Complaint: I am trying to add my TD bank account to my XXXX account so I can have a working bitcoin wallet. When I put my TD information in to add the account, a prompt came up telling me the TD bank is blocking access to enable my external applications. This is the only account I can open my bitcoin wallet with and I should be able to add that account.

Complaint: I was trying to link my TD Bank checking account with XXXX so that I can withdraw funds to my bank account but TD Bank is blocking XXXX from doing so. I attempted to conect the connect the account using my TD Bank web credentials but I receive an error that TD Bank is blocking me. I called the bank and they said they dont like coinbase.com and that is why I cant access it. The customer service rep at TD Bank refused to give me her employee number or any info on who she was. This is unacceptable as now my money is locked up in a website and I will be forced to move my bank account to another bank to get my funds. Thanks, XXXX

Complaint: I went into td bank in XXXX time 2017 and they told me my accounts have been a risk even tho I never did anything risky and I wud have to call customer service to get my balance {$160.00} sent as a check and they locked my account.. I called customer next day service and they said only bank manager of my local bank can approve me taking out my money so I spoke with my bank manager of XXXX ny on XXXX XXXX her name is XXXX and she said only customer service can do it and she cant do anything they kept me going in circles and I needed that money to pay one of my credit cards I had from a XXXX XXXX XXXX when I tried to transfer it to my XXXX XXXX credit card money I owed it kept undoing it causing me to have {$200.00} dollar fees and bad credit late notice on my XXXX XXXX to my credit report. Not to mention td kept charging monthly fees even though I had no access to the money

Complaint: For weeks now I have been attempting to link my online banking with a trading platform and unfortunately I have notr been able to. I have done it twice and since then the bank unlinked my account and refused to allow me to link them again. I get an error message everyrime I make such attempt. One error message read that the bank is blocking me from linking my accounts. I called the bank, not to mention the ongoing struggle of getting ahold of customer service. Almost everytime I reach them, it takes at least 30 minutes ro finally speak to a representative who told me that its not them while it is. A previous issue that Ive had was with changing my pin because it, when I called it took half an hour to speak to a rep who told me I have to go in a branch to change my pin, lying about a policy change that this service is no longer available over the phone. When I checked online it clearly indicates that I can always call to change my pin. Not ro mention when I asked for an escalation to a supervisor they made me wait an hour until they hung up. NO EXAGGERATION!! Mind you I have activated voice recognition meaning there is no concer of fraud. Terrible service.

Complaint: XX/XX/2017 I applied and was approved for a XXXX credit account through TD bank. However, my purchase was not allowed by XXXX due to what I understand to be a fraud block. I received this information from TD bank and it was later verified by XXXX. In multiple occasions I was told that the back office handles these issues and someone would get back to me. It 's been over 45 days and I was finally told today that XXXX was unable to verify my information. That 's odd because I was never contacted for verification of anything. I was told that this was done through a computer system. This makes no sense to me. The computer system is what blocked the account in the first place. Meanwhile, I have an account in my credit report that I ca n't use. This appears to happen a lot as several people have posted on the XXXX forum and have yet to see a resolution. My order number is XXXX and the issue number is XXXX.

The amount was XXXX dollars it took a month and numerous phone calls to try and get the money reimbursed. After a month I was only reimbursed XXXX of the XXXX dollars that I had deposited.
