Complaint: I got scammed in XX/XX/XXXX when I wanted to buy a XXXX XXXX for my cousins birthday on XXXX marketplace. I saw one selling for {$200.00} dollars from a user whose account has been active since long ago. I talked to her and she said she would be happy to send the XXXX XXXX by delivery using XXXX. So the next morning she texts me early and says shes about to send the XXXX and sends fake pictures of her at a delivery place with the console. She then says her XXXX account wasnt working and to use XXXX. I never used XXXX before but my bank had an option for it, so I trusted it. I sent the money and she kept telling me to wait for the tracking number that never came. She gave me her real phone number as well to send the money to and I have found her personal XXXX and XXXX using that info. I have messaged her but she says she will send police to me if I message her any more. I am completely devastated and really sad that I couldnt gift my cousin this year with the hard money I worked for in my part time job.

Complaint: I was shopping for a couch at Raymours and Flanigan and got approved a card to pay off the couch in 12 months with a 0 % interest. I took advantage of the promotion and paid off the couch in 7 months. Later on in the year I noticed a negative tradeline on my credit report from Raymours and Fanigans. It was and still is reporting a charge off with a balance of {$310.00}. I have kept all of my receipts and the contract of sales. I will attach said documents to the report. There you will find that I completed my obligations to the debt and this company should not be reporting this information inaccurately to the credit reporting agencies.

Complaint: During this time I had my XXXX card, the economy crashed, we were devastated by Hurricane Sandy, lost two cars our home was unlivable for one month and I didn't qualify for any programs because of my gross income which does not take into account loss of pay due to time/pay loss from work to attend numerous and frequent appointments.My credit was greatly effected from these events including XX/XX/11 as my husband is in the XXXX industry and was working in the city when the towers came down. Prior to this monumental time in my life, my credit was great. I am appealing to you to remove this derogatory account from my three credit reporting agencies. It has been with great difficulty attempting to recover from our my unfortunate situation. It has been about seven years reaching the statute of limitations. I am hopeful that you are understanding that the tie has expired and sue to the unfortunate circumstances in our life you could understand that families affected by natural disasters, loosing time at work and not being compensated, and complete devastation you could offer the opportunity for this family of XXXX to recover and remove this account from all three report.

Complaint: i have someone else names and another social security number on my credit report. All inquires and negative credit belong to the second social security number. My SS # ends in XXXX and there's another ending in XXXX with names i do not recognize. i have never had a Target card, XXXX card, XXXX or XXXX XXXX. I have never made inquires to any credit unions or car loan places. I have not bought tried to buy or want to buy a car or get a car loan. I have disputed this with the credit bureau several times. it looks like most of the fraud happened in 2013. please help.

Complaint: THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE COMPLAINT. I ORIGINALLY FILED COMPLAINT XXXX WHICH WAS CLOSED BUT NOT RESOLVED PROPERLY. THE LETTER ACCOMPANYING THE BANK 'S RESPONSE INVITED ME TO CALL THIS WOMAN, XXXX XXXX, WHO I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES, BUT SEEMINGLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO EITHER ANSWER HER PHONE OR RETURN CALLS. PLEASE SEE BELOW WRITE UP AND ATTACHMENTS : I had 4 accounts with TD Bank, 3 of them loans : 1. Checking XXXX XXXX. Checking Overdraft Loan XXXX XXXX. Line of Credit XXXX 4. Home Equity Loan XXXX I have previously and repeatedly disputed all 3 of the loan accounts in the past with XXXX, the CFPB, and with TD Bank directly. They have changed some things but not fixed everything. Timely payment of each loan would be evidenced if we could show checking account activity. However, TD is unable to provide checking account statements past XX/XX/XXXX and statements they do have show zero activity from XX/XX/XXXX on. I do not know how this is possible? : I receive and email from TD Bank each and every month telling me that my checking account statement is ready, BUT when I call to try to get access to the account online TD is unable to help me log in. Post XX/XX/XXXX there is considerable ongoing activity as late as XX/XX/XXXX in the loan accounts. The other side of these transactions could only be the checking account ( ergo the name of one of the loan accounts Checking Overdraft Protection ), but the checking side is MIA for well over 3 years? Please refer to account activity provided by TD Bank in attached file, TD Bank CFPB Response.pdf. Looking at the activity in the Overdraft account ( the other side of which must be the checking account which it is protecting ) I would have to surmise that much of what I am seeing in the loan is the result of fraud in the checking account, however there is no way for me to confirm this since TD claims checking statements do not exist. 1. Checking Overdraft Loan XXXX : As mentioned I believe much or all of the activity I see in this account from mid-XXXX on could be fraud. TD has already removed late payments from this account but I would also like Status to reflect Paid/Never Late/Closed instead of Included in Bankruptcy. I am more than willing to work with the bank if they would like to investigate possible fraud. 2. Line of Credit XXXX : It looks as if payments to this account stopped around the same time the checking account disappeared. At least minimum payments on this account should have been drafted automatically from my checking account, but uh, oh, right, theres that checking account thing. Even if there were no funds in the checking account payments still would have been made on the loan, and the checking overdraft covered by the overdraft loan. The overdraft loan remained current and even with previously mentioned mystery debits it had adequate open credit to cover payments for a long period of time, and without the mystery debits it would still have enough open credit. TD has already removed late payments from this account but I would also like Status to reflect Paid/Never Late/Closed instead of Included in Bankruptcy. 3. Home Equity Loan XXXX : By the same reasoning as explained in bullet 2 above I would like record of late payments removed. Additionally, this loan is showing status of Foreclosure Proceedings Started which should be changed to Paid/Closed for reasons evidenced and described in the timeline of events as follows : a. XX/XX/XXXX property financed is sold, payment is made. I have at least twice previously provided the closing disclosure showing payment, and it is again attached to this dispute, Closing Disclosure Seller Only Extended Lines ( 1 ) .pdf b. XX/XX/XXXX TD Bank receives payment in full on the loan, but erroneously records the payment as a charge off ( and they apparently also owe me about {$58.00} for overpayment ). c. XX/XX/XXXX TD Bank reports the loan status as Paid of XX/XX/XXXX with balance updated XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX TD Bank seems to have changed their minds about the status of a loan paid off almost 2 years earlier and Payment Status flips from Paid to Foreclosure Proceedings Started. For some reason the Balance Updated date is now shown as XX/XX/XXXX which is 2 weeks prior to the date they allegedly reported 18 months prior. Say again?? Thanks, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Complaint: On or about XX/XX/2019 I purchased a XXXX prepaid phone airtime Ecard from XXXX. Once the Ecard arrived in my inbox I tried to use the included pin number to install the airtime on my XXXX. I noticed the pin number was rejected when I tried to use it. I then contacted XXXX to see if I could resolve the problem and was told that although the pin number was good, the airtime card was not made for my type of phone. I then contacted XXXX stores and explained my predicament to them and asked for a refund. Upon my inquiry, I was told that XXXX stores does not offer refunds for phone airtime cards. Matter of fact, if XXXX would have been willing to offer me a credit to spend at any of their stores, that would have been fine with me. But no, that was it, case closed! Anyhow I then decided that since I had made the purchase with the XXXX XXXX XXXX card that connects to my checking account that I would take the matter up with my bank ( XXXX XXXX ) and contest the charge ( see documentation ) Yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX, I decided to pay my XXXX XXXX Credit Card balance and noticed the transaction I had made with the debit card had now migrated to the XXXX Credit Card ( see documentation ) Matter of fact, if you call up XXXX and inquire if the Ecard pin number has ever been used, they will corroborate that it never has been used.

Complaint: Hello : I opened a TD Cash Credit ( Platinum ) Card with TD Bank in approximately XX/XX/2018. The card was advertised as having a {$200.00} cash back bonus if {$500.00} was spent in 90 days of the account opening. I spent over {$500.00} in less than 90 days of the account opening ( by XX/XX/2018 ), but I never received the {$200.00} bonus despite meeting the offer terms and over 6 months passing since I surpassed the minimum spending requirement. I have contacted TD Bank requesting the {$200.00} bonus be awarded to be given that I met the offer requirements specified ; however, TD Bank has not awarded me the bonus.
