Complaint: I am making a complaint against this company because they are refusing to re-investigate a public record that is currently reporting on my credit report. I have submitted documentation that I have submitted an Identity theft report and that the validating company, XXXX XXXX has nothing to report to the bureaus that would support its needing to be on my credit report.
I am currently suffering due to negative remarks on my credit and I am not allowed to obtain credit due to this inaccurate reporting.

Complaint: I have an erroneous " collections '' report on my credit history. I have submitted 3 disputes with TransUnion to remove it. The first dispute was lost in their system. The second dispute they reported that the information was correct. For the third dispute, I wrote to the creditor ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and received a response saying they had corrected their records and " We have requested that the CRAs remove any related negative reports for the information we provided ''. The other 2 CRAs did but TransUnion did not. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and talked to 3 different people including a supervisor but they said they they were powerless to help me. On XX/XX/XXXX I wrote to XXXX XXXX, VP and Head of Financial Services Collections at TransUnion and have not yet received a response. On XX/XX/XXXX I was declined for a loan from my bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX, based on this TransUnion report. I don't know what more I can do. Please help!

Complaint: I called TransUnion in XX/XX/XXXX to dispute data on my credit report.
While some inaccuracies were less significant such as inclusion of my deceased father 's name and outdated phone numbers, my primary complaint about a late payment on a closed XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) account was not addressed or corrected.
Before contacting TransUnion, I called XXXX concerning the corresponding account number listed on the TransUnion credit report and XXXX informed me that they had no record of me having such an account.
I then contacted TransUnion to question their report. I told the TransUnion rep that XXXX had no record of me holding the listed account and requested TU to either provide a corrected XXXX account number or delete the listing of a XX/XX/XXXX late payment of the listed {$5.00} balance.

Complaint: XXXX and Transunion are reporting incorrectly a collection in the amount of {$1500.00} on XXXX XXXX XXXX account number XXXX***. ( Please see page attached from my credit report. ) This medical collection account was reported recently on my credit report and is fraudulent. I called the collection agency and this account is from a hospital in XXXX, Arizona. I have not lived anywhere near XXXX, Arizona for over ( 17 ) years. They said that the collection was for my daughter whose name is either XXXX or XXXX. ( The representative was very difficult to understand. ) My daughters name is not XXXX nor XXXX. The names are not even close to similar. My daughter does not live in Arizona and she has her own health insurance. This false reporting of a collection is seriously harming my credit score and this line item needs to be removed from my credit report. I have contacted the ( 2 ) bureaus to remove this line item however, I have not been successful.
