Complaint: I am getting many phone calls attempting to collect a debt asking for a person that has a different name than mine. It is only the same first name. They tell me they will stop calling me and they continue to call. Now I am got a letter in the mail. The letter has a contact phone number and they do not answer the phone it goes to a voicemail. They are not returning my calls. I am not this person they accuse me of being!

Complaint: This is a complaint from XXXX XXXX again st TD Ba nk, because it is trying to collect from a person that does not owe the debt. Specifically , TD Ba nk continues to report this debt on XXXX XXXX 's credit report, despite being shown evidence that he does not owe it. The true obligated party for the debt alleged is XXXX XXXX . XXXX XXXX managed the business at the time, but did not assume any personal obligation for the loan. Evidence that XXXX XXXX did not owe the debt was provided in a XXXX XXXX , XXXX letter to TD Bank ( attached as exhibit # ). Th e letter further requested that TD Bank either provide evidence that XXXX has a personal obligation to the debt or remove it from his credit report. TD Bank did not respond to this letter, nor remove the item from XXXX XXXX credit report. Because of TD Banks non-response, disputes were filed to the credit bureaus. Each bureau responded that TD Bank replied to the dispute and verified that the debt alleged and reported was valid. A copy of the dispute reports are attached ) XXXX XXXX is not personally responsible for XXXX XXXX debt. TD Bank is actively ignoring requests for removal -- It is unfair, abusive and deceptive that TD Bank continues to give no proof of its claims while it negatively reports on XXXX XXXX credit reports. Reports of unpaid debts of this size are extremely harmful to a perso ns credit score. As a r esult of this negative reporting, XXXX XXXX has been unable to qualify for lending and refinancing opportunities.

Complaint: XXXX 's client XXXX XXXX is an identity theft victim. Someone used his information to establish a Target retail account without his consent. Target was provided all needed dispute information X/X/17 via certified mail, return receipt, which they received XXXX . During that time Target has continued to report this fraudulent account to our client 's XXXX and XXXX credit reports as a late account. Mr. XXXX has contacted Target on several occasions to inform them of the reported fraudulent account and the fact that its late status has had a negative impact on his credit reporting information ; each time he is told Target will correct this information however as of this date X/XX/17 that has not happened. In addition Target has failed to notify our client of the results of the dispute as is their obligation to do so within a maximum of 45 bu siness days of receiving the dispute information. Target is in violation of the FCRA concerning and my clients federal consumer rights concerning this account.

And that if they could n't they need to follow the FDCPA any debt that ca n't be validated you must request that all credit reporting agencies delete the entry. Complaint: In XXXX XXXX XXXX filed XXXX XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy. I continued to make monthly mortgage payments of {$580.00} to XXXX XXXX for my first mortgage. I was not notified by my attorney or XXXX XXXX of an increase in my mortgage payment to XXXX as of XXXX of XXXX and continued to pay {$580.00} monthly. I paid all mortgage payments directly to XXXX Bank by electronic transfer from my personal checking account during the bankruptcy. In a certified mail dated XXXX / XXXX / XXXX , I received legalnotice from XXXX XXXX demanding {$1900.00} alleging that their records showed my account XXXX payments overdue. At that time XXXX Bank had " unapplied funds '' that I paid that were not credited to my mortgage account. A XXXX Bank statement dated XXXX / XXXX / XXXX states that I owed {$1300.00} due before XXXX / XXXX / XXXX . I sent payments of {$700.00} on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX , {$630.00} on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX for a total of {$1300.00}. A letter from XXXX dated XXXX / XXXX / XXXX states that as of XXXX / XXXX / XXXX my new payment amount was {$600.00} and requests an additional payment of {$520.00} by XXXX / XXXX / XXXX , which was XXXX weeks before the date on the letter and XXXX weeks before I received the notice. I have also been charged a number of " late fees '' and XXXX XXXX by property inspection '' fees for which the bank has not provided an explanation. I have called the bank several times, without a resolution of this issue. They said they would call me back.

Complaint: On or around XXXX XXXX on Friday the XXXX of XXXX , I called TD bank a nd I was assisted by a lady name XXXX XXXX which claim herself to be one of the branch managers at the location at XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ma. I spoke with this lady for abou t 20 minutes tryi ng to resolve an issue I had with my account. In our conversation we had, I explained to her that the two over d raft fees assessed to my account were a fraud because I had enough money to cover those expenses . First, she lied to me stating that were no fees assessed to my account and when I confronted her three times that the fees were cleared there, she put me on hold for about 5 minutes because she need it to jump into a different computer she said '' after being on hold for about 5 minutes, she came back on the phone and she said that she was able to see the fees I was talking abo ut, but those fees were accurate according to her judgement. I insisted that my account was positive and when those charges coming, I had enough money to cover them. After that, she went on to say that that was the way the bank makes money from customer by tackle them over draft and return checks fees. I continue arguing with miss XXXX and told her that what they were doing was a fraud by stealing money from customers. she went on to say that she needed to call her regional managers and she will call me back with an answer. I waited a week for her response, but she never did. It is clear to me that it comes to customer 's satisfaction, she has the minimum experienced to take care customers. I also explained to her that when I opened my account, I signed in to be opt - in meaning they can pay an item even if I do n't have enough fund to cover and I will be assessed {$35.00} dollars over draft fees which I complied with that. But the reality was different with TD bank. Despite the fact, I signed in to be opt-in, they refuse to pay or they chose what to pay just to make money from the customers. For example : I programed a payment and there were not enough funds to cover, they paid it, and then, they pull the money back again so they can have charged me a return check fee over and over again cause the merchant summited the payment 3 times and the 3 times was rejected so they can charge me 3 times return check fees. But also, the merchant charge me 3 return checks fees because of TD bank actions by not allowing to pay the item. If they would have to pay the item in the first try, there would have not been so many returns checks fees assessed from both parties. So far, there has been at least XXXX XXXX dollars return checks fees assessed from TD bank fraudulent. I am demanding td bank to return me all the return checks fees that were assessed to my account and to comply with what I singed in to opt -in and they refused to do it.
