Complaint: I submitted a complaint regarding our HELOC loan with Wells Fargo on XX/XX/2017 ( Complaint number XXXX ) and the issue is still outstanding. We received a letter from Wells Fargo on XX/XX/2017 stating that their goal was to respond by XXXX, but that it would take them until XX/XX/2017 to " complete their work ''. Today is XX/XX/2017 and we have not heard from Wells Fargo again regarding this issue. I want to make the CFPB aware that Wells Fargo is not keeping up with their finalization of this issue. I 'm attaching the letter that we received from Wells Fargo stating that they would complete their work by XX/XX/2017. Thank you

Complaint: This in a complaint against wells fargo Bank with my checking account, yesterday I made a claim by telephone because they have made a transfer and payments from my account to others without my authorization is fraud, as well as paid withdrawals. To my surprise they have mocked me because my claim did not take, today call to follow up on my claim and told me that there is no claim. I thought this bank respected its customers. What I did was to waste my time and my money because you are pure fame and marketing because they are not responsible for fraud cases, as they say when there will be an account and the automated system also, everything is lies. I feel humiliated and mocked as well as discriminated against.

Complaint: I bought an A/C in XXXX through XXXX and I got a credit store financed with Wells Fargo under a Promotion for 18 months with a 0 % Apr, ended in XX/XX/XXXX. For that reason I was making enough additional payments to my account to pay the debt in time before XX/XX/XXXX .... Also, when a customer wants to make payments " on time '' take extra precaution so I did and set up the automatic payments to " pay on time '' meaning not missing any " due date ''. However, I made extra payments to reach the amount before the promotional interest has ended. But Wells Fargo was not taking the extra money I was putting into my account because I had the autopayment set up, and just the minimum amount of this system was accepted and no additional payments were accepted. Yes, I believed I was making additional payments for many months, but in the reality they were not processing those payments. So, at this point it looks to me that this a " tricky system '' Wells Fargo is using to overdue payments, and in my case they won a " deferred interest ''. This tool is doing the opposite because is not letting the customer make payments " on time '' the automatic payment is there to help customers, and it has to be an " useful tool '' and Wells Fargo ' s system is not doing that. How do they think a customer can reach their total balance on time if they do not let customers pay extra payments other that the minimum amount with this automatic system they have. My original debt was {$4900.00} in XXXX was a balance of around {$500.00}, they applied the deferred interest of more of {$1500.00}. When I called The first time to Wells Fargo I did not realize about this issue with their system, worry about this situation I was trying to move this debt into another account due the high interest they also applied 28 %. As always taking care of my finances. But it is when I realized " why '' the total debt was not paid " On time '' so the representative admited she could see I was making " those unsuccessful additional payments '' due to their system and admited it was their fault. So she reduced the debt saying that was all her system let her do, I ended paying around {$800.00} just for the " deferred interest '' Is it not fair.

Complaint: Summary I obtained a mortgage loan for an investment home in XX/XX/2014. One of the conditions of the loan was to make certain repairs to the home. Reserve funds was withheld until the repairs were completed. After the repairs were completed, the reserved funds were applied to the loan principle instead of being returned to me. My principal complaint is that these should have been given to me. The original lender was XXXX, and the mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo. I do n't know which lender made the decision to apply the reserve funds to the loan principal. Nevertheless, Wells Fargo says that the funds can not be redirected to me because I did n't give them notice that I wanted the funds returned to me. Additionally, this notice was required to be made within 30 days of the date that the reserve funds were transferred to my loan principal. I was never given such notice. XXXX XXXX.
