Complaint: I have a car loan for my XXXX XXXX XXXX that I purchased in XXXX. I financed the vehical through Toyota Financial Services, I made a payment for XXXX XXXX and was told that they never recived it but it was taken out of my account and I have proof. I have not missed any payments as I was trying to buy a house and was almost there until this incident happened and now my credit has gone down almost 100 points, it has completely ruined my credit and my life because now I cant better my life in anyway, I cant upgrade my vehical I cant get a house and I cant get into a better apartment because my credit is so bad. I have called 5 times to Toyota financial and written a email, and sent fax of my proof for my missing payment 2 times, and have not gotten help from any of the workers from Toyota financial and I even went to XXXX of XXXX and had them fax my info to Toyota Financial Services and they said they still dont have anything from me.

Complaint: I recently relocated to Florida and grounded my XXXX XXXX XXXX purchased in Iowa. I called in for the payoff upon trading my vehicle in for a XXXX XXXX and the dealer issued payment for the remaining balance. After XXXX received the payment, there was still a balance of {$330.00} reflective on my online account so I called in to verify what it was for. The representative told me the taxes applied monthly to each payment were actually removed since a lump sum was paid at once and the {$330.00} was what was left on my account. Upon fulfilling the {$330.00}, I would then receive the disposition fee of {$350.00} along with any fees from damages found. Not even a week later I received a bill in the mail for {$1400.00}. I have called several times to verify these charges and no one will call me back. They have threatened to place my account status under a voluntary repossession if they do not receive their payment 30 days of the notice. I have no idea what this charge is and can not get ahold of representative or XXXX with an answer. I 'm starting to think they do n't even know. I am a victim of XXXX XXXX and a single mother ; if I knew this amount was due the dealer would 've covered it. I have never missed a payment with XXXX. I can not afford to pay this along with my current bills.

Complaint: when I purchase this car I bought extra coverage in case of damage to the car from XXXX Toyota called Guaranteed Auto Protection ( GAP ) program from Toyota Financial Services. According to my loan contract ( attached ) no other insurance is required. Also my auto loan is with Toyota Financial Services. On XXXX I has a collision which my car was totaled and the police officer at the seen suggested I put the car in impound. I contacted Toyota financial and the told me they 're going to have the car towed to the nearest dealership, I also contacted the Toyota GAP to file claim and they told me the the Toyota financial services loss department has to file the claim. I also contacted my insurance and they denied the claim since it was my fault. I received a letter requesting my insurance information from Toyota and I fax it to them with police report. It took over 8 months for the account to go to loss department. I contacted the loss department and I told them that I have GAP ins and they told me loss department has to file the claim they told they would. Every time I called the Toyota GAP they told me and transferred me to Toyota loss department and would n't help me. I was transferred so many times between the department and I did n't receive any request for document except the intitial insurance information. I waited 5 months when I called Toyota loss department they told me that Toyota GAP has denied the claim and that my file is empty and they have nothing to provide Toyota GAP. Also they did n't know why Toyota gap denied claim. I called Toyota GAP and they transferred again to Toyota loss dept. and they transfer my to Toyota recovery and they told me that the account has gone to collection and they wont take calls from me that whatever question I have to call the collection department. The collection would n't help me I called so many times Toyota GAP till I got the letter enclosed the requested item from Toyota GAP to pay the claim and I see that Toyota loss department could have provided all of these items and I have them too with the exception of the " lienholder/lesser report '' in lieu of the repair estimate. I need this form to have the claim paid. I want this file reopen and all of item on the Toyota gap request to be sent to them to have claim paid and writ off to be removed from the loan.

Complaint: I went to XXXX XXXX dealership on XX/XX/XXXX. On the same day, they ran an inquiry into my credit for car loans and financing. On XX/XX/XXXX, they ran more inquiries, multiple ones, without my consent and without me being there. All of these credit inquiries were unauthorized. On XX/XX/XXXX, I call the Toyota dealership and they said they could not remove these inquiries from my credit report. Toyota made car loans applications on my behalf without me knowing. I also called the financial institutions Toyota made these applications to. XXXX and XXXX financial departments opened cases to look into this situation. Toyota Corporate and Financial department refused to, claiming they could not do anything.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX my father purchased a lease, a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Upon executing this lease, he/we were advised that ware and tare and credit life disability insurance would be included. Unfortunately, little over a year later health issues came up with my father and upon speaking with XXXX XXXX and XXXX Customer Experience and XXXX XXXX we were advised the insurance was not a part of the lease and asked if we were aware of a 2nd lease/contract. We were not aware. Then they looked into more of not having this credit life disability insurance. XXXX XXXX asked me to reach out to the dealership, XXXX Of XXXX XXXX. In Which I did. Month of trying to get to someone, I then called back XXXX Customer Experience which then a man named XXXX was the middle person and had someone from dealership call me, she had no idea what to do when I spoke to her. She advised the insurance is offered to all and is part of a contract. She stated she will look further into this as this was not her department. She emailed me and stated she tried to call and couldnt get ahold of anyone to reach out to sales dept. She didnt copy anyone or forward my info, so again I was left fighting for a response. I then called back XXXX Cust Experience who then advised case closed and that I need to speak with XXXX XXXX as they are whom payments are made too. I called and was told I would get call back. Few days went by a guy named XXXX XXXX from the dealership called, who was rude with the first call and call ended up disconnecting on me. Hour later he called again, and we again went over the info, he was brushing me off and stated I dont know who told we offer credit life disability insurance, we have never sold that here, never will. I was shocked as this was not indicated when my father was signing for this vehicle. So, I stated could not be, he argued with me and that was that. I then spoke with XXXX XXXX and Corp who advised ALL TOYOTA and XXXX dealership are to offer credit life disability insurance. I said they told me they never have and never will! They stated to get this writing, i did and emailed it over. Nothing happen with this. We keep getting the go around, going on 6 months now! We are told this issue is to be dealt with the dealership. Dealership doesnt comply nor returns calls etc. Dealership wont deal with you unless they are shoving a car down your throat or you have interest in a new vehicle. We have been passed from dept. to dept. from person to person. I dont understand this is XXXX! I have had issue upon issue open and then closed! Then, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX was reviewing documents and then had to request dealership to upload additional documents. This is when we were asked if we were aware of 2 agreements/contract, and we were not. Then it was brought to OUR attention that the signatures dont match and reviewing more they stated signatures looked botched as if someone tried to sign and went over signatures or something. I asked are you sure was advised yes. So now dealing with possible fraud of signatures. XX/XX/XXXX after months back and forth they opened a fraud case. Then today XX/XX/XXXX after calling for now almost 2 weeks for updates and no one had an update let alone call us. The fraud case goes nowhere as this AGAIN must be dealt with the dealership! Why does no one at XXXX know what to do or how to fix this? I also dont understand how is this credit life disability insurance stated its offered and dealership stating they dont offer credit life disability insurance never have never will.
Then to be advised all XXXX and XXXX dealership are to offer this and supposedly in this case it was not. Why hasnt anyone opened that up with the dealership and fix this. Back date it from the date of contract. Maybe cause the issue with signatures, I dont know. What does the dealership gain to have credit life disability insurance offered and advised its on contract to then do whatever they may have done to the agreement and it NOT be there, could be to make a SALE??? To meet their numbers for the month. This was towards the end of the month and they were pushy!
I dont know what to do or where to go at this point. No one is helping and no one is escalating this.

Excess mileage, damage, or wear fees, or other problem after the lease is finish
Complaint: I turned my XXXX XXXX XXXX into XXXX of XXXX on XXXX XXXX, 2016 in order to lease a new 2016 XXXX XXXX. The car that was turned in was in " as-new '' condition.
The dealership inspected the car, then agreed to take the XXXX XXXX with the agreement that they would pay all remaining charges on the Lease, in order to get me into the new car. That included paying off remaining payments and excess miles charges. I was never told how they would dispose of the car, but assumed they would sell it on their lot as a used vehicle.
Eight months later I received a bill from Toyota Financial for excess miles, damage to the car, and a bill for the remaining lease payments.
I have corresponded with Toyota Financial four times, as well as spoken to them on the phone, to clear this up but to no avail. They claim that the dealership never paid the excess miles, the remaining lease payments, and they turned in a damaged vehicle to them. They also claim they are unable to contact the dealership Since my dealings were only with employees of XXXX of XXXX, I contacted them to try to straighten this out at least three times in writing, and over the phone at least twice.
No one in the Toyota Organization at any level has done anything to attempt to resolve this. This is a fraudulent attempt to extort money from me that is not owed.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I wrote a letter ( copy attached ) to XXXX XXXX services and sent it to the following address : TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES ATTN : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IA XXXX In that letter I informed XXXX of the following : On XX/XX/XXXX I made several attempts to make a payment online and the Toyota/XXXX payment system was down. Also around XX/XX/XXXX, I tried to setup automatic payments and was not able to do so. In addition to your online system being down during XXXX, I never received a single email, phone call, or letter from XXXX or Toyota notifying me that the payment was due. I asked XXXX to remove the XX/XX/XXXX late payment from the 3 consumer reporting agencies because I was not able to make the payment on time due to their system being down.

Complaint: I purchased a XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I have bought several cars from this company and have never had a problem and have never had a late payment on my credit. Period.
1. From the beginning I requested that they change the payment date to the XXXX of the month from the XXXX since I have several cars and businesses to track. I asked repeatedly but this still has not been fixed almost 2 years later!
2. I did not receive a bill from XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and called into to see what was going on. They said they would send a new bill ( never got it ). Asked again to have payment date moved and was not handled. Finally got a supervisor and they said it had been fixed!
3. Got a call from XXXX XXXX saying that my payment was not received. I told them that I never got a bill and would gladly pay. They told me they were going to send a double bill and just pay the double bill like usual. I was under the assumption from the last supervisor that my bill was now due on the XXXX not the XXXX since I still didnt receive the last bill.
Also, was never told that if not received by the XXXX ( not the day I requested billing and told by management was fixed ) that they would hit my credit with a late charge.
4. Sent payment in on XXXX XXXX for the double bill under the direction of TFS that the payment date was now the XXXX.
5. Receive a credit alert that I had a late payment on my account. Called TFS and they stated that the billing date was the XXXX ( still not fixed ) and that the payment was late. I told them I sent it on XXXX XXXX but it hit their account on XXXX XXXX ( still within grace period I was told that I had ). Come to find out that the XXXX payment was due on the XXXX but that the 2nd payment was not late because it was within the grace period.
My issue is that the service rep that called me to tell me about not receiving the payment never told me that the XXXX payment had to be in on the XXXX. She said pay the double bill as usual. I was misguided by Toyota.
6. Called into Toyota and told them this is a mistake, pull the phone call, etc. They made me write a letter to them, which they came back and just denied with no answer and no research into call, etc. Called into dispute their denial of Goodwill letter and got no where, no call back, no pulled telephone calls of them explaining it to me, me requesting a new bill and payment date of the XXXX. They did nothing!
7. Followed up again several months later after it negatively affected my credit ( only negative mark ) and requested them to take another look since it was not followed. Toyota Financial does not want to take any responsibility in their lack of care and negligence for giving me incorrect information regarding payment dates for double payment to avoid, not fixing my payment due date and not looking into the matter fully. They are now saying that they ca n't pull the calls because it is over 90 days and are completely flippant in regards to handling this matter that is negatively affecting me due to their negligence.
All I want is an independent review, pull the calls, show me evidence that they fixed my payment date as requested, did n't tell me inaccurate information on due dates, etc. They literally do n't care and have a duty under the law to investigate their mistakes further that led to this issue.

Complaint: I called TFS, and showed them on their online portal that my loan was paid in full for the Month they claimed I was 30 days late, I 've been paying this loan off faster then the amortization schedule is set for this loan. So needless to say it would be impossible for me to be late. On TFS internal system is says they received a payment for the month in question, however, they did not do anything to correct this on my credit score. I then set up an investigation with the credit reporting agency, the conclusion of the investigation resulted in an " update '' however they did not update anything. I was not late on this account and this late payment is heavily impacting my credit and the ability to get refinancing for my student loans which are crushing me financially. My monthly payment is XXXX dollars I 've been making payments of over 1500 dollars a month.
