Complaint: RE : TD BANK COMPLAINT In the Spring of XX/XX/XXXX, I received my yearly request for proof of my hazard insurance from TD bank where I have a small mortgage on a home. I sent proof to the fax # they provided in their letter. I sent it 2 times. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a 2nd notice that they did not have receipt of the insurance. I then had my insurance company send it. On XX/XX/XXXX I called the number on the letter and spoke with " XXXX '' who confirmed the bank 's receipt of the homeowner 's insurance policy. I faxed it again to the name on the letter. ( attached ) I received another letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, still not acknowledging receipt of the policy. I then on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, again called the number on the letter and explained, again, that I have sent and received confirmation that the bank had my insurance policy on file. I spoke with " XXXX '' and she verified the same. Again, I called on XX/XX/XXXX ... ditto. I received a TD bank monthly payment notice for XX/XX/XXXX stating that on XX/XX/XXXX my mortgage amount would be going up from {$1800.00} to {$2400.00} automatically deducted from my checking account. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with XXXX who again stated it had been corrected and would have a supervisor, named XXXX XXXX, call me to confirm this would be immediately corrected and I would be credited the overcharged amount that they withdrew from my account. I called again today, XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with " XXXX '' who said a supervisor would call me back. I said I would like to speak directly to a supervisor and she transferred me over to " XXXX '' who again apologized and said the escrow dept was at " year end '' deadline tomorrow but should get back to me tomorrow. This is a fraudulent, bogus business practice. I have been trying to get this resolved for 8 months and now they are overcharging me for duplicate insurance. This is highly unethical and illegal.

Complaint: I have tried multiple times to link my bank checking account to XXXX which is an exchange to invest in cryptocurrencies. I keep getting an error which states TDBank is blocking you from enabling external applications which prevents me from linking my account to deposit funds. I have called them many times concerning this issue, but they keep saying there is nothing wrong with your account and there is no blocks. It seems they do not want to help me. I need this resolved immediately. I thank you for your help.

Complaint: TD Bank has twice turned down my claims for fraudulent charges made on my credit/debit card. I was informed it was because the purchases were made within 50 miles of my home and that they are similar recurring charges. I have never used that ATM or sent money using the service that was used ever in all the years I have been a customer with TD Bank. I have been a customer with them for at least 15 years. On XX/XX/XXXX I noticed charges on my account that I did not recognize or authorize. I immediately called TD Bank and filed a claim for over {$900.00}. There was an additional fraudulent charge for {$300.00} that was in the pending process so I had to wait until it went through to file a separate claim, which I did a number of days later. Please note that a provisional credit from TD Bank was issued for the {$300.00}, but not for the original amount. The fraudulent charges are as follows XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$200.00} XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$300.00} XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX withdraw at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX for {$200.00} XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX withdraw at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX for {$200.00} XX/XX/XXXX to Square Cash for {$300.00} ( This is the charge that TD Bank issued a provisional credit for pending their investigation. The credit was issued XX/XX/XXXX ) As I stated previously I have never had any charges to these places before. I than went to my local police department, the XXXX XXXX Police Department and filed a police report for identity theft. This police report was immediately faxed to TD Bank the day I received it. TD Bank acknowledged to me on the phone when telling me my claim was denied a second time that the police report was indeed attached to the claim, so they have it and still denied the claim. I asked the supervisor at TD Bank, XXXX whom I spoke with to refile the claim. She said I would need new information to do so. I do n't know what to do. I am out over {$900.00}, plus the {$210.00} in overdraft fees that TD Bank had the nerve to charge me with after the fraudulent charges hit my account and items started bouncing all over the place. I am on XXXX and do n't have a lot of money so this is really hurting me financially. I have a print-out of the bank transactions as well as a copy of the police report.

Complaint: Having issues linking checking account from TD Bank through third party apps on my phone to manage my accounts. ( XXXX, XXXX XXXX ) error received that TD Bank is blocking applications. Called TD bank spoke to a rep and that stated that they cant help. That they are not blocking anything. However upon searching online I see similar occurances from other consumers. With similar investigation apps such as XXXX, transactions not getting posted, or issues verifying account information. Accessing TD Bank online works fine except when trying to link separate accounts. Issues have been going on for about two weeks on my end and I called and spoke to the bank rep on todays date X/XX/2018

Complaint: To whom this may concern my name is XXXX XXXX I received a copy of my credit report and after review it there were 3 accounts reporting on my credit files that I had no Knowledge of. The first account is XXXX XXXX XXXX. The second accounts is TD Auto Finance. And the third account is XXXX XXXX XXXX I did not authorize them to open these accounts. I have been in contact with the credit bureaus, i have sent over several certified letters over to your companies. I have record of the phone calls, certified mail sent to your companies and i am sick and tired. I am in distress and i am leaning towards taking legal actions against your companies within 72 hours of you receiving this message. If you feel that this is an error on my part please kindly take the time out to show me the process on how you verify an item and what steps you take to prove that a debt is owed. Your company has violated my rights on several occasions and have broken several laws in The FCRA sections 609, 611, 604, and several other laws in the FCRA. My consent was violated in this process because i was not contacted by anyone that i owed a debt or an account being placed on my account. I therefore know that this is a violation of my rights and i will take legal actions towards your companies.

Complaint: I purchase a XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX I had a trade in I was told I was approved and the loan was for 48 months I signed all the paperwork took delivery and the next day I was asked to resign I had to resign 3-4 times all electronically and never was shown or received paper work the only time I was showed the paper work was the first time come to find out they changed the term to 84 I contacted the dealer and the sales manger was terminated. I have also contacted td auto financial and told them I had electronically signed the key pad at the dealer and it was a bad loan and I never received a contracts or documents. I was told there was nothing they could do from there I told them to come get there car due to the pad note they had me sign my credit report is now showing a charge off I am going to try this route first before filing through the courts I would like to see this off my credit seeing I did n't have it more than 45 days it also took td auto finance almost 9 months to locate the car in which I told them I dropped it off right after I seening the fraudulent loan

Complaint: This is supporting information and also a follow up, so after previously contact CFPB XXXX/tD finally replied to me and they sent me some proof of signature and I have proof on legal documentation that, the signature does not belong to me, thats not the way I signed, they stated that my drivers license was swiped but as I told them my drivers license was stolen and I reported it to the law enforcement ... they mentioned a account that was used to make payments on the account that I never had ... that was a account that appeared on my consumer report that I disputed as well XXXX unauthorized account opened.. Documentation Im enclosing shows the signature XXXX/TD sent me and said I signed .... And I enclosed my signature on official documents Also a copy of the police report on my lost drivers license the report is blurry but I still included it And a copy of the letter they sent me ( XXXX/ TD )
