Complaint: I received calls after calls in the last 30days : and today I received two Threatening letters from " radius '' Radius Global Solution LLC Formerly XXXX XXXX XXXX on an account that has been Resolved Through total deniability and 10 years of continued Disputes with all three Credit bureaus and 5 Collection companies and their attorneys and the alleged Creditor XXXX XXXX on an alleged account that was open back in XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX by my employer at the time and all bills paid by them and account was closed by them- I never open an account with XXXX XXXX myself. these fraudulent collection companies have been Breaking Fed-fair credit reporting laws on this Fraudulent account and attacking me financially through credit reporting and harassing phone calls and mailers- This account was sold to this Collection company Radius Global Solution LLC By XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX- as this have been order to not to contact me Every again : This is how fraudulent this account is the they say the Original Account # is XXXX and Radius Global Solution LLC Ref # XXXX I will be also be referring this to the FBI and the XXXX XXXX from every state that I have recv-called from and Mail-

I have never worked with XXXX XXXX, nor have I ever opened an account with them. The info that I was able to get from Radius Global Solutions is that the account ends in XXXX, and it was opened on XX/XX/XXXX and closed on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX is not FDIC insured. I have requested a dispute through Radius Global. I have run a credit report and XXXX XXXX shows up as under " soft inquiries '' on XX/XX/XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX they would only help me if I gave them my SSN. I was not willing to do that since I have never done business with them. I wasn't sure about their credentials. Complaint: On or around the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX we began receiving phone calls from Radius Global Solutions ( RGS ) in regard to a medical bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX. They provided the account details and balance of {$500.00}. However, the balance they provided was not the last balance we had received from the original creditor. On XX/XX/XXXX we requested a statement from the original creditor and received a XXXX balance statement from them just days later. This XXXX balance is for the same account number provided by RGS. Since our last payment to the original creditor had occurred just 30 days prior, we thought this discrepancy odd and disputed the balance with RGS - requesting statements/media from them to confirm a correct balance. We made this request on multiple occasions and emailed disputing statements to the supervisor at Radius Global Solutions. In the email I confirmed our request for media in writing, along with proving the bank statements that listed our payments towards this particular bill. One week passed and I did not receive any response from Radius Global Solutions. We spoke with them on the phone and they denied receiving our request for media and also stated that we were refusing to pay the balance. The supervisor called us liars and began putting words into our mouth in regards to refusal to pay/unwilling to resolve the debt. We clarified that we were not unwilling to resolve the debt and were disputing the balance and continued to request media before we could make any steps towards resolving a potential balance. Upon completion of this phone call I again emailed the address provided with the disputing documents and again requesting the statements/account media and again received no response.

Complaint: The original debt was with XXXX XXXX XXXX more than 10 years ago. Per FCRA and FDCPA any debt older than 7 years is released per statue of limitations. XXXX XXXX XXXX to keep harassing me has sold the debt to multiple parties such as XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and now Radius Global Solution LLC fromerly XXXX XXXX XXXX. Every time they sell the debt to another collection agency, I write the collection agency and XXXX XXXX to inform them that if they keeps harassing me I will sue them. They stop harassing me for a while but then they sell the debt to another collection agency to circumvent the statue of limitation who tries to collect the debt and harass me after more than 7 years and against the law. This practice of XXXX XXXX is in violation of the law and OCC regulations. Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 at approximately XXXX and XXXX I received two telephone calls from a company that refused to identify themselves or the name of the company they represented. Again, I informed the female representative that they have called my home repeatedly and have not left any messages and then they'd just hang up the telephone. Therefore, today after receiving the second call, I looked at my caller ID to retrieve the phone number. I called and the female representative refused to tell my the name of their company and what type of service their company provides. So I asked to speak to her manager, named XXXX XXXX. While speaking to XXXX XXXX he told me that he could not provide me with any information regarding the type of services their company provide. However, he said that the person who they are calling he could not give me any of their personal information either. But I had ti reiterate to XXXX XXXX that I never asked that they provide me with personal information for the party that the call was intended for, I asked for the name of the company and the type of services that they provide to the consumer. XXXX XXXX, the manager still refused, he then gave me the name of a company named Radius Global Solutions, and told me that I can research the company name online. XXXX XXXX then went on questioning me asking me if I was the person that they were calling for or he repeatedly asked me if I knew that person. Initially, I made myself perfectly clear to both the female representative and to XXXX XXXX that I was not the party that he was calling for and I did not know of that individual, but he acted as though he didn't believe me and he continued to ask me the same questions that I had previously answered. This was very disturbing to me. Mr. XXXX XXXX knew or he should have know that the manner in which he conducted the call was harassing and the repeated calls and his questions were unwanted, but that did matter to him. I thought that XXXX XXXX actions and the tone that he used with me was a clear violation of the FCRA and the FDCPA. I want to be permanently removed from their databases effective immediately. I do have a copy of the telephone call that I recorded. Idid make it perfectly clear that the call was recorded because XXXX XXXX informed me that he too was also recording the conversation. The recording will be made available to you upon your request, for your review and consideration, if needed. Again, it will be provided upon your request. I do not owe this company. I do not know why this company is calling me! I DO NOT HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING DEBT OWED TO THIS DEBT BUYER AND/OR COMPANY OR ANY OF THE CLIENTS OR CREDITORS.

Complaint: I was unable to obtain 2 of 3 online credit reports promised by your company in spite of the fact that I provided all the necessary privacy information requested. In addition, in order to obtain my free annual credit report via mail, I was required to submit highly sensitive personal and financial information in hard copy form through a much less secure and accountable system, the US Mail. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this service and I feel I have been victimized by a faceless and anonymous entity committed to defrauding the consumer through the promising of a free and vital service only to be made vulnerable to a well-established network of highly skilled and nefarious entities who prey upon the trusting and nave. Recognizing that my complaint will fall upon non-existent ears, and that I am pleading my case to a system committed to self-preservation through the continuation of the suppression of the voiceless and marginalized I fully intend to publicize and vocalize this complaint to all regulatory bodies. They oversold bandwidth for our area especially in the evening this is well known. This was critical for me since I was attending online courses for my XXXX XXXX paid for through my GI bill causing anxiety and undue stress as I was 100 % XXXX veteran not easily able to leave my house to seek an internet connection elsewhere. I canceled the service on my own and my brother was able to set me up with a more reliable internet service. I did not receive the internet I was paying for therefore a breach of contract on XXXX!

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from XXXX XXXX with Radius Global Solutions. XXXX stated that he was attempting to collect a debt in the amount of {$660.00} that was incurred on XX/XX/XXXX ( 2.5 years ago ) at the office of XXXX XXXX. I asked who the creditor was and XXXX said it was XXXX. I advised XXXX that I previous sent XXXX a certified letter explaining that this alleged debt was from a XXXX XXXX performed at my son 's pediatrician 's office and not at XXXX. I further explained that even if the pediatrician 's office sent the XXXX to XXXX, XXXX was within our insurance network and tests were covered at 100 %. XXXX stated that his information showed that the {$660.00} was " patient responsibility '' according to info. in his system from " XXXX '' ( which he said was XXXX XXXX ). XXXX further stated that his company began collection on my date as of XX/XX/XXXX and that before then it was collected on by another company for six months but he did not know what company that was. XXXX said that this account could be reported to credit reporting agencies. I advised XXXX that I wanted him to validate the debt, for his company to cease calling me, and for the company to note that I dispute this debt should it be reported to a credit reporting agency. I do not owe this debt. First, I did not agree to have XXXX XXXX provide services to me and XXXX will find no agreement between XXXX XXXX and myself. I agreed to receive lab services from the lab in my son 's pediatrician 's office, which were covered at 100 % by my insurance company. Second, under my then-current BCBS insurance plan, all XXXX XXXX costs should have been paid at 100 %. Therefore, it is my assertion that this is AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT NOT OWED in violation of the Florida Collection Practices Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
