Complaint: This number called me today. ( XXXX ) XXXX and I kept asking them who they were and what they wanted. They would not identify the type of company they were with and what they were trying to do.It was only after a XXXX search that I found out what type of company they are. they repeatedly refused to identify the company. They kept asking for my by my maiden name and I kept telling them that it hasn't been that since XX/XX/XXXX. i got married in early XX/XX/XXXX. They wanted me to give them my social security number and I kept telling them that I was uncomfortable giving them that information. I kept asking them why they needed it and they said they had received a file on me but would not tell me what kind of file or even hint what it pertained to. So, they then asked me to confirm my address and I said no again that i was no comfortable giving them my info as they might want to use it maliciously. They then said that they had 3 addresses for me and one of them is my current address cause he said the street name. He then kept calling me by my maiden name and I kept telling them that there was no one here with that last name. They kept wanting me to give them my social and address but would not identify themselves and I told them that they were breaking the law by not disclosing that info. he said he would try again later and as I was trying to tell him not to call me back he hung up on me. i spoke to two men, one of whom said he was a supervisor.

I have asked them to get the creditor to provide a signed contract for purchase with my signature requesting a loan with this company. I have asked in the disputes and have not received any information or the removal of the creditor from my reports.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I disputed with the CFPB the XXXX XXXX XXXX account that was reflected on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX at that time responded by informing me that they had instructed the credit reporting agency to delete the account. To date, XXXX has not not deleted this entry. This was over 15 months ago. See attached credit report that reflects this account that should not be listed on my credit report. XXXX must DELETE this entry immediately and provide me a copy of an updated credit report that reflects such deletion. Further, in XXXX XXXX XXXX response on XXXX, they stated ( see attached ) that I would not hear nothing further from them in regard to this matter. See attached letter they sent me dated XX/XX/XXXX. I am considering this harassment and they owe me remuneration for violating my rights as well as explicitly stating they would not contact me again but yet they did. Both XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX are blatantly violating my consumer rights and should be held accountable. This erroneous, inaccurate entry that is still reflecting on my credit report has intentionally affected and impacted my credit worthiness and both companies need to pay.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I was admitted to the Emergency room at a XXXX Hospital in XXXX, TN. My bills were submitted to my then health insurance company, XXXX XXXX. All my bills were paid in full as I had already met my deductible. I also received a letter from XXXX XXXX stating the doctor, XXXX XXXX, has billed way more than normal, and I should NOT pay anything outside of what was negotiated with insurance. XXXX XXXX also outsourced this claim amount to a company called XXXX to acknowledge the amount billed was far more than normal for my standard treatment at the ER. I was seen, treated, and released the same day. The doctor, through XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, sent me one bill with the amount insurance didnt cover. I again called my insurance company to see about this. I was instructed again that this matter and bill was settled and do not pay. Then XXXX XXXX told me they would contact the doctor and XXXX XXXX about this matter. Then came several calls and letters that this bill had been sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX collections agency. The amount was owed was {$1200.00}. I once again called my insurance company and was instructed to fax copies of the bill over to them and that this would solve the matter. I faxed this XX/XX/XXXX. Afterwards, I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX acknowledged receipt of my dispute ( per my insurance company ), and that they ( XXXX ) were not credit reporting this account. They also stated they were no longer going to put forth collection efforts due to not enough sufficient information for the account, and returned the account to the original Current Creditor ( listed as XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX ). Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I have received a notice that my credit has gone down several points due to an open unpaid debt in the amount of {$1200.00} has been turned over to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX out of XXXX, TX as of XX/XX/XXXX. This is the first I have heard of this. So, now it seems I am being sued for an amount that I do not owe and have tried repeatedly to resolve. This doctor XXXX through XXXX has seemingly billed my insurance company as of then ( XXXX XXXX ) twice and has received payment. However, he will not let this matter rest.

Complaint: I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/18 to make a negotiation so that they can settle my account due to I lost my job, and so that they can close my account after agreeing to the settlement amount. In a recorded line, a certain XXXX XXXX offered me to pay {$1200.00} up front to settle the account instead of paying the whole amount of {$2400.00}. I accepted the offer but before I gave my payment I have ask them to send me the settlement letter of {$1200.00} and that I do not owe any money to them after the settlement. He agreed to send me the settlement letter after 2 weeks or so. He eventually transferred me to another person who took my payment and gave me conf # XXXX. But after 2 weeks I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I still owe a balance of {$1200.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX deceived me big time. Complaint: I have received this bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ON XX/XX/18. I have no idea who they are collecting for as I have not received a bill. I am XXXX years old and my mom usually handles things like this. I called them and she only told me that It was for an emergency room visit in XXXX. i told her that I had not received any bills or my mom would have told me.I then notified her that I was in an accident and did visit two emergency rooms I believe. However, I had insurance and I was fully covered. I then provided her with my XXXX XXXX XXXX Information from my card which stated that the Coverage began XX/XX/2018. She took the insurance information and then asked how would I like to make the payment. I said why would I male a payment when I was covered? That is what insurance is for I said. She then said well, you could pay the balance and then let your insurance reimburse you. I told her, why don't you pay it and let the insurance reimburse you? She then said that we will not be contacting you again about the debt. I told her I did not say not to contact me. I want to make sure that it is taken care of. I asked her was she going to contact the insurance company. She said yes. I asked her would I receive some kind of confirmation that this had been resolved. She could not assure me that I would. I then told her that I have already mailed a certified letter to the address on the letter. I have submitted the bill to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I also told her that I would be submitting a complaint with the CFPB.

Complaint: To : Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This is to inform that I disagreed entirely with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX company 's answer because they stated that I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/18 saying there is a charge for missing key when I never received any letter. My default was inadvertent and reasonable since I was never properly served and did not have knowledge of this action. Also in my effort to resolve this issue with XXXX XXXX I went personally to the XXXX XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX, and returned the second XXXX XXXX car key and gave it to the Sales floor manager. Also I contacted XXXX XXXX dealer after returned the car key to be sure everything was OK and I spoke with another floor manager by name XXXX who was rude, and talking to me in very inappropriate manner refused to help me and I had to disconnect my conversation with this person. I am not a happy customer at all and After I finished my current lease I am not leasing or buying anymore vehicles with XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX ; and I am still disputing this charge on my name because is incorrect and not acceptable. I am very concern about any negative mark on my personal credit report. because they sound not be reasonable and careless. I appreciate any assistance on this matter. Thanks

Complaint: I have disputed these account entries with the credit bureaus and XXXX ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX companies too ) alike. The entries are deleted and then added back without my being notified of the re-insertion from the bureaus as well as this company providing any substantiated documentation to support what they are erroneously reporting on my credit reports. This account should not even be reporting on my entry reflecting that the type of medical facility the alleged debt is associated with. This in and of itself is a violation of my consumer rights. This company has changed the account numbers as well for this same account ( ILLEGAL ). In my XX/XX/2017, credit report, this same account with the exact same amount reflected an account number of XXXX ( see attached ). Which is it? This proves further that this company is not being honest and abiding by the law. Per my credit report, these entries were opened with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( as reporting but they were truly with XXXX and XXXX but blatantly violating my rights with this reporting ) in XX/XX/2017 ; however, I never received any communication from this company that they were attempting to collect this alleged debt. I have never heard of this company nor have I ever did any business with them whereby a contract was signed. By not receiving a dunning letter, this is a direct violation of my rights. How am I to dispute the validity of an account if I am never notified. Had I not retrieved a copy of my credit report and noticed these inaccurate, unverifiable account entries, I would not have known they existed. Upon retrieving my report, I sent a certified letter with return receipt to XXXX ( as reflected and XXXX and XXXX ) requesting that they validate this debt. I received correspondence from yet another collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX whereby they attempted to respond to my dispute with them. XXXX XXXX XXXX provided a copy of documents that were created on their letterhead whereby they are arbitrarily stating the amount due for the XXXX account is {$780.00} and {$210.00} ; however, the entry on my credit report reflects {$710.00} ; yet another violation of HIPAA. How then are they saying they are verifying the account entries. THIS IS A LIE AND DECEITFUL!! Further, these collection companies have access to private information regarding the nature of the visit and exams and the facility ; where is the financial responsibility page that they should have whereby I granted permission/consent for XXXX XXXX to disclose this information? I requested a copy of all paperwork that was sent to me regarding this alleged account as well as a copy of any documents that bore my original signature. To date, to no avail. These companies have furnished NOTHING!! How then is this company reporting that these account entries are valid? I am aware that HIPAA allows for certain information to be shared with 3rd party collection agencies for the purpose of collecting a debt but NEVER does it allow them to disclose confidential information without written consent. These agencies do not have consent nor the paperwork to reflect the consent of this information and they are all negligent in their reporting this entry as well as in the information they sent. This company continues to blatantly violate my rights. I am requesting that this erroneous, inaccurate, unverifiable entry be DELETED from my credit reports IMMEDIATELY!

XXXX was the manager in charge on that day. XXXX is committing Fraud by keep my name and my membership active when I specifically went in and spoke to the manager XXXX to have it cancelled. I was in total disbelief when I received a collection letter from an account that was kept fraudulent by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. If this is their practice they should be shut down. Complaint: In the past, I had " parked '' a domain name with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I never ever had a hosting plan with them. I paid them for the domain, however, they fraudulently charged my XXXX XXXX Credit Card, twice, once in XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX DID credit back those charges. One for {$95.00} and the other for {$95.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX originally charged me {$110.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, but credited me {$95.00}, leaving {$15.00} to pay for the Domain Name being " parked '' with them. XXXX XXXX, my XXXX Card Co. said that XXXX XXXX XXXX never again disputed those charges after 90+ days and said XXXX XXXX XXXX refunded the two fraudulent charges back on my card. Now XXXX XXXX XXXX wants to collect this money again, which XXXX XXXX said is illegal. XXXX XXXX XXXX has sent me to a collection agency to try and collect {$130.00} which I don't owe, NOR DID I EVER OWE. I finally had to SHUT DOWN my XXXX Credit Card on the advice of XXXX XXXX since XXXX XXXX XXXX is a fraudulent company! XXXX XXXX XXXX threatened me by stating that " they wouldn't STOP using my credit card unless I provided them my DRIVER '' S LICENSE, ( a picture ), MY SOCIAL SECURITY NO. ( a picture ), and my XXXX XXXX CREDIT CARD, ( PICTURE, BOTH SIDES. ) I refused due to identity theft. Wells Fargo said the dispute was over and XXXX XXXX XXXX after crediting me for those two fraudulent charges, never refuted those charges and are now trying to destroy me and my credit. WHAT THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY IS SAYING IS THAT THEY CREDITED ME TWICE FOR THE SAME XX/XX/XXXXCHARGE, WHICH IS FALSE, JUST CHECK WITH XXXX XXXX. TWICE, I CANCELLED ( 2 ) FRAUDULENT HOSTING CHARGES AND THE FIRST TIME WAS ON XX/XX/XXXX AND THAT IS WHY THERE ARE TWO CHARGE BACKS. XXXX XXXX MADE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR TO XXXX XXXX XXXX that THERE WERE TWO CHARGE BACKS because of TWO FRAUDULENT CHARGES! XXXX XXXX gave XXXX XXXX XXXX NINETY TO ONE-HUNDRED & TWENTY DAYS IN WHICH TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE-BACKS, and XXXX XXXX XXXX Company NEVER DID DISPUTE THOSE CHARGES! If you need proof from XXXX XXXX, I definitely will provide it to you via a letter or whatever communication you need! SEE BELOW : HERE IS THE EMAIL I SENT TO XXXX ( CUSTOMER SERVICE ) TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING! I SENT IT AT LEAST 10 TIMES TO NO AVAILABLE! They keep discussing the XX/XX/XXXX charge, but NEVER MENTION THE CHARGEBACK FOR THE FRAUDULENT XX/XX/XXXX CHARGE!. THEY OFFER NO INVOICES, NOR PROOF BECAUSE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY HAS NONE!! SEE EMAIL BELOW SENT TO XXXX XXXX : XXXX : Let me make this perfectly clear to you. You have NO PROOF NOR RECORDS attached to your note and you have continuously committed fraud upon me, double charging me, creating a hosting plan I never had, and after I called and very clearly reported the mistake, demanding a correction and cancellation of the XX/XX/XXXX alleged hosting plan I never had to begin with, and very precisely and clearly warning you to STOP USING my CREDIT CARD without my consent, which is fraud, and clearly warning you to REVERSE THE XX/XX/XXXX fraudulent charge, you failed to do so!. You know darn well the facts that there was NO HOSTING plan, I never HOSTED nor had a live site with you. You also know that you fraudulently used my card, again, in XX/XX/XXXX for a fraudulent Hosting Plan you created that I never had. I called many TIMES TO force you to remove those charges to no avail! I CLEARLY WARNED YOU THAT I WOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU FOR FRAUDULENTLY USING MY CARD, which you did TWICE, and then continued the unauthorized use of it!!. Not ONLY that, you attempted to use it FOUR MORE TIMES, when in fact I warned my Credit Card Company and they reported your illegal behavior to THEIR FRAUD DIVISION, and then took action by BLOCKING YOU FROM USING IT FURTHER!! Since you kept trying and trying and trying against my will and the credit card company 's warning to stop this felonious practice, the FRAUD DIVISION of the BANK took action by telling me to immediately CLOSE THE CARD DOWN FOR MY PROTECTION NOW AND FOR THE FUTURE. I must have called your company at least 50 or more times for YOU TO STOP USING MY CREDIT CARD AGAINST MY WILL. YOU REFUSED TO DO SO, forcing me to CANCEL THAT CARD. I then reported you to XXXX, and then you voluntarily realized you were in violation of many federal and state felony and civil laws, under the Penal Code, so you then decided to work with my CREDIT CARD COMPANY to reverse those fraudulent charges that only YOU CREATED. You had months on end in which to dispute those unfounded and fraudulent charges with the CREDIT CARD COMPANY, however, knowing you were in trouble with XXXX and WITH CONSUMER BUREAUS, AND WITH FINANCIAL Institutions, you reversed those unscrupulous, illegal, unfounded, and fraudulent charges that YOU CREATED. Now, you are attempting to " shake me down '', just like a mafia thug would do to an individual, illegally, in order to extort money, fraudulently. Let me forewarn you! Your actions are CRIMINAL, AGAINST THE PENAL CODES, AGAINST XXXX, and MANY OTHER POLICE AGENCIES that monitor illegal behavior, here in the USA, and this could amount to violations and a lawsuit initialed by not only me, but by FEDERAL AND STATE AGENCIES, such as the FBI, Consumer Bureaus, and other CRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, such as the Federal Trade Commission, and many others. Your Company, which I understand is in XXXX, may lose privilege to do business in the USA!! I am now taking this to much HIGHER AUTHORITIES AND WILL INITIATATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU FOR PUNATIVE DAMAGES, INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTION DISTRESS, VIOLATION OF CREDIT CARD FRUAD & DISPUTE LAWS AND FINANCIAL LAWS, INTERFERENCE WITH A CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP ( by holding onto my Domain Name and not allowing it to transfer, until I contacted XXXX ), and MANY OTHER FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS, statutes, and codes. Also, I have an email from XXXX XXXX XXXX which states that you will not stop using my card unless I provide you PICTURES, front and back of my DRIVER 'S LICENSE, PICTURES, front and back of my CREDIT CARD, and a PICTURE of my Social Security Card. Sorry, but I don't WANT TO TRIGGER ANY IDENTITY THEFT and don't provide pictures of this personal nature to ANYONE, especially YOUR COMPANY. My state laws protect our residents against any IDENTITY THEFT, so legally, in order for you to STOP USING MY CARD INDISCRETIONATELY, I HAD TO TAKE DRASTIC ACTION AND SHUT IT DOWN! I know you're a XXXX COMPANY, with a regional OFFICE in XXXX however, I'm in the USA, in XXXX and we have extremely strict laws that protect consumers. If you do not follow these XXXX LAWS AND COMIT BOTH FELONIES AND MISDEMEANORS, YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY STOP DOING BUSINESS HERE IN XXXX. and in the USA, because action will be taken against you by our governmental compliance agencies. XXXX XXXX I'd also appreciate if CFPB would take a look at the link below from Consumer Affairs, here in the US, and you'll see 84 of the same type of complaints against XXXX XXXX XXXX for fraudulent charging and then sending people to collection agencies and acting like mafia thugs. But in MY CASE they have the nerve to credit back my credit card and then act like mafia thugs, threatening to ruin my credit and attempting to shake me down for money, that was NEVER OWED TO THEM!! The Collection Agency they are using is : XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. Phone number is:XXXX. Can you believe that XXXX XXXX XXXX, the fraud company, also tacked on late charges of {$30.00}. Frequent or repeated calls
Complaint: I have received calls via an automated dialer every morning this week ( XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX ). On only two of these calls did the dialer ever even address me - one call was silent so long that I hung, on another call, the operator was engaged in another conversation which I could hear half of, and I hung up on her. This morning, the operator I spoke with was exceptionally rude, and she refused to tell me what she was calling about until I provided her with my social security number as identification, which I wasn't about to provide a random unidentified stranger with. Finally, she told me that she was calling from " XXXX XXXX XXXX, '' but was exceptionally rude and refused to even tell me what the call was regarding without my providing information I had no intention of providing a stranger, so I hung up. This is both a cellular phone, and my work line. It don't believe robocalling it, or using it for collection calls is legal. I looked up the company to see if I could utilize email or some other method of communication, but their site requires an account number to contact them that way, and I don't have one. I am not aware of any outstanding debts, but I am happy to review any debt validation information which they can send me through the mail. However, I refuse to provide personal information to some stranger on the telephone just to find out why they're calling me, and I need these calls to stop.

Debt was result of identity theft
Complaint: I've sent multiple letters to this agency about this not being my account. After being advised by identitytheft.gov, I've completed and sent a fraud affidavit via certified mail. I can see they received it, but nothing has changed. See supporting documents. Even the USPS tracking.My official complaint is against XXXX XXXX XXXX. My information was used to obtain an apartment, cell phone, and an auto loan with my ex-partner. I am a victim of identity theft and have put this off for too long. I've completed the proper steps, 1. notify creditors 2. police report 3. informed the state of Texas.
