Complaint: my account was hit by a skimmer and an illegal XXXX $ stolen from my acount this money was set aside for home inspection due to us buying a house td bank was contacted via local branch and started the process of getting my money back card was canceled and new one issued my account was expedited but noting has happend i still dont have my money and now no t able to pay my inspector they are dragging their feet on this the criminal who did this tried to hit my account the same day on 3 other occasions that morning but thank XXXX visa caught it

Complaint: Over the past year I have been using TD BANK locations around XXXX, XXXX. I used the account solely for convenience and to cash 1 check per week. I paid the mo thy fees for low balances ( {$15.00} checking/ {$4.00} savings/ as well as {$3.00} ON TOP OF fees already charges by out of network ATMS ). I was always careful to keep the balance positive. The few times it went negative ( less than {$10.00} ) I quickly deposited/transferred money within hours and almost always had the account positive by business days close. This incurred repeated {$35.00} fees. During the last week before closing my accounts ( final week of XXXX 2017 ) I also had an atm eat {$20.00} of a {$600.00} deposit, to which the tellers directed me to an outside company. I was reimbursed the misplaced {$20.00} after I initiated a review of the atm and it was found to have excess money in it. I went in that week to close both account where I signed paperwork in person and was told the branch manager would personally close the accounts in about 2 business days. When I checked a week later the savings account was still open. When I called to ask what the hold up was the operator said they did not see the account set to close. I then had to reinitaiate the closing process by phone even though I had signed physical paperwork at a branch to do so the week before. I did not complain about the $ XXXX/mth fees I paid to have accounts and deposit my one small check a week. I did not complain about the {$1.00} charged for every bill I wanted to pay from the accounts. I did not complain about the {$6.00} ( {$3.00} TDBANK charge ) combined atm fee for using outside ATMs. I started complaining about the {$35.00} fees for being overdrawn by {$7.00} for 2 hours. The final straw was having an atm steak money from me and be told it was not the banks responsibility and be directed to an outside vendor. This all culminated in the closed accounts, which I signed in person, not being acted on and remaining open. Which inevitably would have ended in more fees and more overdrafts ( since the bank told me not to deposit money as this would reopen the account ). Enoughbis enough.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I signed up for an account with XXXX at XXXX and linked my TD Bank account to auto debit {$200.00} each money into my XXXX investment account. On XX/XX/XXXX, the last of the {$200.00} deposits were transferred. Since that date, XXXX is claiming that TD Bank is blocking the linked auto debit. I have received two noticed of the issue with TD Bank from XXXX over the past 2 weeks. I spoke with 3 different departments at TD Bank today, XX/XX/XXXX and was told that there is no indication of a block on my account and that XXXX has not attempted to retrieve. This is incorrect according to XXXX and the auto notifications I have received from them concerning the blockage of transfers.

On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I sent several certified letters over to each of the creditors and credit bureaus and you have yet to correct the error account that you are reporting on my credit profile. You continue to send me a bogus verified code account. I am unaware of the accounts listed below and have no knowledge of the accounts. I have never applied for any of the accounts. I have no idea, credit cards and have never applied to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX , XXXX & XXXX XXXX At this point I am fed up and I am distressed. My only result is to take legal actions, I remained professional through out this situation and Ive sent in certified documents hoping that you guys would correct the error in respect to violationg my rights within The FCRA. I am only left to contact the attorney generals office in XXXX XXXX County, also File a police report against your company for using my credit profile and placing error accounts on my profile without my consent and this isnt the first time that you have done this to me. At this point I am fed up and in distress with the XXXX that you are causing. You have caused me so much problems and I will make sure you pay the consequences and court fees of {$10000.00} in court fees for violating me through the FCRA, placing error accounts on my credit file and other violations. At this point this is my final attempt to resolve this issue out of court. If you feel that I am wrong please feel free to provide me with all the necessary steps, documents used to determined that this debt is for me and I am liable for it. Please provide me with the necessary information and detailed copies of the paper work and documents. Thank you please.

Complaint: I have absolutely no idea what this account is, I have never opened a account with this creditor and want this removed. I have notified my local Police department ( XXXX XXXX county sheriffs ) of this fraudulent account and have made a police report, also I have taken the proper steps to report these accounts to the Federal Trade Comission ( FTC ) and filed fraud reports with them. TD/XXXX ( paid in full ) charge off, I have never had a XXXX card and refuse to shop there! Complete and utter fraud. Along with XXXX XXXX which is from XXXX XXXX XXXX? I have only ever had service through XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), I do not nor have I ever had XXXX XXXX XXXX and want this removed immediately.

Complaint: I have tried to open a checking account with TD Bank on XX/XX/XXXX. Information provided to TD Bank by a third party identification verification information company reports a fraud alert is attached to my post office box address so I can not open a new account. This information is incorrect because another person not related to me used my XXXX XXXX XXXX a few years ago for himself and his family. Numerous bills have arrived and apparently are unpaid resulting in a fraud alert related to my address. In checking with one of the credit report agencies, I have found that my credit is good and they have no fraud information reported related to my credit history. The matter is complicated due to the fact that this person has the same last name as me. TD Bank would not provide information to me as to the " third party '' company or companies they subscribe to for this service. so that I can attempt to correct the erroneous information. Any assistance will be appreciated.
