Complaint: I do n't understand how I can be submitting multiple pages of proof to the credit bureaus proving that these accounts are inaccurate and must be removed and yet, TD Auto did not remove these accounts! Congress clearly states in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that the burden of proof is on the creditors and the credito bureaus and NOT me so how come nothing isbeing done to assist me? What other proof is required of me to show that these items are not reporting per federal law? I 'm attaching the lawsuit that clearly spells this out as well as my credit report and my actual disputes. I do n't understand who allows them to do this ( governement, etc. ) but this is a complete violation of my rights under the FCRA! TD Auto XXXX Status makes no sense, delete this immediately : XXXX and XXXX : closed/XXXX : open All 3 bureaus should be reporting the same information. What also doesnt make sense is that XXXX and XXXX report a monthly payment of {$0.00} while XXXX reports {$1000.00}! TD Auto XXXX Im at a loss on how you can still be reporting this incorrectly when you had ample proof that this was incorrect. Complaint: Today I received a credit card from TD Bank and included in the envelope was a standard-form privacy notice. It said " we can share your personal information for our affiliates to market to you '' and " you can limit this sharing '' by calling TD Bank at XXXX. However, this is the wrong number. The recording requires entry of the customer 's account number and other information, but then says it 's the wrong number to call for credit card customers. It provides an option to be transferred to a different line, which requires re-entry of all that information and more, and then presents phone menus that do n't include any options for controlling privacy settings. I was able to reach a representative who just re-asserted that I should call the number listed on the page, and she 'd inform a manager of my complaint.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, 2018, I tried to add my TD Bank account to XXXX in order to make purchases. When I logged into my account, XXXX notified me that " TD Bank is blocking you from enabling external applications. You have the right to access your financial data. Encourage TD Bank to fix this problem by contacting them. '' I have yet to contact the company directly, because various blogs and threads online have described negative experiences, thus I decided to follow one of XXXX 's three suggestions ( XXXX and calling TD Bank as the other two ) and file a complaint with the CFPB. Hopefully this issue can be remedied swiftly.
