Complaint: I have XXXX issues with Springleaf Financial. First issue, I am not receiving statements from this company, they state that statements are a courtesy to the customer. They reported me 60 days late last month after I supposed did not make payments on the account. Which is ridiculous, why would I be late on a loan after building a relationship with this company for over 10 years? I believe the reason, that I am not getting statements is that the branch manager, XXXX XXXX, is discriminating against me is because I filed a complaint with the FTC this year, when her employees would not stop calling me at work. I have cell phone records and emails where I told her employees not to call me during my work hours. There was no reason that they could not call me on late evenings at Springleaf and tell me that my payment was due. I would also like to add that for the majority of this loan, I have paid additional on my monthly payments. On at least, XXXX they have misapplied my payments.

Complaint: This is NOT a duplicate complaint. This was my original petition : '' OneMain Financial- Pay Status and rating key are conflicting. Contradictory and inaccurate. Demanding that OneMain Financial request account deletion from all credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) '' Please note my attachment. It clearly notes and backs my claims. You will notice descrepencies in XX/XX/2011. The Rating Key is coded as a charge-off XX/XX/2011, yet the Last Payment Remark indicates that the account was Charged Off. This is contradictory. Because of such, it is erroneous credit reporting and therefefore I am demanding that the account be deleted from all XXXX credit bureaus.
