Complaint: Wells Fargo 's executive specialist team, As you investigate my complaint as well as Florida 's attorney general request for a written response regarding this subject matter, please take into consideration the following facts : The Equity loan that your company is compelled to hold me responsible for originated as an instrument of the now outlawed Pick-A-Payment loan, which was then a requirement in securing the primary loan note ( one could not exist without the other ). <P/>After a six year lawsuit that I initiated back in XX/XX/XXXX, due to Wells Fargo reneging on their originating loan options and the predatory nature of the loan, I finally settled with Wells Fargo at the direction of my attorney with the stipulation that Wells Fargo would finally work to approve me for a loan modification unlike the the offer seven years ago that just offered the amount owed to be placed on the back of the loan in exchange for waiving my rights to bring suit against Wells, of course I declined. <P/>My Attorney suggested I settle based on two key factors : > As flawed as the terms were I was previously approved for a modification back around XX/XX/XXXX, at the same time Wells was found guilty of not modifying qualifying members like myself, a fact that was to be considered. <P/>> the equity loan that originated along with the primary note held the home as collateral and therefore as long as the equity loan was open and in place ; a foreclosure & sale was not imminent. <P/>What was not known at the time of the settlement by me or my attorney was that Wells transferred my home equity loan back in XX/XX/XXXX without my knowledge or my attorney 's knowledge releasing the home as collateral and allowing Wells to decline the Modification and foreclose on my home without obstruction, which they did. <P/>Although I asked Wells representatives multiple times to update my mailing address while I was working out of town they kept sending mail to where I was not so I never received any notification of any changes to my loan account and neither did my attorney who was to receive all notification related to my open suit, especially given the fact that the settlement agreement in which I signed included reference to the equity loan.

Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX. There was a fraudulent charge put on my credit card for {$2400.00} on X/XX/2013. Credit Card # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, my social security # XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been fighting with Wells Fargo to remove the charge for years and they remove the charge and put it back on the next month without telling me. The name of the company is called XXXX XXXX XXXX and they have been prosecuted for falsely putting charges on peoples credit cards without permission. XXXX XXXX has something to do with timeshares I dont even own a timeshare. Every time I call wells fargo they make pass me around to different departments for 2 hours. Every time I call it is a 2 hour phone call. The last time I called they thought put me on hold but I could hear them talking and they said said " just tell her we are going to remove the charge and started laughing hysterically. When they got back on the phone I told them I could hear them and they hung up on me. Please help me. I am supposed to be protected from unauthorized charges with the credit card company.

Complaint: Wells Fargo appears to have been reporting timely payments on my student loan as delinquent. It is unclear when they began doing this. They provided me a series of cryptic letters about a mistake in my account. It took me a significant amount of time and trouble to get WF to admit finally that it had been reporting the loan incorrectly. It also appears that WF assessed late fees. It also appears that WF deleted documentation relating to my credit history.

Today, 3 months later after multiple follow ups and XXXX certification, I still have n't able to track down the opening bonus. At the same time they start charging me $ XXXX monthly fees that should not even be due yet. Therefore I 'm seeking help from CFPB. Complaint: Wells Fargo had a promotion stating you will receive a {$250.00} bonus if you open a checking account before XXXX XXXX. I opened a checking account online on XXXX XXXX, one day prior to deadline. The same day I received a welcome email indicating I would receive the bonus. Wells Fargo refuses to issue bonus even though I met the terms claiming I did not open account in time. This is false as I opened on XXXX XXXX. Please see attached documentation from Wells Fargo in email showing I opened my account before the deadline. I funded the account with {$50.00} which is twice as much as required. I ask that Wells Fargo issue bonus as promised otherwise they are falsely advertising. I have contact Wells Fargo on XXXX and they refuse to do anything claiming I did not open account in time. My account was opened before the deadline.

Complaint: Twice in the last week, Wells Fargo has made me change my online username and password ( which accesses two checking accounts, a credit card, and a student loan ), without explanation for why. I spent 30 minutes on the phone today, including with a supervisor, who said it could be anything from a pattern they see in my username, to " outside information '', or to someone actually accessing my account. She refused to disclose which category my issue has fallen into ( but would acknowledge I have a " case '' open in the investigations department ), which is neither helpful nor appropriate : if someone is somehow accessing my account, I need to know, so that I can discover how and properly protect my devices and other accounts. <P/>It is my account, I have the absolute right to know what is being done to it and why. The fact that I use a VPN ( with IP addresses within the United States ) and a password manager for my enormous and complex password should not restrict access to my account, yet I somehow feel this may be the case. <P/>This is simply the latest in a pattern of behavior from Wells Fargo under the umbrella of " fraud detection. '' They froze my cards just two months ago because I was three hours away from home -- within the same state -- and they determined this to be " fraudulent '', even though there was a trail of spending from home to my previous location to the location at the time the cards were frozen. <P/>I do n't want Wells Fargo making unintelligent decisions on my behalf, I do n't want them determining what are and are not valid transactions, and I do n't want them pretending they know better without explaining why/how.

Complaint: I have been making the minimum payment on this card ; however, the creditp r ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) ha s been reporting my account late from XXXX 2017- XXXX 2017 . I was not notified nor did I receive any correspondence of the account being late and their is no reason I should have considering the payments were being made on time. XXXX Upon disputing the inaccuracy the comany only sends letters stating the reporting is accurate ; however, they will not provide me with any documentation stating that it is accurate.
