Complaint: I initially went through XXXX to purchase currency and my transaction was denied 4 days after I submitted it. I called TD and they stated it is an issue with XXXX, but Ive since read that TD has been blocking virtual crypto currency. I just tried to start a transaction on the site XXXX and was denied again stating TD Bank is blocking you from enabling external transactions. This seems like theyre telling me I cant spend my money how I choose to.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, I contact personally a representative of TD Bank in XXXX Florida because I was trying for about 5 times to link my checking account with my XXXX account and every time that I was executing this action I received a message in my XXXX account that said " TD Bank is blocking you from enabling external applications ''. This representative toll me that I have to wait 30 days in order to successfully link my accounts. No other solutions to this issue was offered. Then on XXXX XXXX, I called TD Bank customer service # XXXX, talked to a representative that told me that all the restrictions in my checking account were lifted and that I should not have any problem trying to link with my XXXX account. I tried to link the two accounts again with no success. Please can you help me to solve this issue?? I hope you will .... Thank you

Complaint: Received Notification from TD Bank of New Monthly Payment Effective Date = XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and new Monthly Payment Amount = XXXX ( instead of XXXX ) along with notification of SURPLUS in Escrow acct of {$920.00}. I changed my auto payment to XXXX in XXXX, one month BEFORE the add'l {$10.00} was due, but the auto payment reverted back to the prior amt without my realizing it. I have now corrected the auto payments, I have paid {$280.00} in Late Fees, I have overpaid Principal due, but still have had a late payment reported to the Credit Agency for my {$10.00} (!!! ) mistake. Moreover, multiple calls for a current balance or assistance were unheeded because their automated system does not recognize my acct number. I would like for TD Bank to remove the Late Payment from my Credit Report as I have paid 20 times the amount in late fees AFTER being sent a check for {$920.00} for their OVER-WITHHOLDING on my escrow in XXXX. To have the escrow amt increase by {$10.00} & then have the bank use that as a means to not apply the otherwise complete Principal and Interest payment & thereby charge late fees and make a late payment report to the credit bureaus in unconscionable. I will pay the late fees etc, but am asking the late payment report to the credit bureaus, which will cost me thousands in increased finance, insurance rates, etc, to pls be redacted. This was a {$10.00} clear & obvious mistake, which could have been quickly rectified if the bank had just called me or had human beings that one could speak to rather then a broken automated " customer service '' system that hangs up and does n't recognize its own account numbers, with no option press 0 or any other means to actually speak to a human.

Complaint: TD Bank will not allow me to move money from my checking account into another account at XXXX, a California based bank. It seems as if TD does not want its customers to do business with any bank that has ties to crypto currency. XXXX has more trusted customers than XXXX XXXX, and I should be able to move money freely between MY own bank accounts. TD should remove the restrictions from their customers accounts and " allow '' them to legally do business with whomever they choose.

Complaint: I feel i should be credited the {$25.00} i used to open this account. I am a struggling mother that was trying to get a loan so that i can manage to pay my bills until i am back steady. Now that i gave my information to a fraud lender thinking that i was going to get the loan, being that it was my first time applying for a loan online, I owe TD BANK over {$500.00} and that is money i dont have right now to even pay try to pay back. You can already see i was trying to get a loan to pay other bills. I was contacted by a fraud lender, told me i was approved from XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$10000.00} told him i only needed {$3000.00}, proceeded to tell me to go open a new checking account because my XXXX XXXX account was too overdrawn. So i opened to account with TD BANK and from there everything went down hill i didnt here from this fraud lender after i gave him my online banking info.
