Problem getting your free annual credit report
Complaint: TransUnion refuses to give me a copy of my credit report. There's a lot of false, fake, incorrect information inside the " Personal Information '' section of my credit report. TransUnion refuses to give me a copy of my credit report, and refuses to remove the false information, and refuses to update my personal information. I am especially concerned about the fake address on my credit report. I have never lived in XXXX, Tennessee, and that address is listed on my credit report. TransUnion refuses to remove that address. I want to find out the full details about who put the XXXX address on my credit report. I want to emphasize that TransUnion has refused to give me a copy of my credit report for more than 10 years.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed that TRANSUNION, has an incorrect collection on my report about an old medical bill I paid. XXXX, is somehow using my identity and a medical bill, fraudulently sent to them by an angry medical clerk, whom refused to honor the secondary insurance, but insist I paid her over the phone. She threatened collections. I have PAY TWICE, to avoid her threats I kept receipts from XXXX to XXXX. This collection should have never been reported to TRANSUNION, and XXXX immediately removed this peculiar $XXXX collection, that was paid.Transunion has lowered my score to XXXX, and reported this score to XXXX, and hurt my credit ratings. XXXX has my score well over 680.

The company is currently reporting a balance of {$1500.00} this information is inaccurate. Delete this account immediately.
In the attachment you will see a billing statement sent to me by XXXX for validation of debt. On the billing statement there is an address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX New York, XXXX of which is not consistent with my mailing address of which I've lived at for over 15 years. There is no record of this address on any of my consumer reports or address history. As a result the information being reported is inaccurate and a violation. Remove XXXX from my TransUnion and XXXX effective immediately.

Complaint: XX/XX/19 I complained that transunion sent a credit report with name but someone elses info, and this person had filed banruptcy. I notified them and they explained that my file was not merged- but then A freeze, fraud alert and extended fraud alert placed without my consent. The freeze they placed was a military freeze- which as a XXXX yr old woman who has not ever been in the military is bizarre- I feel this is a retaliation due to me exposing them of their carelessness of my report. They refused to remove, I have sent in my drivers license and social security card and my ID is the real ID with star. as of this complaint it still is there, And I dont have a pin to remove, they wont remove and I am furious that my credit file is a mess, and I cant even go online because its locked.
