Complaint: Paypal credit keeps trying to make me pay for credit I can't afford to pay because I am now on social security disability benefits. I do not make that much I only get paid monthly and my social security benefits can not be garnished. SSI can not be garnished by any creditor or debt collector.

Complaint: This complaint is in regards to account with Discount Tire/Synchrony Bank which was charged off and sold to a debt collector in XXXX. The debt collector was XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I paid the balance in full and received a letter confirming that my account was closed/paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX ( attached ). I have filed a dispute with XXXX to update my account. XXXX only updated my account to show that it was placed in collection in XXXX of XXXX ( attached ), which makes matters worse. Additionally, XXXX will not update my account information ( attached ). I have made all attempts to resolve this matter and will need further assistance.

Complaint: I made a puchase with Lowe 's on XX/XX/XXXX in the original amount of {$1400.00} on an 18-month, 0 % interest promotion. My credit card is set to have all payments allocated to promotional balances, first. Steadily, since that purchase, every payment I've made has been well in excess of {$200.00}, and lately, closer to {$350.00}. {$140.00} of my payment ( approximately ) is first paid to a fixed payment purchase I made earlier in the year. The rest of my payments should go to the promotional balances. On XX/XX/XXXX, this promotion balance ended and I was charged over {$700.00} in interest. When I contacted Lowes on XX/XX/XXXX, they stated I still had a balance owed on that promotion of {$1100.00}. I requested a review of how each payment I had made since the promotional purchase was applied to my balance. The chat representative said that he could give me the payment allocation over chat, but would not be able to send them to be in the mail or e-mail claiming " security reasons '' for why he couldn't send it via either of those methods.

Complaint: Care Credit has been inadvertently charging me a security fee. I thought maybe I signed up and didnt realize, but I have family and friends who say they didnt sign up for it either. When I asked for a refund on the hundreds of dollars paid in since XX/XX/2018, they said some deadline had passed and that I could only get the last payment of {$20.00} back. They cancelled any future purchase but I did not sign up for it in the first place!

Upon inspection I have made several calls and payments in the last 3 months since Synchrony Bank has taken over this account for Sams Club. I have also received two refunds for late fees. I have made over a dozen calls to Synchrony Bank to get this corrected as it may effect my credit and we are looking at buying a new car. I pay my bills.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX I request a credit promotion on XXXX XXXX XXXX for the purchase of two bedrooms furniture for the total of {$2400.00} to be payed in 33 months that ends on XX/XX/2021. The first problem was that they don't sent me the first statement and I call them to know what happened, they have the wrong address, because of that I had to pay {$170.00}, {$150.00} for the past due and current monthly payment, also that I have to pay a late charge of {$27.00}. The store never told me that the monthly payment are {$76.00} and that payment aren't fixed. Because I understand that the payment are fixed and as the balance go down the minimum payment go less each month, I pay {$170.00} instead the {$76.00} appear on the first statements. After few months and paying {$100.00} I notice that the minimum payment continue the same, {$76.00}, I contact the Synchrony Bank, the financial institution that support the promotional credit of XXXX XXXX XXXX and they told me that my contract are a promotional credit offer not a revolving credit card, so that I have to pay the {$76.00} minimum payment no matter what if I pay more than the {$76.00} on each one of the past payments I made. I call them and made a claim about that and they told me, that I can't pay in the 33 months now, told me that I can continue with the minimum payment of {$76.00} even if I pay in full in less the 33 months. I want to know what's are my rights to pay in the 33 months as told me the XXXX XXXX XXXX store where I make the purchase.

Complaint: In XXXX a PayPal credit account was opened in my name. That was closed but a new address has shown up on my report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NV XXXX. I have never lived or even been to Nevada. Each time XXXX says they removed the address but it is still on my report. In addition I have request that the hard credit inquiry be remove by both PayPal and Synchrony Bank. And that also remains on the report.This is the case despite them telling me that they requested it be removed. I have made request for the remove of the information 7 times since XXXX. I have called both XXXX and Synchrony on this matter multiple times. At one point I have had to request the information be removed from XXXX and XXXX who removed the information with no issue.

Complaint: I received a letter from Sychrony Bank stating my credit card application was denied as they were unable to verify my identity. I called the company XX/XX/19 I told them I didn't apply for any credit card on XX/XX/19 of the application. I exchanged details with them and personal information and discovered that someone used my name, social, address, phone number but a different email address to apply for a Paypal Credit Card. The filled out a complaint report and were sending it to all three credit bureaus. I then put a freeze on my credit reports. They also said it would take about 30-60 days to have this inquiry removed off of my credit report.
