Complaint: XXXX XXXX, XXXX I received a call from XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX. However, I was traveling that day to XXXX, Hawaii. I did not receive the message until XXXX XXXX Hawaii time ( 3 hour time difference ) They had advised me that if I did not call by XXXX XXXX ( MT ) that my payment would be late ( 30 days ). This was a complete oversight for not making the payment in time as I had thought I made the payment. I immediately made the payment via online that very day. I checked the website again the next day, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and the payment did not post so therefore I made another payment. I ended up calling XXXX to make sure they received my payment as they advised me that there was two payments of {$820.00}. She said I should cancel one as they did in fact receive the first payment. XXXX still marked me as a 30 day late. I have had an account with them for 5 years and have never been late. I asked if they would make a one time exception for remove the 30 day late given the circumstances but they did not. This greatly effects my credit and the ability to get another car. I would like to keep my account with XXXX but if this does not get handled then I will not be a customer again come the end of my lease term.

Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Complaint: My husband and I have been Toyota owners for over 20 years. We lease our vehicles, and replace them every 3 years so I have had lots of interaction with Toyota. Most recently, we both upgraded to XXXX, and I elected to turn in my XX/XX/XXXX Toyota Prius after a year and a half into the 3 year lease. I am disappointed that I missed the single notice from Toyota ( Toyota sends ALOT of mail ) 4 months after I turned in the vehicle for an additional {$700.00} due, only to be referred to collections 21 days later. Additionally, my husband received his final bill on his lease for mileage within 30 days.
I called Toyota Financial Services and the manager indicated they are not able to help me.
I have called the collections company, XXXX XXXX 3 times, and left messages for 3 different people. Before XX/XX/XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX, and on XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX.
I emailed Toyota Motor and they referred me back to Toyota Financial. I 've emailed Toyota Financial earlier today and am waiting to hear back.
I am VERY disappointed that A ) I am not able to find out what the charge is for ; B ) Toyota only sent one notice ; and C ) This company who Toyota has agreed to do business with has the ability to impact my credit wont return my calls.
I am so upset that I am trying to resolve this issue and I am not able to get anyone who can and will speak with me. I am very concerned about this impacting my credit and I have a hard time understanding after 18 months with this car, what the issue might be.
Finally, I am spending way too much time trying to resolve this issue which is beyond ridiculous.

Billing problem
Complaint: My credit was spotless until I cosigned a new car loan for my son this Summer. I insisted that the lender, Toyota Financial Services. must notify me if a payment is ever late PRIOR to negative impact ( ie, 30 days past due ) .. The lender agreed according to the dealership salesperson.
One day, I received a voicemail message from a Toyota collector. My son had let a payment go past due. I finally managed to gain access to the portal online by threatening my son. I called Toyata and spoke to a lady who told me I can not do anything about notification or account access. She further explained there was nothing she could do to remove the negative information from my credit reports. I then asked her if she could put on my account to call me if the loan was ever late again and she said she COULD NOT!!! She could only notify me once it went past 30 days. So how am I responsible and get negative hits if I can not access the loan or demand to be notified?
( I also think the message I was left by Toyota is very vague and impossible to understand. I literally can not understand the call back number the caller left me. I have uploaded the recorded voicemail she left. )

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told by the salesmanager I could n't unwind vehicle. I had n't even drove vehicle off lot yet. The vehicle was in the service 's bays when I seen vehicle the 1st time. I did n't take deliver of vehicle right away. I got the vehicle finally a week later the vehicle stopped on me I had to pay for towing back to XXXX XXXX XXXX the service manager XXXX came out and said we are not checking your XXXX vehicle called me a XXXX XXXX a few times and was yelling at me for no reason. This happened over 17 different times and no one from XXXX XXXX XXXX did anything to him. I had to call for another tow truck to tow my vehicle home then the next day I contact Toyota customer care and explain to them that XXXX XXXX XXXX refused to check my vehicle and so they contact a different dealership and so I had to pay for towing again since XXXX XXXX XXXX never added my warranty to my vehicle. So I get my XXXX towed to XXXX XXXX in XXXX they said sorry you will need to have XXXX XXXX XXXX add warranty coverages to this vehicle before we can check the vehicle or I would have to pay out of pocket. So this all has been going on for the next few months I get the consumers affairs and the new car board to step in they declare the vehicle a lemon law car in XX/XX/XXXX and Toyota financial services and XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and toyota motor credit we all agreed to settle this matter with them buying back my XXXX XXXX XXXX and paying for my towing bills and rent a cars and car insurance and giving back my full down payment and deleting the item from my credit report. Well they still have n't did nothing to fix this matter. I paid every payment through XXXX XXXX I was late two times on paying cause I had to pay for rent a cars. I went to everyone to get help with this matter XXXX XXXX XXXX general manager XXXX XXXX did nothing but threaten me also. XXXX XXXX has called me a drug dealer and said he was going to expose me If I did n't stop filling complaints against his dealership. So every time I filled more and more complaints then XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and toyota motor credit and Toyota financial services did nothing. Still nothing the vehicle is a lemon law car and Toyota financial services and XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and toyota motor credit we all agreed that they were going to pay me back and pick up vehicle and delete them from my credit report. I need some reinforcement here.

Excess mileage, damage, or wear fees, or other problem after the lease is finish
Complaint: I leased a black XXXX Toyota Corolla vehicle through Toyota Financial Services in XX/XX/XXXX. I turned my leased vehicle into XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Prior to turning in my lease, I had contacted XXXX to verify the process to turn in my vehicle and to see if my disposition fee can be waived if I get into another Toyota lease. The representative was aware I moved ( I updated my address ) and advised me if I were to get into another Toyota lease my disposition fee would be waived ( even though it would not be through XXXX ). I received a final bill that totaled {$490.00} shortly after turning it in for excessive mileage charges, disposition fee, and taxes. I had contacted XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX ( updated my address ) to inform them that I got into another lease with XXXX and explained to the representative what I was told from the earlier conversation regarding the disposition fee. The representative advised me to fax in a copy of my new lease with XXXX and they will have the disposition fee waived and to check back in a week. I made a partial payment that day of {$60.00} for the miles and later on faxed in my lease. On XX/XX/XXXX, I followed up to verify if the disposition fee was waived and was told it has not been waived. The representative confirmed she received a copy of my lease with XXXX and advised she would submit a request to have it removed. The representative advised me the remaining balance was {$59.00}, and I made a payment that day for {$59.00}. The representative submitted a request and stated it would take 5-7 days to be removed.
I thought everything was taken care of until a letter was sent to my old address in XX/XX/XXXX ( to which I have updated every time I called ) stating I still owe for the disposition fee. To my surprise I had contacted XXXX to explain that the disposition fee was supposed to be waived based on prior conversations. I advised the representative that the letter was sent to the wrong address and updated my address again. The representative I had spoken to was very rude and ignorant. He kept repeating the same sentence that I signed a contract and there is nothing he can do to get the fee waived. He advised me it was up to their discretion, and the fee will not be waived. I tried to explain to him that I was told multiple times by XXXX representatives that it would be waived and he completely disregarded what I said. I also explained to him that my wife had the same issue and was able to get her fee waived ( same exact situation ). After telling him that, he refused to refer to my wife as my " wife, '' and persistently said " other half '' and " partner, '' which I find completely disrespectful. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there were no supervisors available. He stated a supervisor would call me back and could not provide a timeframe. It has been a few weeks, and I still have not heard back from a supervisor. Not surprised. XXXX customer service is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. This was not the first time I had to ask to speak to a supervisor and never received callbacks either. This issue went on with my wife 's account but was far worse.
I received another letter in the mail today, it was addressed to the WRONG address AGAIN. My correct address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX, please have them correct this already. In the letter, there was a coversheet that was addressed to XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX. Which has me very concerned that my information was sent to another customer.
I am completely fed up with this company and demand my disposition fee gets waived. I request for them to pull the calls and provide feedback to their representatives. I want confirmation that my personal information was not shared with another customer and an explanation as to why I received information on someone else. I would also like confirmation that this did not affect my credit score.

Excess mileage, damage, or wear fees, or other problem after the lease is finish
Complaint: XXXX/Toyota Financial ( XXXX/TFS ) erroneously charged me for excess mileage. I had 2 lease accounts ( for 2 different cars of the same year and model ), and they mixed up the 2 contracts one had 12,000 mi. per yr. ; another had 10,000 mi. per yr.
As a result, the calculation for my mileage allotment on the one that should have had 12,000 mi. per yr. was way below the correct number. XXXX/TFS claimed I was only supposed to have 33,350 mi. when shouldve had 39,000 miles.
They charged me {$1900.00} which was due on XX/XX/XXXX.
I called XXXX/TFS on XX/XX/XXXX to help them realize their mistake. I spoke with a rep named XXXX ( XXXX ), who eventually saw the mistake and told me that she has escalated the issue. She also told me to call back in 7 to 10 business days to check on the status. I asked her if I should be worried about the due date ( XX/XX/XXXX ), to which she said no, because the issue has been escalated for correction.
I called back on XX/XX/XXXX. I was upset to find out that XXXX/TFS had assigned my account to a debt collection company called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
Not only did XXXX/TFS not correct their mistake, they even made it worse by saying that they can not help me clear the issue because its with the debt collector now!
Even my attempts to contact XXXX XXXX to clear my record have been futile. All Ive gotten from them are voicemails because the rep hasnt been available so far when I have called. That, and recently Ive been given the excuse that their system has been down for a couple of weeks, so no one else can help me.

Billing problem
Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX Called Toyota Financial Services to defer our auto payment with our lease for XXXX due to losing a job and my mother being XXXX. Upon speaking to the lady on the phone, she had stated that she can grant 3 deferred payments up until XXXX XXXX. Stated that they will notate the file. We would have to pay a deferral fee of {$73.00} and sign the document that they will be sending. We then signed the docs and sent back.
XXXX XXXX XXXX Called Toyota Financial Services upon receiving notices that we were behind on our payments. We spoke to another lady over the phone saying that the deferral payment was never received and that the deferral for 3 months was not even approved! Then stating that they can not give a deferral for that long. Asked to try and correct it and stated that their manager declined it. Keep in mind we have much less income due to being out of work and my mother being XXXX. I had asked to transfer me to someone that can approve the deferral and she stated that she cant. Also stated that no notes were even left. So i asked to have someone review the first call since i was clearly lied to. Lady stated they will review it and return my phone call in the next few days.
XXXX XXXX XXXX Called Toyota Financial Services again due to not receiving any call back regarding our account. First thing they stated is that I 'm two months behind on my payments and there is late fees applied. Stated with that rep what i had just went through with the last two people i spoke with. He said that was unacceptable and that they will review my file and return my call back regarding this matter within the next few days.
XXXX XXXX XXXX Called Toyota Financial Services due to not reviewing any calls back yet again! I stated the issue and they stated that they have called many times and stated that VOICEMAIL was n't set up. THAT WAS A LIE. Spoke about my situation and the rep said that he will get a hold of a manager and see if they can have it approved to resolve this issue. I was then put on hold for about 20 minutes, just for the rep to say that it was approved and that i would need to make two payments of {$73.00} to cover the deferrals for those two months. I made that payment and they stated they will mail the documents to sign. I said perfect and hung up.
XXXX XXXX XXXX I received a letter from Called Toyota Financial Services stated that i was three months behind and that they were going to REPO my car if not paid! I was livid! So I called Toyota Financial Services and spoke to two other people for them to tell me the same things I 've been told already. This time, the second rep i spoke to stated that they will review the calls and if they promised 3 deferrals then they will honor it. Promised they will review the calls and call me back.
XXXX XXXX XXXX I received a call back from the same rep stating they can not approve the deferrals because a manager had already declined it! WHY COULD N'T THEY JUST SAY THAT YESTERDAY!? I had asked, have they even reviewed the calls of your reps clearly lying to me making fake promises. Rep had stated NO, she has n't reviewed any calls. Instead, the deferral payments i just made, were applied towards my balances instead. Also stated that they cant help us because my account isnt current! They were originally current when i first called them! I 've been lied to many many times and have had no help what so ever regarding this situation. Now we are upside down {$950.00} of payments that we can not pay. This company needs to be shut down and sued for all the frauds and lies they 've done to people.

Excess mileage, damage, or wear fees, or other problem after the lease is finish
Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I signed a two year lease with Toyota Financial Services on a XXXX Toyota Corolla. The issuing dealership was XXXX XXXX in XXXX, MN and the lease was held by Toyota Financial Services.
The excess mileage fee section of the lease contract that I signed on XX/XX/XXXX did not list an excess mileage fee, which indicates that I would not be required to pay any excess mileage fees. In other words, the section of the contract that listed what fees I would be obligated to pay for excess mileage was blank. In XX/XX/XXXX, one month prior to the termination of my lease, a representative from Toyota Financial Services called me to ask if I had any questions regarding the end of my lease or the fees associated with lease termination. At this time, I asked the representative to confirm that I would not have to pay any excess mileage fees, as my contract supported that I would not be obligated to. The representative informed me, after checking the contract they had on file, that I would not have to pay any excess mileage fees.
I returned the vehicle in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a bill from Toyota Financial Services that stated I owed the lease disposition fee, excess mileage charge, and taxes on both fees. I called Toyota Financial Services to ask why I was receiving a bill for excess mileage when they informed me in XX/XX/XXXX that I would n't have to pay for any fees and my contract was blank. They informed me that the contract they had on file from the dealership, XXXX XXXX, showed that I had signed agreeing to pay any excess mileage fees at a rate of {$.00} per mile. I informed Toyota Financial Services that the contract was wrong, as my original contract and the only contract that I singed, shows I would not be obligated to pay any excess mileage fees. Toyota Financial Services told me the contract they were operating under showed I had initialed next to the {$.00} per mile fee and signed at the bottom. I told Toyota Financial Services that the contract was forged, as I had kept my original contract and had not, in fact, signed agreeing to pay any fees. Toyota Financial Services informed me that they had received two contracts from XXXX XXXX for my lease, and that they operate under the conditions listed in the most recent contract received from the dealer.
I asked Toyota Financial Services what could be done to rectify the fraud as the contract they were using was forged. I was informed that I could submit a complaint with Toyota Customer Experience and/or try to work it out with the dealership directly. I asked that Toyota Financial Services mail me a copy of the lease contract with the forgery, which they agreed to do. I was informed by Toyota Financial Services that any unpaid charges are sent to collections after 90 days without a payment.
I submitted a complaint with Toyota Customer Experience, and a dealership representative, XXXX XXXX, reached out to me to asked what the problem was. I informed XXXX XXXX that Toyota Financial Services received a forged contract from XXXX XXXX and that I was expected to pay excess mileage fees and tax as a result. I told XXXX XXXX that I was not going to pay a bill that I was fraudulently committed to paying on a forged contract. XXXX XXXX asked me to send him copies of the contract I had retained, as well as the forged contract Toyota Financial Services was sending me, so that he could review them with the dealership general manager, XXXX XXXX.
When I received a copy of the forged contract from Toyota Financial Services, I saw that my initials and signature had been forged, and that the dates and names of the dealership funding manager were also inconsistent, among other things. I emailed copies of both the original and the forged contracts to XXXX XXXX and called him to let him know I had sent him proof of the fraud. In an email response, XXXX XXXX told me he was going to show the paperwork to the dealership general manager and follow proper procedure to make sure everything was being done properly.
After two days had past, I emailed XXXX XXXX and asked him if he had spoken with the general manager about what XXXX could do to remedy the situation. In his response, XXXX XXXX asked me " What exactly are you asking for? And what is that based upon? '' In an email, I responded to him and the general manager, XXXX XXXX, and said that I expected XXXX to correct the situation as the contract Toyota Financial Services received from XXXX XXXX was forged. I did not get a response.
As there was no further response from XXXX XXXX nor XXXX XXXX, I wrote to the owners of XXXX XXXX XXXX, brothers XXXX and XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, explained the situation in detail, and asked that XXXX pay for the fees and tax, being that Toyota Financial Services was operating on a forged contract. I have not received a response.
I do n't know whether XXXX XXXX forged my signature, or if a representative of Toyota Financial Services forged my signature, but I know that serious fraud has been committed against me as my initials and signature have been forged on a lease agreement I never signed, and that this has the potential to damage my credit profile. Neither Toyota Financial Services nor XXXX XXXX XXXX have taken responsibility to rectify this fraudulent situation. To the contrary, I am still at risk for being sent to a collection agency based on a fraudulent contract and at risk for my credit to be harmed.

Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone
Complaint: I submitted a Lease Payment Deferral Agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX ( not 30 days late at this point ) to defer XX/XX/XXXX payment. At that time I paid the deferral fee in the amount of {$120.00}. I requested for the Deferral documents to be emailed to expedite the process time to ensure that the agreement would be processed in a timely manner. I did not receive the document on XX/XX/XXXX, therefore I contacted XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to receive the documentation needed, I was advised that the email was sent, it takes a few minutes to be received. I attempted again on XX/XX/XXXX to receive the documentation and I signed and returned the documentation by fax receiving a confirmation of receipt. I contacted XXXX early XX/XX/XXXX to see if the information was received and I was advised that the deferral was not processed at that point and I was advised to call back. I contacted LFS on XX/XX/XXXX to learned that the documentation was not received or processed, therefore I sent the documentation again. At this time the Hurricane Irma had made landfall in the Florida/Georgia and we were forced to evacuate. I learned a week later that the deferral was not processed until XX/XX/XXXX and a 30 day late payment was applied credit to our credit report. A dispute was sent to the dispute department and denied stating that the payment was already 30 days late which is incorrect. This account has never been 30 days late.

Complaint: There were several accounts listed on my credit report that 's inaccurate and has hurt my credit scores. I have on several occasions disputed alleged late payments on my credit report. These companies have yet to send me.
Section 168 of FCRA law ( s ) info on report does NOT match my records. I demand this item to be Updated to Paid as agreed, never late from my credit report ASAP.
The below listed Late Payments that are being reported within my credit report is inaccurate account information. I have never been late with my payments of these accounts. It is not clear to me how these late payments could have become merged within my credit file. Perhaps it was the result of a mixed file incident on behalf of you, the credit reporting agency or the original creditor. Whichever it is, the fact remains these late payments are incorrect payment history information. Under Section 168 FCRA this Late Payments Dated does not match my records nor the original creditors records to what reflects on my credit report, there-fore this item MUST be deleted and UPDATED under this law.
