Complaint: In XXXX my monthly payment increased to {$1.00}. The billing department could not explain why. Since they did not receive the addtional {$1.00}, my payment was processed late and late fees plus interest charges were applied to the following month 's payment. This continued on for 4 month 's with compounding interest and late fees mounting. I have this account set up to pay the same amount every month through my banks bill payer. I should not have to review the paper statements every month to know what my payment is going to be although the gentleman I spoke to said it could fluctuate? I do n't use this card for anything, have made no other purchases on it. Why should my monthly payment fluctuate? This does not occur on my other credit cards. Now my charges have come to almost {$300.00} in late fees and compounded interest over the past 4 month 's. This does not include the regular monthly payment. So in summary, they are now trying to collect almost {$300.00} for a {$1.00} short payment.

Complaint: I have a loan with Wells Fargo I keep getting letters that my real estate taxes are not paid. I have written a hard copy complaint, and sent back their email. I have XXXX letters and XXXX emails from Wells Fargo in the past 3 weeks on the same subject. I pulled my canceled checks and see that my real estate taxes are paid. What gives Wells Fargo?

Complaint: I moved from XXXX to XXXX switched my insurance and notified Wells Fargo of the new insurance information. Well Fargo neglected to update my current insurance information. Wells Fargo charged my loan for an insurance policy without contacting me. Once I realized what they did I contacted them and was told everything would be reversed. That was 4 months ago. They continue to hit me with late fees and finance charges. I even have a recorded conversation from XXXX/XXXX/XX/XX/2015 where she says she will reverse and nothing was done according to my XXXX statement

Complaint: I recently had a reoccurring transaction put my bank account in the negative by {$4.00}. I was going to attempt to deposit cash in an ATM after work to rectify this. However, by the end of the evening, XXXX transactions from the two days prior had cleared and I was charged overdraft fees for both. Now I was at negative {$74.00}. My bank then cleared the rest of my transactions by the following morning, for a total of {$280.00} in fees. I called and explained that there was funds when those previous transactions went through but my bank claims I had been negative for several days. This would not have been the case if it were n't for their fees.

Complaint: In XXXX, Wells Fargo foreclosed on my house at the above address. I have been trying to buy a house, but Wells Fargo is reporting negatively on my credit. I have called them multiple times, but no one will tell me why Wells Fargo thinks I owe them money. I should not owe on a deficiency because Wells Fargo failed to pursue that course of action within XXXX months of the foreclosure. I do not believe I owe them anything.

Complaint: I recently adjusted my homeowners and flood insurance coverages as the home that was previously my residence is now a rental. In both instances ( homeowner and flood ) the coverage is more than sufficient to pay off the lender. I received a letter from my lender ( Wells Fargo ) stating that I have 45 days to increase my flood coverage to replacement value of the property ( roughly double the amount of the outstanding balance on the loan.
They state that this is their policy, and while I can not locate my original loan documents, Wells Fargo purchased this loan and I do not remember that requirement of replacement value in the loan documents that I signed.

Complaint: I obtained a new mortgage through XXXX XXXX for the purchase of a new home. We closed on the property located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX on XXXX XXXX, 2015. Our first mortgage payment in the amount of {$1500.00} was due on XXXX XXXX, 2015. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I logged into the XXXX XXXX website and made our XXXX payment for {$1500.00}. This transaction cleared my bank account via ACH transaction on XXXX XXXX, 2015. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received a letter in the mail dated XXXX XXXX, 2015 from WellsFargo stating that our mortgage had been sold to them from XXXX XXXX. After XXXX XXXX, 2015, I contacted WellsFargo to determine whether my payment had been received. I was advised at that time that it can take some time for that to happen, however, my credit report would not be negatively impacted as they allow a XXXX grace period for mortgage transfers. Since that conversation, I have received collection calls from XXXX XXXX during which I advised the payment was received on XXXX XXXX, 2015. Once I provided this information to the representative, they stated " oh yeah, now I see it ''. I 've talked to representatives in the loan department at XXXX that have assured me the payment would be sent to WellsFargo within a few days, then a few weeks and on Monday, XXXX XXXX, 2015, I was advised the payment would be there by XXXX XXXX, 2015. Well, today, XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received a call from an extremely rude collector for WellsFargo stating that not only has my payment not posted but they are going to report to the credit agencies that I am 30 days late. I was treated as though I was worthless XXXX and told that " if '' my payment does in fact arrive from Homestead, I could dispute the derrogatory information that was reported. This is completely unacceptable. I not only made my payment on time but paid it early and yet I am receiving harrassing phone calls. Also, oddly enough, I received notification from XXXX dated XXXX XXXX, 2015 that stated my mortgage was being transferred to WellsFargo effective XXXX XXXX, 2015. I thought I was supposed to be notified 30 days in advance if my mortgage was sold???? Clearly this did not happen. I have no confidence in either financial institution.
