Complaint: We have been with Wells Fargo for decades. The business accounts and personal accounts of myself and my 2 other business partners have all been closed by Wells Fargo. Worse, all of the accounts of our minor children and adult children have also been closed. In all something like 20 to 25 accounts have been affected. They refuse ( so far ) to explain why. I am certain a mistake has been made somewhere. I run a good business and have done so for 27 years. I am 100 % certain that if we are told what the problem is, we can resolve it to anyone 's satisfaction. However we are not being given a chance to explain. We have been told that we have 35 days ( from the date of the notice, now about 8 or 9 days old ) to find a new bank. Somewhere, someone has made a terrible mistake.

Complaint: My brother XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX on XXXX XXXX. Wells Fargo Bank has not been cooperative in allowing me to submit at least initially electronic copies of appropriate documents about the case although other financial entities have. Due to my having difficulty submitting my complaint on your site with documents I am first submitting without documents and then request an E-mail where I can attach the appropriate documents. His wife XXXX XXXX is totally XXXX and can not handle her affairs or even XXXX XXXX. I have documentation of both of these issues including the appointment of a guardian by an XXXX court. My brother 's SSN is XXXX. I have mailed copies of documents to a P.O. BOX I was given by I do n't know if this is going to be enough to resolve this matter.

Complaint: This year I 've been scammed by two different XXXX insurance companies. The policy numbers exist only within those companies to bill me. There is no actual insurance that can be used. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I have pleaded with Wells Fargo and they have ignored my story. Last charge to my debit card was for XXXX dollars. I initiated a dispute and Wells Fargo closed it immediately. They stated that I did not cooperate. They ambushed me at the branch on the phone in an unprofessional and completely inappropriate way that prevented me from handling the situation. Both of these companies are real, yet neither providing a usable policy. Wels Fargo claims that my purchases are protected from fraud and clearly that 's a lie and false advertising.

Complaint: This is actually the second time I am contacting due to Wells Fargo charging me for forced placed insurance and adding all these fees-I have never been late with a payment nor have I ever had a lapse in my homeowners insurance held by XXXX XXXX since the time I purchased the home. The gentleman that was handling this complaint with Wells Fargo stated he had fixed the problem and credited my account but as you can see through the attached files they have not-I know there is a class action with the Auto finance department but I believe their practices go beyond the auto department. As you can see from the statement that there is still a charge for insurance for XXXX and now they have just added another XXXX
