Complaint: The three credit reporting agencies which are Transunion, XXXX, & XXXX have information on my credit that Due to the law & regulations of the FCRA & Debt Collection Practices Act by this financial institution not being able to provide the necessary documents to verify this debt by the law I demand that this account be removed from my credit report from all three credit bureaus ( XXXX, Transunion, & XXXX ). I have been asking the credit bureaus for an actual contract/agreement with my signature according to the Debt Collection Practices Act, section 1692g. 1. The original application or contract. 2.Any all statements allegedly related to this debt. Any & all signed receipts. If they fail to present all the documents I demand that this immediately be removed from my credit report from all 3 credit bureaus. This law is also listed under the FCRA SECTION 609 ( a ) 1 ( A ) you are required by federal law to verify with the physical original signed contract.

Complaint: I am the co-signer for 3 commercial vehicles through XXXX. The company that the vehicles were financed through filled for bankruptcy in early XXXX, and XXXX closed our account and removed access from their payment portal shortly thereafter we must assume. When we tried to make the XXXX payment, we encountered the account closed and portal access removed. We immediately called XXXX and were given a set of instructions to mail three separate payments to a PO Box , which we did. 31 days after or so in XXXX, we received a notification from my credit monitoring service that I had three late payments. XXXX claims that they never received a payment, while I spoke to the customer service person, before transferring me to the bankruptcy department, and she said that it was never processed as the account was closed. We never received any communication from XXXX that our payment wasn't received or a process for payment, as the co-signer, while the bankruptcy was taking place. XXXX reported it to my personal credit as the co-signer without any communication to me. As soon as we found out that the payment wasn't processed, we immediately made a double payment through the bankruptcy department and set up a bank auto pay, to keep tabs of any future activity.

Complaint: I was XXXX for 19 years, and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I was able to briefly see that someone took a car out in my name, credit cards, etc. then I get a letter from franchise tax board saying I owe {$2000.00} or else from XXXX. I began my XXXX in XXXX. I tried calling them and credit bureaus with no success. XXXX, transnational, XXXX, etc. all gave me run around and blocked me out. I filled out all the paperwork they required online and then wrote me saying the info was a problem so couldnt send my free report.
