So the gal that was extremely aggressive said if i dont pay with a debit or check over the phone my credit would be damaged and they will come after me. For {$33.00} come on I'll pay it but if your website is showing no reference then I am not comfortable giving someone my check info over the phone.

Incorrect information on your report

Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports: Credit reporting

Old information reappears or never goes away
Complaint: I found out on XXXX that I had an outstanding bill of {$76.00}. I called XXXX, who had the debt originally and inquired about the bill. I had no idea I even had this debt. No phone call nothing. I paid the debt immediately. Once I paid it everything is closed. I saw that the collection agency XXXX uses is RPM collections. I called to inform them that they are reporting to Equifax a debt of {$150.00}. It was exactly double of the original bill. I called to ask about it. No one knows anything. XXXX says call XXXX and XXXX says to call XXXX. So far no one will help. They are still reporting that I owe this money. The debt of {$76.00} was paid on XX/XX/XXXX18. Immediately the {$76.00} came off the credit report. But it shows that XXXX is still reporting it only the amount is the {$150.00}. I've asked for them to please research but they say it's paid and nothing shows. When the customer service rep looks it up they have the wrong address attached to my name. Neither side have even attempted to help until I spoke to XXXX again on XX/XX/2018. They said that they would look into it and might call me in 2 days. I've heard nothing. I've called many times. Won't give me a letter of paid in full either so I could handle it myself.

Written notification about debt

Debt collection: Other debt

Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Complaint: I own a XXXX company. I have signed for a service for an XXXX number next to my existing account with XXXX. The service was advertised as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The real XXXX do not sell XXXX numbers anymore for some time. Got an XXXX number and 4 others numbers from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Few months later I that why do i pay 2 phone services with in the same company, so I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to have my service only with them, so they " migrated '' account will work with an other XXXX division. That's what I that will happen. Accept most people in the real XXXX didn't even know who they are when I called to reconnect after my phone was silenced. The migration was taking 10 days or so I had to sign some papers. But the minute they migrated me out my phone message was saying " You are disconnected from the server ''. ZERO phone signals. I imminently called the XXXX from XXXX and and have them reconnect because I am in the service business, and I need to take all calls. Cost me money if dont answer to the calls. XXXX XXXX XXXX is a company in Texas I find it out. No office anywhere in Florida. They only have sales reps. All the numbers they sell are VIRTUAL numbers. Piggybacking on a REAL working number, with real providers who owns satellites. With out that their service XXXX XXXX XXXX wont work. Someone contacted me for the {$92.00} fee in XX/XX/XXXX from their company with Email. I have never received one single INVOICE in the 5 months time with them. I have replied and asked the person in the Email to provide me with detailed invoices. As of now have not received any from anyone. A collection company called me 5 months ago for the {$92.00}. I have asked the same thing from them. I have never heard from them after, and now I got a new demand. It only says creditor is XXXX. No it is not as I have XXXX phone service. No one told me when they migrate my number they will close my 5 years existing XXXX phone account all together. When I called XXXX to reconnect they told me I have closed my account. I have not requested to close it first place. Why would I? XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is not a real service provider so they should have warned me about being disconnected from XXXX 's server all together. Unfortunately XXXX let them use their name, XXXX XXXX XXXX is more like an affiliate and mislead people what is the service provide. I meet the sales rep at a REAL XXXX office as they no offices anywhere in XXXX XXXX in Florida. No one to take to small claim court. Their listed address with out any numbers is in New Jersey and in Illinois. I have the right to ask for detailed invoice just like the REAL XXXX given me, listed all taxes and expenses. When I called XXXX about the {$92.00} reoccurring bank payment but XXXX reps had no idea what was it. They said I do not have any XXXX monthly charges with that amount with them. XXXX XXXX XXXX closed my service, my account did not provide me with live working line after move, but they are asking me to pay a bill for their mistake. For 10 days after closing I got " mixed '' service. Some call was ringing from XXXX some call was ringing from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Many incoming messages were last. The company is fraudulent. They should have disclosed from the first minute the numbers will not work with out my existing service. They got to dismiss the {$92.00} otherwise I still demand written detailed invoices and not just a single page {$92.00} service fee for XXXX with zero explanations as they are definitely not XXXX. They made a deal with XXXX for a load of virtual numbers and re-sold it to unsuspecting business owners. I have never seen an invoice like theirs. By the way as of now even after 9 months worth of disconnection I still getting many call notices from XXXX XXXX XXXX number? How and why? I am still a live and working account with them? Something is very shady here. Closing someone account all together with out my consent is far fetched. NO ONE WOULD HAVE AGREED TO THAT. They should have explained it but that case we would have discovered the fraud right away and started asking questions and realized the company legally have nothing to to with the real XXXX ... I can not sue XXXX at this case because they have nothing to do with this company from Texas. How do I take them to a small claim or any court? Who do I service with the court papers???? And where to service it? Please help.

Debt collection: Other debt

Attempted to collect wrong amount
Complaint: In XX/XX/2018, I notified XXXX that I wanted to terminate my account and cell phone service with them on XX/XX/2018 ( the XXXX of each month was when my billing cycle ended ). I stopped using my XXXX wireless number/device in early XXXX because I opened a new account and number with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received a bill from XXXX in mail dated XX/XX/2018 with a balance of {$180.00}. The statement stated " This is your final bill, and it reflects all charges through XX/XX/18. '' I tried to make a payment online, but they had deleted my access to my online account, which surprised me. Five days later, on XX/XX/2018 I received a letter in the mail from a collections agency, XXXX XXXX, XXXX on behalf of XXXX. They said I owed {$180.00} and that they were a debt collector. My XXXX account was not even 30 days past due. In early XXXX, I made a payment for about {$220.00} to XXXX. About a week after that payment, I made a second payment for about {$78.00} to XXXX. The second payment of {$78.00} was returned however, because when I made that payment ( I used my checking account ) I accidentally typed an extra zero onto my checking account number. Even with this payment snafu in XXXX, my account was still in service and since I was closing the account in XXXX, I told XXXX that it was a mistake and given my account was winding down that I would pay that {$78.00}, any late fees, as well as my final month 's charges in one payment after I received my final bill in XXXX. One of the reasons I left XXXX was because their billing practices were not transparent. I was tired of never knowing what I was going to be billed for each month, even though I had a {$50.00} phone plan. I did not pay the {$180.00} because I didn't think it was fair ( or legal ) to send me to collections only five days after XXXX sent my final bill. An agent at XXXX told me that XXXX told them that my account had been 90 days past due. This is a lie. My XXXX payment proves this. So I Then earlier this month, another collection agency, Receivables Performance Management LLC contacted me on behalf of XXXX stating I now owned {$530.00} for my wireless bill. The letter was dated XX/XX/18 and it was delivered to my mailbox on XX/XX/XXXX. The letter demanded full payment by XX/XX/XXXX. It did not provide any details about this new {$530.00} balance. I called them for information and they couldn't give any details as to why I owed so much. I called XXXX five times between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Customer service agents kept telling me they 'could n't see any information about the charges since the account has already been handed over to a collections agency. '' Two customer service agents told me they were transferring my call to a XXXX manager on their " executive team '' to further assist me. But they didn't - instead they transferred me to the collection agency 's main customer service number. I called XXXX again today to see if I could get some information on this bill. An agent said I now owe more than {$700.00}, but he couldn't see what those charges were for. The customer service agent hung up on me when I began to ask if I could speak to a manager or supervisor. XXXX lied in order to send my account to a collections agency FIVE DAYS after I received my final wireless account bill. No one can give me details for why my balance went from {$180.00} to over {$700.00}. And Receivables Performance Management says that without full payment they will negatively report this account to my credit reports in a couple of weeks.

Attempts to collect debt not owed

Debt collection: Other debt

Debt was paid
Complaint: in XX/XX/XXXX I cancelled my XXXX XXXX subscription because their products never worked, they refused to allow me out of the contract without making me pay the earlier termination fee. I paid my final bill and the early termination fee. i returned all the devices they had sent to me. They mistakenly kept my account active even after i paid my " final bill '' ( their words to me as i made the payment ) and told me that the account remained active after all because we used the " hopper '' receiver to re-order service. So they wound up sending another bill for another months service, i called them and raised XXXX and told them I've already paid and asked why did I pay a cancellation fee if they hadn't canceled it? they agreed that they shouldn't have kept he account active and confirmed they would reverse the charges. I never heard back from them or received another bill after this was all finally resolved this XXXX ... Now all of a sudden in XX/XX/XXXX i see they have sent me to a collection agency and are damaging my credit rating.

Complaint: To whom it may concern, My Step daughter XXXX XXXX was allowed by a franchised location of XXXX to purchase a new phone under my plan without my consent. For months I was forced to pay the premium insurance charges on my account in addition to the phone line. We I called XXXX and explained the situation they agreed to get that line and the phone out of my name. When the next month came, I noticed the phone was still on my bill. I called to complain and I was informed they could not and would not remove the phone from my name. I decided to move to XXXX. I tried to return the phone however XXXX refused to take the phone back. XXXX would have only help me pay the balance off if there was a number attached to the phone that I was moving to XXXX. Obviously that was not the case. I was not going to allow my step-daughter to have another line under my name. This balance is not my responsibility. I never signed for the phone and I was told it would be removed from my name. Please delete this from my credit.
