was only for new card holders which I was. I was given complaint # XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX by supervisor liaison at AmEx XXXX XXXX. I checked a week later as she suggested, was shunted around and no one was aware of this problem. It was once again the other parties problem. This is fraudulent advertising. I did everything right. I still do not have the XXXX miles. I have been a loyal Am Ex consumer since XXXX. My husband is a Platinum/Diamond Delta business traveler and we both have been loyal to Delta for our trips. No one is taking responsibility for this fraud. Please help. Thank you.

Complaint: Hello I had purchased American Express Serve Cards - total of 4 cards ( one each for my daughter / wife / father-in-law and me ). When I tried to register these cards on our name we were denied stating some issue. We were told to spend the balance on the card and close it. However they charged {$4.00} on each card after 30 days as we were not able to use the balance by then. The issue - if the card would had been registered on our name we would not have had those charges as the terms mentioned the same. But due to the issue with the registration process we had to pay the fees. Also using around {$500.00} from each card was not possible in a month and hence we were lost around {$19.00} and requested American express serve prepaid card company to refund it. But they did n't do the same. Need help here.

Complaint: I applied for American Express Gold Delta SkyMiles card on XX/XX/XXXX. I applied under company advertise saying XXXX delta airlines bonus which was published online and also advertised in XXXX flight. I applied and was approved and received my card in 2 weeks. Card required me to use > XXXX $ in first 3 months to receive bonus miles. I actually used > XXXX in first 2 months and did not receive bonus miles. WHen I called American express company, I was told, ' We do n't guarantee bonus miles to everyone and give the bonus on the case by case basis. I applied for this card back in XX/XX/XXXX but I cancelled the card before I received it and never received the card. I had never owned gold delta card before, never used it before and have never received any bonus miles on this card. However, American express company is denying to offer me bonus miles ( XXXX, which is worth about XXXX to XXXX $ travel ). When I called and requested to talk to their supervisor, they hung up the phone on me and on calling again on waiting for 50 minutes on phone, they are not connecting my call anywhere so I can talk to anyone. I am not sure what I can do at this point.

Complaint: I applied and was approved for an American Express " Gold Delta SkyMiles Business '' credit card on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. As part of the application, I was offered a promotional " welcome offer '' consisting of XXXX bonus XXXX SkyMiles. This offer carried the following terms : " Earn XXXX bonus miles after making {$1000.00} in eligible purchase on the Card in the first 3 months ( 92 day ) of Card Membership. The Welcome bonus offer is not available to Applicants who have or have had this product. The bonus miles will be credited to the Card Member 's SkyMiles account 6-8 weeks after they meet the {$1000.00} purchase requirement. '' This offer is verified in a chat excerpt that is attached. I met the spend requirement of {$1000.00} on XXXX XXXX ( 87 days after approval ) with a purchase totaling {$37.00} to XXXX XXXX Now, which gave me a total spend of {$1000.00}. I have included my billing statements for all months the account has been opened to verify this. After waiting the specified 8 weeks from meeting the spend requirement, I reached out to American Express requesting a status on the whereabouts of the missing points. I was told there is a system issue that is causing points to not be credited. I was given a chat id of XXXX to note the conversation in which I requested the points be issued. American Express advised the investigation would take several weeks, but it has been almost a month beyond when the points should have posted. Screenshots of chat excerpts have been included.

XXXX released the funds and Bluebird is giving me the run around telling me different stories, one being that XXXX did n't release the funds yet, and another being that it was released but American Express requires the funds to be held for 30 days. Also when I called Bluebird, I had to call back about four times because every time I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on by the representative.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX American Express had a promotion that stated if you get an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and spend {$3000.00} in the first 90 days they wouldcredit your XXXX XXXX account with XXXX XXXX XXXX bonus points. I applied and received the card and met the spendingf threshold on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted AE on XX/XX/XXXX as it had been 8 weeks sincemeeting the threshold and enquired why my points had not been credited to my XXXX account. I was informed I had to wait 6-8 weeks before it was credited. AE told me that they had opened an internal investigation and that I would have to wait anothe 6-8 weeks for the investigation to be conducted. on XX/XX/XXXX I contacted them again and they told me it was being investigated. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted them again and now was tols 7 - 8 weeks for the investigation.On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted them and AE told me that the " specialists '' had identified the problem and that my XXXX points will be credited " some time in XX/XX/XXXX ''. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted them again and was told that I will received the bonus points " sometime in XX/XX/XXXX ''. On XX/XX/XXXX still no points and still getting the run arround from American Express. They are still not providing me the promised points and still not providing me with an outcome.

Complaint: American Express routinely bombards me with phone calls with offers, such as " free '' hotel stays. They are NEVER free. I told XXXX to stop the calls, and yet they persist. More recently, they called telling me, that because I was a " good customer, '' they were awarding me XXXX bonus points. The call came from a person with a heavy accent. When I asked where she was calling me, the line was disconnected. American Express refuses to stop these calls and refuses to live up to any of its promised promotions. I already have canceled some of my accounts with American Express and in the coming months, will cancel the rest. But I know that means nothing to such a huge company. They need to be made to held to account for such shameful -- and fraudful ( is that a word? ) marketing.
