Complaint: - I opened a Wells Fargo Everyday Checking account on XXXX XXXX , 2017 online and was told that I am eligible to receive a {$250.00} bonus once I complete a set of activities within 60 days of opening the account. - I completed all the required activities within 30 days of opening the account. ( I can provide my account statement if required ).
- When I contacted the company I was told that it may tak e more than 45 days to post the bonus after completing the activities. It has been more than 45 days but I am yet to receive the bonus. - When I contacted wells fargo again I was told that they would investigate and send me a the details within 14 days. It has been more than 14 days and I have n't received any response from wells fargo. - I am attaching the email which I received when I opened the account. Please let me know if additional documents are required.

Due to lack of proper investigation and communication I am requesting that this negative account be removed from all three credit bureaus. I have contacted this company multiple times for verification and validation and I have never received the information requested. Complaint: i have been working with Wells Fargo for a loan modification. The Underwriter had been requesting documents. On XXXX / XXXX / 17 they confirmed that all the documents were in and the alert to postpone the sale date was submitted. Today when i called in they stated that the sale date was still scheduled for today and the Underwriter was requesting additional information that was NEVER mentioned in the conversation on Friday. The representative even confirmed that all the documents were in and the postponment should be completed by Monday. This just is not fair! Please help me as i do not want to lose my home.
