I've sent numerous letter ( s ) to XXXX XXXX to have this account " investigated '' because I have no knowledge of this account that's why I've been requesting competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have or even had some contractual obligation to pay {$12000.00}. I've also notified xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx in my letters that their wilful non-compliance to follow Federal and local State laws dependent upon their response ( s ), that I may be detailing any potential issues that I see fit regarding their response to my request ( s ) will be used to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Attorney General 's Office and XXXX XXXX XXXX, via sent certified mail. Thus far, I have received ( 6 ) responses from xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx and none of their response ( s ) have any documentation bearing my signature to establish that I have any contractual obligation with this company for them to be trying to collect any monies they say I owe them or to be providing unverifiable and incomplete information to XXXX, for it's reporting purposes.The furnisher is providing unverifiable and incomplete information to me and to the credit bureau with bare bone jargon and itemize statements which are insufficient and not validation. This information is being reported as being verified information and this is clearly not validation but a clear violation on both parties of the law, of the furnisher and the credit bureau ( XXXX ) of the FCRA & FDCPA and local state laws. I request to have this issue investigated and if it's determined that federal and state laws has been broken i request that this account be immediately removed from my credit profile with the credit bureau ( XXXX ).

Complaint: This complaint is against American Express credit card ending in XXXX under the name of XXXX XXXX.
Some of the charges are unknown and unauthorized and some additional fees have been imposed on them too. I tried to resolve the issue but the call is usually disconnected after long holds and various transfers. Id really appreciate if u could help me resolve this issue.
Theres a transaction of {$100.00} on XX/XX/XXXX is which is completely unauthorized. I dont know how and why it was posted.
Another unauthorized transaction of {$440.00} was posted on XX/XX/XXXX under the name of XXXX.
Since I paid my XXXX tuition fee a number of times, it seems that I was mistakenly charged a {$75.00} on XX/XX/XXXX.
On top of that, I have been charged a late fee of {$27.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and interest charges of {$2.00} and {$86.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX respectively.
Id be extremely grateful if u could help me waive off these above mentioned charges and resolve the issue.

Complaint: I have recently moved out of the US for good. As such I am closing most of my credit cards that I haven't used for a while and those that don't have any balances pending.
As part of this I also closed an XXXX Amex Gold Card (XX/XX/XXXX18 ). I mentioned the reason for card closure to the agent as well.
Unfortunately American Express claw-backed XXXX MR points that I had received as welcome bonus claiming that I was trying to game the system! I tried reinstating the card as well but Amex wont allow me to do that too.
I have been a loyal Amex customer for almost 2 years in the US and prior to that for 7 years in XXXX and XXXX. I have never tried anything that goes against the ToC. It is simply unfortunate that that I had to close one card within 6 months of opening!
All I am asking is that the points to be reinstated as a goodwill measure.

Problem during payment process
Complaint: I have spoken to both American Express ( American Express Blue Preferred Card ), and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I processed a payment on XX/XX/18 through the AmEx mobile app. This payment should have been deducted from a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account, however it was attempted to be deducted from a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account. That account didn't have sufficient funds for the {$1500.00} payment, and returned with NSF charge of {$35.00}. American Express then attempted two ( 2 ) more times to deduct funds from this account WITHOUT my consent. Leading to two ( 2 ) additional NSF charges from XXXX XXXX. This led to a total of {$100.00} of NSF fees for one attempted payment. I attempted to contact XXXX XXXX about this, and they refused to refund me any charges, and after much complaint, they agreed to refund a single {$35.00} NSF charge. They told me that they would require a letter from American Express on letterhead from a supervisor or manager. I called American Express and spent 81 minutes ( 1 hour and 21 minutes! ) on the phone with them explaining my problem and attempting to get help, I was transferred and spoke to either seven ( 7 ) or eight ( 8 ) different representatives. Each time I was transferred, It became more difficult for them to hear me. I find this to be either a common issue when dealing with these institutions and the phones they use. This tactic essentially allowed them to disconnect my call as they could " no longer hear me '' I stated very clearly that a ) I needed a letter sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, stating that I did not authorize these multiple charges, that it must be on letterhead, and that it must be signed by a manager or supervisor and b ) it could be faxed to XXXX at ( XXXX ) XXXX. One agent at AmEx was even kind enough to go onto a three-way call with XXXX to explain the situation, and was told that there is nothing they can do to help without the form.
American Express told me it was standard procedure to make multiple attempts to charge someone for an attempted payment. I explained clearly that I did NOT AUTHORIZE them to charge my account multiple times, and that if notified, I could have informed them they were charging the incorrect account, in fact, I turned around and made the charge on XX/XX/18 a second time, because it never appeared as deducted from my XXXX account and never showed as payed on the AmEx website.
Meanwhile XXXX XXXX is making {$100.00} off of NSF fees that I never authorized in the first place. I believe that these tactics by both institutions, to make things so difficult on consumers, by a ) requiring forms that no one seems to be able to produce and b ) transferring people so deep into a companies organization, creating massive amounts of time lost and making the call extremely difficult, by making it hard to hear, AND by making a consumer repeat there complaint 5+ times to various people along the way amounts to some form of organized theft of personal funds to increase profits.
