Complaint: My credit card was used without my permission for an online purchase at XXXX XXXX and XXXX, where I discovered this from reviewing my account activity before I made my monthly payment ; my card is in my possession. The transaction was dated on XX/XX/2019 where I have contacted the merchant and my credit card company. The merchant advised me to contact my financial institution, where my financial institution declined my dispute stating " it appeared to match my account usage, and the ABA and billing information matched ''. When I contacted the merchant on XX/XX/2019, they advised me that there were many fraudulent orders that was placed on their website, and they are trying to work with the victims like myself. I have reason to believe that my dispute was not filed and only merchant representment was submitted. I have asked my financial institution to provide me with DETAILED information as to why my dispute was filed, and not just a simple " it seems to match what you use your card for ''. I need order information, IP addresses from where the order was placed from, shipping info, contact info, and anything else that was used ; I have not received this info. This transaction was for {$110.00}, where I have to work several hours to make this back up. I REFUSE to pay this amount, because according tot the terms, I would accept responsibility for the charge. I need this reconciled immediately, as I do not want this charge to roll over to my next billing cycle and I am charged interest and it is reported back to the credit bureaus.

Complaint: I came into the dealership on XX/XX/2019 with the intention to buy a XXXX XXXX that day, and had a pre-approval from XXXX XXXX. I was introduced to the sales rep XXXX XXXX and I immediately explained to him what I wanted, that I had also been pre-approved by XXXX for a 3.99 % rate, and that I did not want to put one penny down. He said sure, they could roll everything in, and showed me a car that met my needs and had me fill out a credit application on their computer. I again, let XXXX know I had a pre-approval from XXXX. He assured me this was the process. Needless to say I met with the finance guy next and he tried to get me to sign documents that said i was paying an 8 % interest rate and it was from another bank. I let him know of this error and he acted surprised then finally came back with 3.9 % rate from XXXX XXXX. After coming home with the car I have found my credit was pulled by over 5 banks ( XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TD Auto Finance , XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) without my permission. These hard inquiries cost me a credit line already and have lowered my credit score. I am also very upset they have shared my credit history and personal information with other banks without my permission. I have tried in good faith to work with the dealership to have them removed but they are combative and show zero empathy for my situation. I have attached one of the emails I have sent, the credit application explanation I saw when authorizing the credit pull, and my pre-approval letter which I had showed the sales rep.

Complaint: My personal information was stolen on XX/XX/2016. I received reports from the credit reporting agencies that I had several accounts that were late. Upon checking the report I discovered numerous accounts that were never opened by myself or authorized by me. These accounts were opened using my personal information and ss number. I have reached out to these companies on several occasions and they are still contacting me and still showing up on my credit report. These are not my accounts. I have also mailed in or faxed my police report. Complaint: XX/XX/2016 I called Target Red card accounting per their XXXX number provided and asked for the credit card accounts supervisor, I told her VERY SPECIFICALLY 3X that I would be leaving for XXXX on approx. XX/XX/2016 and I needed an EXACT ACCOUNTING of my Target card so I could pay the entire amount off as I would be gone 2 years without any way of receiving or paying any billis that would arrive after my departure. I was given a TOTAL ACCOUNTING of $ XXXXusd and paid that amount, in full, on XX/XX/2016. 2 months later I received notification from my XXXX credit score that my perfect credit score was now XXXX. After many calls and absolutely NO help from Target, I found out that my account had been billed for purchases in XX/XX/2016 that should've been known to Target 's accounting and billing department. Because of their ineptitude and failure to report an accurate accounting of my account, my credit score was damaged irreparably and created financial hardships for me and a tremendous amount of business problems. I had to wait 2.5 years to dispute my credit reports and send Target my complaint- which they summarily denied any responsibility. Target has since emailed me to say they had mailed a response to my demand for compensation but that was almost 2 months ago and no mail or email correspondence has been received. Target is responsible for destroying my 45 year perfect credit for a {$19.00} charge they should have accounted for- causing me financial hardship and business problems not to mention 3 years of terrible credit and the horrendous stress it has caused me trying to rehabilitate my credit and my good name.

Complaint: I have had my credit cards for many years with TD now, and have had excellent payment and credit history. I called customer service today to ask if I could be considered for a lower rate on my cards and was told that the current rate is the rate I qualify for and there was no one else I could speak to. I asked if he ran my credit to make that statement and he told me he did not. I explained to him that my credit has improved since i first got the cards years ago, but he still offered no assistance. I have banked with other banks and this is a common practice-to review a longstanding customer for consideration of a rate reduction. I would hate to move my business to other banks just because you would not consider me for a rate reduction, as I have already been offered lower rates to transfer my balance to other banks, but I declined.
