Complaint: I HAVE REVIEWED MY CREDIT REPORT AND FOUND SOME INACCURATE ACCOUNTS AND ENTRIES IDENTIFIED AS INQUIRIES THAT WAS PLACED ON MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. THESE NEGATIVE ACCOUNTS AND INQUIRIES HAVE CAUSED A GREAT DEED OF HARDSHIP ON MY CREDIT. IT IS SO UNFAIR TO ME BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE I'M IN THIS SITUATION BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE 'S SELFISH WAYS AND I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA HOW THESE ACCOUNTS AND INQUIRIES GOT ON MY CREDIT. IT HAS NOW BECOME SO HARD FOR ME TO ACQUIRE NEW CREDIT WITH MY CREDIT BEING DAMAGED THE WAY IT IS. I HAVE SOME GOALS I WOULD LOVE TO ACCOMPLISH SO I'M ASKING THAT YOU PLEASE RE-INVESTIGATE THE ACCOUNTS AND INQUIRIES AND HAVE THEM REMOVED OFF MY CREDIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Complaint: I have contacted the collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX directly, as well as, XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion since XX/XX/2019 disputing the error that is being reported in the amount of {$7700.00} Account Number XXXX ... This is heavily affecting my quality of life. Neither the collection agency or the credit bureaus has provided me with a contract or other legal proof supporting their claim. Both of them just send form letters that avoid the request to show proof. I need their ridiculous paper shuffle to stop. By law, I do know that they must provide the information as I requested or stop collection effects and delete the errors.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent faxes to XXXX ( Fax Number XXXX ) and Transunion ( Fax Number XXXX ) to dispute the inaccuracy, compliance, and reporting of a public record that they maintain under my social security number. I requested in the letters that they please validate this information with the court and provide me with copies of any documentation associated with this account, bearing my signature. The following bankruptcy entries are inaccurate and unverifiable : Account # XXXX Reported XX/XX/XXXX Account # XXXX Reported XX/XX/XXXX Both Transunion and XXXX responded back stating the bankruptcy is accurately reporting based on third party data provider XXXX. Per the FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) " If the Credit Bureau can not VALIDATE the information with the ORIGINAL CREDITOR, they must remove said information from the consumer file. Transunion and XXXX have yet to provide me with copies of all documentation associated with this Public Record Account bearing either a court order to place this information in my credit report, or my authorization of release bearing my signature. When I contacted XXXX XXXX they stated that they got the information from United States Bankruptcy Court. This information is false. I received a letter from the United States Bankruptcy Court Georgia XXXX District stating : " They do NOT report or transmit bankruptcy court records or any other information to the credit reporting agencies. '' The Credit Reporting Agencies have failed to properly provide any viable evidence bearing my name, signature or showing the account is being reported accurately which is what I initially requested. Per the FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) " If the Credit Bureau can not VALIDATE the information with the ORIGINAL CREDITOR, they must remove said information from the consumer file. After receiving the letter from the United States Bankruptcy Court Georgia XXXX and XXXX response to my inquiry, I attempted to contact Transunion and XXXX again. I sent Transunion a detailed letter outlining the situation, actions I had taken to remedy the situation ( filing a police report, Identity Theft report, etc ), and requesting that they reinvestigate the accounts. The certified letter and supporting documentation were signed for and delivered by USPS # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX by Transunion. Again, I received the same responses from the Credit Reporting Agencies as explained above. The exact same response. I am not sure what else I am supposed to do at this point. XXXX knows there is an identity theft issue with my credit file since I am unable to verify my own identity through their checks and balances, which prevents me for getting healthcare coverage, insurance, and requires that I send a ridiculous amount of paperwork in the mail just to get a copy of my own credit report. This situation has been absolutely maddening. I hope desperately that you can help.

In XXXX, My ex-boyfriend, XXXX XXXX XXXX, opened the account without my knowledge. I confronted XXXX and he stated that he added me to the account as an authorized user only and doesn't know how the bank obtained my social security to put it on my credit. XXXX has charged one thing on the account and paid off the balance. Unfortunately, the only number with this bank is an electronic number without an option to close the account or speak to a human being. Complaint: XXXX Credit report is reporting two mortgages from same lender, different addresses and balance amounts. Missing payment history for the month of XX/XX/2019. These two accounts reporting do not accurately reflect my credit report, as my debt to income ratio for a mortgage now doubles. Which would possibly make it difficult for me to obtain a loan or extension of credit currently. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I wish to have this mortgage loan reported current, accurate and as one account not two.
