Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX, had a joint account together with my mother and we were scammed through receiving a fraudulent check. My best friend asked if her boyfriend could deposit {$400.00} in her account so she could pay her rent. When the {$400.00} posted I XXXX the money to my friend, XXXX XXXX ; however, then I noticed {$2100.00} extra in my account. XXXX stated that her boyfriend deposited the extra money into the account for her. The funds were released from the bank within the same day, although I did not have any money to cover the personal check that was deposited not had ever had the money to cover the check. I withdrew the money and gave to XXXX and a week later the check was returned as a bad fraudulent check. It was found out through the bank that 7 other checks were returned in the same matter to Wells Fargo. XXXX agreed to give the money back to me and then deposited a {$3500.00} check in my account, which was also fraudulent. In the mist of all the confusion and disputing with the bank, Wells Fargo has been very uncooperative, rude, and disrespectful. I have disputed the checks on 3 different occasions and merely asking for the question to be answered on who deposited the checks? Although I bear some fault and being native and gullible, I believe this is a massive check scamming ring involving Wells Fargo bankers or tellers. A personal check should have never been allowed for same day withdrawal, especially from a college students account who did not and never had the funds to guarantee the check. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 4 years and even when I deposited a check from the IRS and had the money in my account, the check was still placed on a hold status. I truly believe that Wells Fargo is trying to cover up their wrongdoing and will not give me any information. They will not even advise at which branch the check was deposited. We are asking for the cameras to be pulled to verify who deposited the check, but to no avail. Each complaint I make gets closed and then when I remind them the original question has not been answered, they open another complaint with another department. The last department was with the check fraud claims department, XXXX XXXX at number XXXX. XXXX XXXX failed to return any calls until two weeks later and refused to answer any questions and then hung up the phone. He was very unprofessional and I am unsure of why you have claims or a fraud unit when the bank fails to properly investigate the claim. I have since filed a complaint with the XXXX Police regarding the matter. Again I am asking for Wells Fargo to properly investigate the claim and advise of who deposited the checks into my daughters account. To date, Wells Fargo continue to be uncooperative. The police officer had to submit a warrant to just find out the truth on who deposited the checks ; however now Wells Fargo is asking for an extension. They are delaying pulling the cameras as I believe the will see their own wrongdoing in the matter. Although this account started with me and my mother and all transactions were completed when we were on the account together, Wells Fargo will not even talk to my mother which whom they took the money from as I took her off the account, but she was on the account when the fraud took place and started the complaints.

I was also contacted XXXX at XXXX and XXXX @ XXXX. I have asked the company to stop calling me at this time because my boyfriend XXXX XXXX Thursday XXXX and I was trying to deal with that right now. Complaint: I have a wells fargo account. They are always putting the transaction between 2-3 says after the purchases or payments. For example every week they are supposed to post my car payment, at the beginning they put they payment the fridays, now it not appears in my account until Tuesday. The same with my cellphone bill, at the moment of the payment they post it in the account, an hour later is gone and again it takes 2-3 days to post it. I 'm always cheking my account to avoid negative balances, but I know that they can do better posting transaction faster. This kind of behavior affects my account sometimes with fees or insufficient balances wich is not fair. I dont think I 'll need to keep an eye in my account all days to avoid that kinds of fees or negatives. The fee thing just happens once and they give me back the money because was my 1st one, but I do n't want to wait to another one so they dont give me back that one.

Complaint: I was pre-qualified with the Illinois Hardest Hit program on XX/XX/XXXX, but in order to fully qualify for their program of which they were willing to pay {$35000.00} of my arrears, in addition to ( 4 ) future months of mortgage payments @ {$1000.00} ( TO BRING MY MORTGAGE CURRENT ), due to the lenders fees being in excess of what would qualify me for the program, I requested for the lender to waive or reduce their attorney fees of {$4400.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX, in order for me to qualify, since Illinois Hardest Hit Program does not allow homeowners to pay any fees to offset overages. <P/>In summary, I received a letter from a XXXX XXXX at Wells Fargo on XX/XX/XXXX stating that they were not able to waive or reduce their fees. With no further explanation being given. <P/>I am filing this complaint as this is extremely malicious behavior from the lender Wells Fargo, NA to intentionally not reduce their " inflated '' unrealistic attorney fees, and choose not to receive an immediate payout of {$39000.00} ( {$35000.00} to resolve the arrears, plus an additional ( {$4300.00} for ( 4 ) future monthly mortgage payments ), yet instead making a corrupt choice to choose to leave a homeowner, who has the immediate means to resolve her Mortgage Foreclosure arrears, be denied a logical resolution, and cause a homeowner to run the risk of losing their home. This is totally unacceptable behavior and it is illegal that this lender is allowed to get away with this type of MALICIOUS unlawful practice!!! <P/>There are many homeowners like myself who are working diligently to try and save their homes from foreclosure, and this lender has a normal practice of denying loan modifications, wasting precious time, playing the " I did n't receive those documents '' game, even when a homeowner has had those requested documents notarized by a legal entity, causing further hardships to occur for homeowners. It is very apparent that this lender is not willing to assist homeowners, and in my case they have laid it out in black and white, that they would be willing to try and foreclosure on my home, choosing to not waive {$4400.00}, than to accept {$39000.00} to resolve all of my Arrears and bring them to {$0.00} on the property. Who does that??? <P/>Thank you for pausing your day to allow me to file this COMPLAINT, and I will continue to seek justice against this unjust corrupt corporation, and I will also help as many individuals as I can to fight against this corrupt lender Wells Fargo, NA.

Complaint: On X/XX/17 is when I began short sale application process. On X/XX/17 is I contracted with a listing agent to coordinate short sale. From XXXX am accessive amount of multiple tedious tasks were requested by Wellsfargo where the realtor and myself were responsive and thorough. On X/XX/17, the requirement to have the pre foreclosure sale addendum signed by 6 different parties without acceptance was completed which is the final and most challenging task was submitted in time. Signatures included the realtor, the realtor 's broker, the buyer, title agency, the short sale assistant, and finally myself. I 'm the midst of all of that Wellsfargo mandates the listing price of less than 30 % market value which stimulated a frenzy. The last and final date on X/X/17, Wellsfargo mandate a listing price of {$130000.00} which is {$81000.00} more than the initial listing which cause stress, frenzy, and unnecessary buyer chaos. Ultimately Wellsfargo sold the property at auction.

The bonus qualifications have been met. It is over 45 days after eligibility but still no bonus deposit in the account.

I 've called several times, they all keep telling me within the next 10 days I 'll receive it. It has now been 3 months and they 're threatening me that I wo n't receive it. Saying I was n't supposed to be targeted for this promotion. Wait, what? I 'm sorry you took my money, you opened up my account, you sent me the eligibility requirements, I met them and now you say no? Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX, the representative at Wells Fargo in XXXX XXXX treated my mother and I in a very unprofessional manner. My parents tried to get me access to their safety deposit box in order to run errands for them, but I was denied access to the safe area due to my age ( XXXX ). The other managers at this specific branch allow me to accompany my parents into the private room next to the locker. Today this woman made a big deal about me going into the private room that was right next to the locker. There is another room further away from the vault containing safe deposit box, and my mother asked if we could go in there if the woman does not want me near the other safety deposit boxes. The woman denied us from taking our box from that certain area. She later told us there is a printable form that needs to be filled out in order for me to even accompany her into the corner room. Then when my mom requested for this form, another teller told her that a written consent would work too. The problem was not with the form, but instead it was with her attitude towards us when I tried to go into the private room near the safety deposit boxes. She humiliated us in front of other employees and customers. Me helping my parents put items into the safety deposit box once it is in a room had never been a problem before until now. We had a couple more transactions to do, but we left the branch in haste due to her attitude towards us. She made it an unwelcoming and hostile environment.
