Complaint: I had dental work done in XXXX with XXXX XXXX - I had to pay IN FULL PRIOR to having the work done. They actually OVERCHARGED me - and then never refunded the overcharged amount - then they tried to double bill me - bill me a SECOND TIME for the work I'd already paid for about 6 months after the word had been done. I showed XXXX and the first debt collector they sent it to - in XXXX - the paperwork showing it had already been paid and what my insurance covered and what i paid out of pocket. They removed the duplicate bill ( at least that's what both XXXX and the debt collector said was going to happen ).
It looks like this was again reported - two years later in XXXX - to some other debt collector called RADIUS GLOBAL SOLUTION and they have been marking this as delinquent since then - no one has EVER reached out to me about this duplicate debt. The only reason I know it exists again is because someone tried to steal my identity last month and I had to look at my credit reports.
I disputed it with XXXX but all the company RADIUS GLOBAL SOLUTION did was mark it delinquent from XXXX through XXXX of this year instead. The debt was paid - in XXXX - to XXXX XXXX - BEFORE I had the work done. They overcharged my XXXX credit card and never reimbursed me the almost XXXX overcharge that I paid to XXXX. If anything - XXXX XXXX owes ME Money.

Complaint: Unsolicited credit card was sent to me in XXXX of XXXX from XXXX with my name on it. I called XXXX and told them it was not mine and I never applied for it. I told them to cancel it. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX saying a debt from that card was referred to them in the amount of {$2200.00}. I called them and talked to a XXXX XXXX. He gave me a SS # that was not mine and I told him the last 4 digits of mine. I sent them a letter disavowing that this was my debt.
I contacted XXXX credit bureau because I checked my credit report and it showed up there. They did an investigation and deleted it from my credit report.
On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX saying they did an investigation and said I owed the previous amount. They then sent me another letter on XX/XX/XXXX because I had moved. I talked to a person named XXXX. Again we went over the SS # that they had and again it was not mine. I faxed her information that would verify that I was who she was talking to. Again I sent them a letter disavowing the debt and told them about XXXX investigating my complaint.
On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX, again saying I owed the same debt and offered to settle for {$1100.00}. Again I sent them a letter disavowing the debt.
On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Radius Global Solutions LLC saying the referenced account was placed with them for collection. Again I have sent them a letter disavowing the debt.
At this time I now think that this is harassment and would like it to stop. I have a very good credit rating. I recently bought a condo and my credit score was XXXX.

Complaint: Spoke to my atty on XX/XX/XXXX to find out if they were ever able to get " XXXX XXXX '' paid since they hadn't gotten in contact with my atty. XXXX, the paralegal said she's been sent on a wild goose chase over and over again. SO I attempt to get this resolved.
-XX/XX/XXXX I contact " XXXX @ XXXX I speak w/ XXXX and he said my acct is closed and was transferred to XXXX.
-Call XXXX @ XXXX and spk w/ XXXX. Was told they do not handle my acct, # XXXX and this has been transferred to XXXX XXXX.
-Call XXXX @ XXXX and am told that this is handled by XXXX XXXX XXXX - Call XXXX XXXX XXXX @ XXXX and they are now RADIUS GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLC . Okay, I'm in the right dept. WOOHOO!!
- I speak with " XXXX '' and ask if they would take a reduction on the balance due. Explained to him that my attorney has not been able to get any sort of correspondence from anyone regarding my balance. I have money set in a trust acct due to an auto accident. They are the only company that never responded to the bill requests. " XXXX '' says he can accept {$370.00} as Full and Final Payment. I ask to please put something in writing so I can get thid to my atty. He said he can't and if I " don't pay this today, then he can not honor the reduction. '' Explained to him, AGAIN, that I'm trying to get this paid by my attorney and they have money set in a trust. He couldn't guarantee the reduction offer will still be available then. Said " Everyday the reduction amount can be different. '' XXXX??? I said, " So one day it's 50 % off, the next its 30 %, the next it could be 100 %??? What kind of company was this? Why would they play with someone's credit like this? I ask for something in writing ANYWAYS, so I can at least get it to my atty. He said he can not provide me anything in writing, blah, blah, blah, etc. I explained I'm not going to pay anything unless I get something in writing showing that this will be honored. I'm not going to trust a company who's practice of collecting debts is to offer reductions but only if you " pay me today!!! '' or take a gamble and see how much we'll approve tomorrow!! I ask to be transferred to a supervisor. XXXX has terrible manners, terrible customer svc skills, and he's clearly trying to make his commission so I can pay him today. Mind you this bill is from XXXX. Guess 1 more day is going to end the world! I finally speak to XXXX XXXX - a supervisor at apprx XXXX EST. He said he will get me something in writing and he will give me until tomorrow to honor the reduction??? Now I'm getting 24 hrs, as opposed to 5 hrs. Woohoo!! XXXX XXXX EST and I have no email. Called Radius Global Solutions back spk w/ " XXXX '' Explained that it's almost XXXX EST and MOST attorney 's offices close at XXXX XXXX. If I don't get the email before the end of day, then I've already lost part of my time until my offer explodes. " XXXX '' said the email should arrive shortly, and it has been sent to the correct department so they can get it sent to me. Explained that I still need to get it to my atty and then he still needs to have time to review and approve it. Per " XXXX '' he said " yes, no worries, we will wait for you. '' I get the email from XXXX XXXX - Compliance and Quality Assurance Supervisor. at XXXX XXXX EST. The letter states that I have until XX/XX/XXXX to pay. Whatever, I sent it to my atty anyways. My attorney emails me with a copy of the reduction letter, a letter signed by my atty indicating full and final payment, and a copy of the actual check that's been issued to " Radius Solutions. '' I also forward a copy to XXXX XXXX just as an FYI that their payment is coming since this is the only email address I have for this company. I get a call at XXXX XXXX from " Radius Solutions, and get told that I need to hold so they can transfer me to someone else. I spk w/ someone else and explain the check is in the mail. I give the rep the check #, the amount, the bank it's drawn on, and he said if the check isn't received by the end of the month ( Hey, now I have until the end of the month ) they may not be able to honor the reduction. He wants me to call the service that's mailing the check and make sure??? Call the USPS and tell them to " hurry '' Are you freaking kidding me???? I expld this is not possible and I told him that it should arrive by the end of the month. Nope this is not good enough, so I tell him that he better NOT cash my check and to mail it back. He transfers me to XXXX XXXX - supervisor and XXXX said that I have 3 days ( Where did my other days go? hmmmm ) for the check to get there. I told him that if they don't want to honor my check to send it back. If they don't agree to {$370.00} as full and final payment then don't cash it. He said I need to call my atty and tell them to " not write on the check full and final payment. '' This is straight XXXX and smells like they are scamming so bad. I asked if my call was being recorded and he said yes, and they will NOT cash the check. Okay, I'll wait for it to be mailed back. This company has something going on with it that I do not trust. This has been the greatest customer service, debt collector I've ever worked with!

Complaint: I had all my loans consolidated with the Department of Education many years ago. Everything has been just fine and I've been making monthly payments all this time.
Two weeks ago I receive a call from a company called Radius Global Solutions ( formerly XXXX XXXX XXXX ) they said that I owe money to a school called XXXX XXXX XXXX. I told them I never attended a school by that name. She started to ask me personal information such as my social security number. I told her I didn't feel comfortable processing the call because I felt it was scam. I haven't been in school in over 12 years and there is no possible way I owe any school any money because everything is consolidated. She said it was a in-house loan with the school for {$1500.00}. I asked her why I am just now being contacted over 12 years later. She did not have an answer for me.
Two weeks later I got a letter in the mail from Radius Global Solutions. They are offering me to pay {$1100.00} to completely close this loan for a lesser price. The fact that it took two weeks for the letter to come was fishy to me too.
I looked into who the Creditor was XXXX XXXX XXXX. They own a lot of schools around the country. I attended a school called XXXX XXXX School in XX/XX/XXXX. I did not complete the course due to unsatisfaction with the school. Almost all of the students were unsatisfied and the school ended up closing just 9 months later. The building stayed abandoned for some years. Many years later a new school was put there called XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX is listed as one of the school 's on XXXX XXXX XXXX 's website. So I'm assuming this has something to do with XXXX XXXX School.

Indicated you were committing crime by not paying debt
Complaint: This is another complaint regarding XXXX XXXX. I have sent many different complaints to get answer but at this time still have not received the information. I recieved one call from XXXX at XXXX XXXX & I have called her back numerous of time without receiving a call back, however she was able to sent in this letter. With this letter Ms. XXXX has attached other letters that were supposedly previously sent to me that I never received from other representative at XXXX XXXX, however the information reported in the letters are different. For starters the letter from XX/XX/XXXX states my account my charged off on XX/XX/XXXX however it is being reported to all three credit bureaus that my account was charged off XX/XX/XXXX. As we all know its against the law to report inaccurate information to the credit bureaus.
The other difference between the two letters is Ms. XXXX reports in her letter that my account was placed with XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX. This can not be true because as I stated in my previous complaint that I made contact XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX which is two month prior to the date Ms XXXX is reporting they placed my account with this group. Also in the previous letter from XX/XX/XXXX it states my account was placed with this group on XX/XX/XXXX. Again, I am receiving different information from representatives from the same company.
I have numerous of paperwork from each credit bureaus showing the different date of my account charge off compare to the date provided in the letter by XXXX so there is no need to attempt to update the dates at this time.
I am included in this complaint all three credit bureaus, I will be filing with the XXXX, I will be sending this information as to the CEO to show the inaccuracies being present by his company which is against the FCRA.
I expect a response within the next 15 days to included the account being deleted from all three credit bureaus due to the inaccurate information being reported.
I no longer want Ms. XXXX on my account.
I have many contact with Northland group now known as Radius Global Solution and they are no longer handling my account due to the inaccurate information that was provided to them by XXXX XXXX due to my charge off date and what is being reported to the credit bureaus.
If I do not received the above communication and the deletion of this account from my credit report I will continue with legal action due to the violation of the FCRA
