Problem with fees charged
Complaint: In XXXX 2016 I received a bill from Toyota Financial Services ( TFS ) for the amount of {$450.00} for excessive miles and dispositions fee ; I called TFS and explains to them i m entered in to a new contract with them on XX/XX/2016 with a new XXXX XXXX XXXX, Also a call the dealer and they give me two confirmations numbers for the payment that they made to TFS confirmations # XXXX Costumer last name XXXX, costumer vin ( last seven digit ) XXXX. Also another confirmation number # XXXX Costumer last name XXXX Vin # ( last seven digit ) XXXX I call several times to TFS i got call records date and name with the person i spoke to but they never do nothing now the send me to the collection agency and affecting my credit a lot of inconvenience to me receiving call and letter like i was delinquency. i got my proof of payment i made the calls that a have to do and now i m affected.

Complaint: I returned my XXXX lease in XXXX XXXX and was told by the dealership, XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX , that the disposition fee would be waived because my grand daughter was leasing a car from their dealership in the same transaction. I received a bill two weeks after ( XXXX XXXX ) leasing the car to pay the disposition fee. I called XXXX XXXX as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX to dispute this charge and was told by the customer service rep that the fee would be waived. I did not receive another bill, phone call, or other contact from XXXX again. In XXXX XXXX I received a letter from a collections agency that I owed the disposition fee amount. I promptly contacted XXXX XXXX and explained the situation to them. I specifically told them to review their recorded phone call line to confirm that I was told the fee would be waived. The rep said he would and he would have a supervisor call me back. I was never called back. I have called XXXX XXXX to resolve this account on : XXXX / XXXX / XXXX XXXX / XXXX / XXXX XXXX / XXXX / XXXX XXXX / XXXX / XXXX XXXX / XXXX / XXXX XXXX / XXXX / XXXX XXXX / XXXX / XXXX XXXX / XXXX / XXXX XXXX / XXXX / XXXX I never received any response back as I was told I would.The collections agency collecting on behalf of XXXX XXXX is unwilling to check with XXXX for the recorded phone call in which I am told the disposition fee would be waived. Based on the fact that I did not receive a bill from XXXX between XXXX XXXX XXXX , and that XXXX XXXX is unwilling to review the recorded line, I strongly believe their billing and collections practices are unethical, illegal, and overall shady. To tell a customer their fee is going to be waived and to never contact them again until sending their account to a collections agency an entire year later points to more concerning issues regarding possible fraud, exploitation, deliberate deceit, and extortion.

Complaint: I purchased a XXXX XXXX from Toyota f inance company around XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX . In to the loan I ran into financial problem. I was taken to court and I was hit with a Child support bill and back pay. That crippled me for about 6 months. I could make the payment so I called and told toyota to come pick up the XXXX . They came and got the XXXX and sold the XXXX at a auction and sent me a bill of XXXX to pay for the XXXX . If i had XXXX to pay i would have kept the XXXX . Now I have this law firm XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX harassing me. After the first time th ey where rude on the phone i blocked their number so I would not get calls from them. Then I went to pay m y Auto lo an online this month and it was denied. I called the bank and they told me that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has a lien hold on my bank account and will not let me take out any money. With no access to any money what can I do?

Problem with the interest rate
Complaint: I bought a XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX of XXXX . Loan was for XXXX . I have paid XXXX towards it. At first i though what ever i pay extra was going to go to the principle but then i notice i was just ahead of my payments by six months. I talked to the company and told them to fix it two weeks before end of XXXX XXXX and i was XXXX i needed to call for the payment to be adjusted. Then i notice only half of what needed to get back was posted witch was XXXX out of XXXX . For month my payments with interes t is XXXX is XXXX so i called again to question about how the adj was done i was adv that the xtra amounts were to go to the principle on the first place this was the last week of XXXX XXXX , finally i got a breakdown of how they adj. So i decided to save the money and just make the regular payment on XXXX XXXX XXXX , then i see the post on my acct all the XXXX i payed was paid to the interest only. I contacted the company and was adv no payment has been done for 60 days. I requested a supervisor and they say no one was available i have requested a supervisor before but no one calls me back. Now i dont know what else to do. I am very frustrate getting very bad XXXX and is affecting my health. Please help what can i do.

Complaint: I had a lease wi th Toyota Financial Services. My car was in the accident and it was a total loss. I had full coverage with insurance and they supposed to pay for the car in full. But they had issues with body shop where I took the car, so they did n't pay in full. I was suing insurance company and I won in court, but the whole litigation process took over a year. Once I got money from insurance company after winning in court, I paid t o Toyota Financial S ervices Since insurance company did n't pay in full initially, Toyota Financial Services p ut a mark on my credit bureaus profiles that I have a derogatory account. And even after I paid them with the money I got from the insurance company, it still stays on my credit report. I always pay everything on time and do n't have any missed payments ever, but with this situation with TFS and insurance company now I had a bad account on my credit report which stays there for 7 years and prevents me from buying a house or getting any loans.

Complaint: I am disputing this d ebt collection fr om Toyota Finance Corp for t he following reasons : On XXXX 2013 I lost my job, I fell behind in my payments and notified toyota that I could no longer pay the agreed upon pa yments. I asked if we could work something out and get into a program, I wanted to pay as much as I could until I got another job. I ended up owing them 3 months of payments about 1200.00. They refused to negotiate with me and repossed the car. They added on XXXX for the repossession and then started adding on additional chargesto sell the car and transport it to another state. I have no record of these charges. The XXXX I owed them became {$4700.00}, they kept adding on charges and interest. I could have had the car almost paid off by now. This was unnecessary on their part, they have ruined my credit f or four y ears and I have tried to come to an arrangement with them. They treated me completely unfairly. They want {$4700.00}, for a car they took from me when I only owed around {$1200.00} originally. That is completely unfair, they have the car and they unjustly charged me. I just want to settle this dispute so it can be removed from my credit rating.

Car was repossessed without any opportunity to retrieve my stuff of value from the car. Toyota sold my car and send me a statement saying I owed nothing, XXXX balance, copy attached. Also XXXX in same year and date of XXXX has also placed on my credit reports that I owe {$280.00} and then it shows {$280.00} on another credit report. I do not owe either of these debts.
