Complaint: In XX/XX/2016, I decided to purchase another vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after a previous successful contract payoff of a XXXX XXXX. Due to my complications from the XXXX XXXX XXXX, we had fallen behind in payments, and the vehicle went into repossession. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX failed to notify me of the repossession to at least allow me to bring the loan current, and they never communicated with me a notice of collection or intent to report to the bureaus. Per the laws of the state of Texas and UCC along with Texas Motor Vehicle Installment Sales Agreements and Retail Installment Sales Agreements.
I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, exercising my right to request proof of validity concerning information placed on my credit file. Since XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX failed to provide sufficient documentation, then the recorded history is to be considered an infraction of the Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
