Complaint: XXXX ; XXXX and Transunion are reporting incorrectly that I am ( 120 180 ) days late on the XXXX XXXX XXXX partial account number ****XXXX. ( Please see page attached from my credit report. ) The bank sent me a new credit card after the old one had expired. The new credit card had been issued with a new number and new expiration date. I did not activate the new card and I was under the assumption that by NOT activating the new card it would not be charged with any recurring charges. I never authorized recurring charges on the new card. Somehow the un-activated new card was being used for recurring charges on this account. I previously received monthly paper statements in the mail however when the new card was issued the mailing address was printed incorrectly so I never received the new statements. I never became aware that this account was ( 1 ) being charged, and ( 2 ) that there were late payments being reported until I obtained a copy of my credit report. After this discovery, I immediately called the bank and paid the account off. There is no outstanding balance due on this account and this account needs to report a {$0.00} balance. Because the late payments that are being reported is through no fault of my own, I request these be removed immediately. I have contacted the ( 3 ) bureaus to remove these items however, I have not been successful.

Complaint: XXXX and Transunion are reporting incorrectly an account where I am shown as an Authorized User on the XXXX - partial account number XXXX. ( Please see page attached from my credit report. ) I have already called the bank and let them know that I never gave permission to be added as an Authorized User on this account. This incorrect reporting of me as an authorized user is harming my credit score and this line item needs to be removed from my credit report. I have contacted the bureaus to remove this however, I have not been successful.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX is reporting an erroneous late in XX/XX/2019. They closed the account because I was inaccurately reporting as deceased for some time when it was my husband who passed away. I attempted to call them to pay and was declined and told I couldn't pay it, the account then went past due and was closed immediately after. I spoke to them about it and they gave me a new card and account number but this one is still reporting on my credit. The late was erroneous and not my fault and I need it removed.

Complaint: XXXX ; XXXX and Transunion are reporting an unsubstantiated claim by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Apartments a collection in the amount of {$3100.00} partial account number XXXX. ( Please see page attached from my credit report. ) I vacated the apartment complex within the terms of lease. I did not renew the lease. Prior to leaving, I spoke directly with the property manager and returned my keys. I asked specifically if there were any additional items that needed to be addressed and I was told there was nothing else ; I was told I would be getting my full security deposit back ; and I remember them wishing me good luck as I left the main office. It was only until I obtained a copy of my most recent credit report did I discover there was a collection. I was not aware of any collections or money owed to the apartment complex because I never received an itemization. In fact, I never had any communication from them. I do not now, nor did I in the past, have any outstanding debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Apartments. This false reporting of a collection is seriously harming my credit score and this line item needs to be removed from my credit report. I have contacted the ( 3 ) bureaus to remove this however, I have not been successful.
