Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I was routed to an employee with XXXX by the name of XXXX employee ID XXXX. When I attempted to find out why my credit score went from XXXX to XXXX, because the notification stated that the " consumer disputed the account '' which I knew this was not true he advised me that in order for me to obtain that information. I would have to pay {$15.00} to receive my credit score verbally or to have the remarks read to me that were left on my credit file. I immediately stated that I would like to speak to a representative in the United States. Every time I call XXXX I am routed to an International representative. XXXX employee ID XXXX routed me back to the United States in order for me to get the information that was requested, but upon obtaining that information. I found that the remarks were reported incorrectly neither I or my credit card provider had reported that I was disputing the entire account. When I contacted XXXX I couldn't even get anyone on the phone they have an automated systems that refuses to put you into contact with any live representative. Regarding Synchrony Bank. I would like to know why they are changing accounts numbers on accounts that if ever need to be referenced would no longer exist under the same account number?

Complaint: This is my last attempt to rectify this situation with Synchrony Bank before seeking legal action. I have disputed this information numerous times also sending a FTC affidavit to the credit reporting agencies with my dispute and in return i receive this pre-made response stating " VERIFIED ''. I have reached out to Synchrony Bank concerning these accounts and no one could find the accounts. My name and address does not match any information in your system nor have I called Synchrony Bank to give any of my personal information to anyone at Synchrony Bank including demographic information. Credit reporting agencies do not do a thorough investigation. Unfortunately, credit bureaus often use software that does not complete thorough investigations. I am a nevada resident and have been for over 10 yrs. I am requesting a credit agreement with my signature, a signed application, proof that I was the one who agreed to open the accounts, I want to know how was the account opened was it online or in person, I want to know was there a utility bill of some sort sent in for verification, was there a passport or id sent in both are acceptable for verification. The burden of proof is not on the consumer if the consumer did not open the account. The consumer will have nothing to show if the credit account is due to identity theft. The accounts that are in question : XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX and walmart XXXX of XXXX. I do not have a credit card number to any of the accounts so I can not give information to something I did not open nor do the credit bureau have an account number on my report at least not a full one. Do not attempt to change the address in your files to match whats in your system. My Nevada address is solely for you to correspond with me. If XXXX XXXX attempts to do so this will be considered fictitious malpractice on XXXX XXXX and I will contact the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General Office.

Complaint: I have attempted to fix fees charged through sams club credit account handled by synchrony bank, by calling, in, and I always get representatives in another country who can barely speak English. I went ahead and just called this morning, since I received a late statement. Making my payment late and their rhetoric, is to repeat the most recent information on the card. I asked about the fees and she simply brushed me off. I requested a change of address and she placed me on hold over 10 minutes. This is unacceptable. I need customer service in the US or a creditor that will actually service the needs of the public before placing the needs of the bank first.

Two written letters have been sent to the company with explanation. I explained that I will not accept phone calls only through written documents. I continue to ONLY receive billing statements no written letter. I always pay this account in full.

Complaint: Purchase was made from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX using PayPal Credit Card. It was placed online for some cat shelves. The amount is {$640.00}. Item will not be shipped until XXXX XXXX. I cancelled and requested refund. This was denied. I was told I would have to receive item and return it. I would get a refund 30 days after it was returned. I was not told it would take this long to receive it or the return policy. I disputed the charge with PayPal Credit Card through PayPal and Synchrony Bank. I have sent faxes and mailed dispute form. It has been ignored. This is a lot of money for me. I can't afford to lose that money or be without it for this extended period of time. I'm on a fixed income and am XXXX.

Complaint: Syn/Walmart account number XXXX is reporting to XXXX that I owe {$1100.00}. The problem is, I spoke to an agent at the bank and he could not give me the date of first delinquency. He mentioned the date the account was charged off as XX/XX/XXXX. According to his / their bank records they are saying the account should fall off the credit reporting agencies like XXXX, XXXX and XXXX in seven years on XX/XX/XXXX. However, this is not valid if the " date of charge off '' is months or even a year from the very first date I was late and/or missed a payment and never did get caught up. Therefore, this account could fall of my credit report as early as NOW. The bank can not and will not give me the proper information of delinquency, thus reporting this account to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX as incorrect and making this account more damaging becasue it acts newer when trying to receive credit from business.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, a Cashiers Check was sent to Synchrony Bank to pay my existing balance of {$1300.00}. On XX/XX/2019 I called the company to inquire why the payment had not posted. They said the check must have been lost in the mail. On XX/XX/2019, the bank put a stop on the first check and created a new Cashiers Check and sent it XXXX which was received on XX/XX/2019 by Synchrony Bank. On XX/XX/2019, both checks were deposited but I was only given credit for one. When the " stop payment '' check was returned, they reversed my payment. I have called them multiple times in an attempt to correct the issue. My bank wrote a letter and included copies of both checks and the status of each. To date, Synchrony Bank still shows me owing a balance of {$1300.00}. The people at customer service see the issue and agree with me but the payment processing group WILL NOT fix the problem. They will not give me credit for the check which did clear the bank.
