Complaint: I purchased the bluebird card and loaded a {$190.00} on XX/XX/XXXX.
I tried to use after I bought it and couldn't, so I went back to XXXX and spoke to a supervisor and store manager and they said it had to be on your end.
Because my receipt showed it had been scanned upon purchase and loading the {$190.00}, that I had to call Bluebird/American Express.
Bluebird shows it's an invalid card ( was not scanned appropriately ).
I have called at least 40 times and I have spoken to 8 or 9 supervisors and also spoke to XXXX in prepaid resolution dept and his supervisor. I was given an email address to forward documents for resolution and would get something in the mail within 5 to 7 days.
Because the 3 fax numbers that had been given to me, I was continuously told they didn't receive my documents.
After emailing on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX I called back 2 hours and verified docs were received and spoke to XXXX supervisor and was told they had to forward documents on to the group that handles my type of complaint with the card.
I emailed documents on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX.
I asked for an update and to no avail.
I'm still waiting, no update or communications.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2017 I applied for an american express delta credit card. They offered XXXX mile if spend XXXX in 2 months and an additional XXXX miles if spend additional XXXX in 6 months. I was accepted for the card and spent {$3000.00} within 3-4 months but never got the miles. I called them a few times and the said they would look into it but nothing done and no explanation. One time I was told maybe I had an account before so I wouldn't get.
Not sure if had account before and offer doesn't exclude if had account before.

Complaint: I am the owner of AMEX credit card and charge card, I do get some welcome bonus, which is Membership Rewards earlier. At the beginning of XXXX, I was tried to transfer some Membership rewards to XXXX XXXX miles, but it shows " This action will not be completed at this time because your account is currently being reviewed to make sure all eligible purchases meet qualifying criteria. '' Meantime, I tried to fix this problem with AMEX MR team many times, they all gave me same response, " we can not do anytime about it " " you have to wait until the process done '' I also ask how long it will be taken, customers services always they are not sure how long it will take, this is very SAD!!! because of this REVIEW, I missed two trips with my friends. Today, ( XX/XX/2018 ) I am still trying to fix this problem with customer service, and I still get the same response, ( I can not do anything for you ), then I ask for speak with the supervisor, I hope the problem will be getting solved, BUT the supervisor say exactly the same words to me as well. THIS IS SAD, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Complaint: On XX/XX/18 my Amex card was charged for a Condo I booked through XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, AL. On my way down ( XX/XX/18 ), I text XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX requesting the information needed to get into the Condo. She immediately admitted that there was an issue and that she overbooked. She later tried to say the Condo had flooded. At this point, she took my credit card number and booked another condo through Vacation Rentals By Owner. She did so without my consent. I thought she booked through another agent and was going to use what I had already been billed for to cover the cost. She also promised me a XXXX dollar credit because the first night was spent in a dump and nothing close to what I had booked. My Amex card was then billed for XXXX by XXXX. I did not learn this until my Amex bill came in on XX/XX/18. I worked with the merchant through text and phone calls in an effort to clear the matter up, and finally gave up and started calling the merchant at XXXX to clear things up. I finally gave up when nobody was willing to help and disputed both charges with Amex ... the original XXXX from XXXX XXXX and the XXXX from XXXX. I have numerous text proving that I do not owe both properties and that I am due a credit of XXXX from XXXX XXXX. I explained the situation to Amex and they said they would invistigate. The only communication I have received from Amex was a letter saying the charges were removed until further notice. I finally reached out to them our XX/XX/18 to see if they wanted any of the text that I had between me and the two property managers. They said sure, but when I was able to submit it this past Monday, XX/XX/18, they had closed out the dispute. I received a letter today that said the investigation was closed and that I had booked both properties. In that letter alone there is a lot to be questioned. For example, the spelling of the receipts they were provided had two different spellings of my last name. They also never checked the IP address where the properties were booked. Nor is it possible to get through to the merchant on the phone number provided on line. They simply either did not investigate at all or somehow had another contact number for XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX and took for her word as the truth. They summed their report of by saying that the properties were less than six minutes apart and I booked both. Very Very poor investigation. I have countless text to prove that I only booked one property and the events that occurred after. Please help me resolve this.
