Complaint: Wells Fargo mortgage department should be fined for defrauding consumers. They are trying to swindle me. They are violating so many federal codes in regards to my current mortgage with Wells Fargo.
They need to be thoroughly investigated by your investigative team because Im sure they have swindled many borrowers.

XXXX XXXX from the executive department for Wells Fargo mortgage is violating federal law. It took XXXX XXXX 30 days just to work and respond to my case and it was crucial that she worked on my case in a short time in a speedy reasonable time because I was in the reentry department for foreclosure with Wells Fargo.
XXXX XXXX from the executive department for Wells Fargo mortgage is violating federal law.
Especially XXXX XXXX, she never returned my call or clarified anything to me and it was crucial for her to return my call because I was in the removal process for foreclosure. She gave me a lot of false information and misrepresented a lot of communications with the underwriting team.
Ive been asking them for 3 weeks to give me a one page letter that my account is current and Im not past due and that my next payment is not due until XX/XX/2019. Ive asked them several times for this letter and they have refused this letter. Thats all the letter needs to say. Wells Fargo is violating my rights as a consumer and should be fined heavenly for this violation.
Therefore, I am requesting a thorough investigation into Wells Fargos Loan Modification Department, their underwriting department and their Executive office for violating Federal Law and not giving me, the consumer, a letter stating that Im current on my mortgage that I have repeatedly requested.
Plus, I asked XXXX XXXX in the Executive Department several times for a separate letter by itself stating that my account is current and she refused that.
All the people Ive mentioned above and Wells Fargo should be ashamed for treating me this way and this horribly. They show a lack of respect and they have no conscious regard for a human being. Im a United States Veteran. I served my country as a military service member to protect the civil liberties that they enjoy and this is the thanks I get, for Wells Fargo Bank to swindle me and defraud me and cant even give me a letter of my current mortgage status. Please tell the CEO OF WELLS FARGO BANK of whats going on because they will not let me talk to the CEO and I asked Wells Fargo several times to let me talk to their CEO.
One more thing Wells Fargo is lying on my credit report because I was in forbearance for the months of XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/2019, and paid a lesser monthly mortgage payments for those months. Please see attached Wells Fargos lie on my credit report. But Wells Fargo fraudulently deleted the forbearance statement on my credit report and the payments that I made for those 3 months because they wanted to show financial institutions false information that I was late for 6 months and that was not true, so I couldnt get approved anywhere for credit because of Wells Fargo fraudulently credit reporting. Wells Fargo wanted to ruin my life and they took things personal because I complained to the Managers on several occasions.

Complaint: Complaint Against : Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX Issue : Fraudulent Refund Check for Expired XXXX XXXX Money Order I mailed an expired {$500.00} XXXX XXXX Money Order to XXXX XXXX with the XXXX XXXX refund form.
I received a {$470.00} Wells Fargo check as a refund for an expired {$500.00} XXXX XXXX money order.
I deposited the check into my Wells Fargo checking account on XX/XX/2019 and it was returned, unpaid, on XX/XX/2019.
I am requesting a 100 % refund of the {$500.00} paid with a Bank/Cashier 's check.
There has been no reply from either XXXX XXXX or Wells Fargo.
It appears that both XXXX XXXX and Wells Fargo are in a conspiracy to not pay refunds for expired money orders.

Complaint: My HOA foreclosed on my condo for nonpayment of HOA fee 's This was a 3rd position lien with Wells Fargo having the 1st and 2nd. I stopped paying them because they refused to fix a leak which lead to XXXX XXXX XXXX and a 10 day stay in the hospital. But that is not important but what happened next is why I need your help.
My Condo sold at auction on XX/XX/XXXX.
Wells Fargo started reporting to the Credit Agencies Late payments After the sale of my condo. See Below. I have contacted Wells Fargo over 100 times and contacted every Government Agency and nobody will help me.
I have not owned the condo since XX/XX/XXXX. I can not live in it, I can not rent it, I can not sell it e I no longer OWN it so why is Wells Fargo letting a person I do not know to use MY loan and access it as their own? The auction winner had to get information regarding my loan because they paid the exact amount in XX/XX/XXXX to keep the property from foreclosing and never paid on it again.
The Auction Winner SOLD the Condo in XX/XX/XXXX and pay off the mortgage but the damage is already done. My credit went from XXXX to XXXX and I can't even rent a refrigerator box to put on the street.
I have asked Wells Fargo to please send me : The messages that they deleted from my Wells Fargo Secure login in their site. Requested 7 times because this shows ALL the emails I sent them to resolve this issue. I was told " The new owner has a right to protect their asset '' REALLY? So they own it but I still have to pay the mortgage.
I asked that they send my original contract last year. Still waiting I asked if I could give back the Condo that I had over {$100000.00} in equity in. They said NO I asked if they could foreclose on the Condo to stop the hemorrhage of my good credit. They said NO I have sent XXXX XXXX of Wells Fargo over 100 emails and she still will not answer this one question.
Why did you start reporting late payments after my Condo was sold auction on XX/XX/XXXX, and allow a third person to access and abuse my loan with Wells Fargo?
I started complaining when XXXX XXXX notified me that I missed a payment in XX/XX/XXXX. I believe the auction winner was supposed to secure financing and pay off the 1st and 2nd liens within the 90 days after the purchase. That would explain why they did not report the late payments in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. They were waiting to be paid by the auction winner and when they were not Paid they came back on me and told me I still had to pay it.

Complaint: My Wells Fargo savings account and checking account were setup to automatically transfer funds from my savings account into my checking account in the case of an overdraft of my checking account in order to prevent overdraft fees.
( overdraft fee {$35.00} ) The bank changed my savings account to an everyday checking account which could not transfer funds to prevent overdraft charges.
Because of this change from savings to checking ( without my consent ), I was charged over {$400.00} in overdraft fees on my original checking account. ( now having two checking accounts ).
I contacted the bank via phone call to ask the bank about the issue and they claimed their actions were to prevent withdrawal fees from my savings account.
( Withdrawal fee {$15.00} ) The change to how my accounts were set up ended up costing a total of {$450.00}.
The bank claimed to have no record of the overdraft fees on my account although they are shown in my monthly statements.

Complaint: Case reference : XXXX Wells Fargo Bank which I has been a customer since 2017 lied to me over the phone telling me every time I called a different story First they told me they need to verify a transaction sent to me by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX $ they needed documentation when I called again they told me they needed a notarized document signed by XXXX on the third call they told me they needed a Bank Letterhead from the sending bank. Finally I was able to sent the contract made before the sell was conducted they told me arbitrarily that it wasn't enough evidence.
Also they told me that the only account that was gon na be closed was the affected one and them they are closing my whole relationship So I putting on this complain because every time I call a different story it's being told to me PRIVATE XXXX video of XXXX XXXX declaration XXXX : XXXXXXXX XXXX Also this was a private transaction that I made for me I needed to sell some BTC I own and I do it privately sometimes with all the due compliance and verification needed for a transaction this size.
