I recently conducted a review of my credit report, and I noticed One Main put several credit inquiries on credit report that I find to be problematic. I know they are not mine, and they are fraudulent, but I dont have ( 30 ) thirty days to wait on an investigation, which I know I will win. I need to remove these inquiries very soon so I can get my V. A. loan for my house, please? I have no recollection of doing any business with your company in my life. I got an auto financed with XXXX XXXX, I watched the finance manager called this company, and I saw him send my application to this one company only. I contacted your company and asked you all to take action and get these inquiries removed from all three credit bureaus. Your employees assured me they would comply with my request and take whatever steps necessary to resolve this issue. It is my last result. I wanted to file this as well and make sure this gets done. I am begging your company. Please investigate this and have these inquiries removed at your earliest possible convenience. I am applying for another home mortgage this week. I would very much like to have the assurance my credit score is showing an accurate depiction of my creditworthiness. Please update me with a full report on your findings soon, and I am begging. Complaint: I complained that this company was stealing money from me by not automatically withdrawing payments from my account, as they had for years. They respondded with more lies ( stating they had tried to call us- and we can prove they did not ), and your service stated the case was closed. I paid off the entire balance after calling to see what the ENTIRE BALANCE WOULD BE ON THE NEXT DAY, and sending the check nexy day USPS. The check arrived just as it should have, yet they charged me more money as a late fee.

Complaint: I currently have a loan with One Main Financial for about {$7000.00}. At the moment I have been struggling since I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and only work part time and have a child to raise on my own. I used a deferment for the month of XX/XX/2019 and proceeded to make a possible payment for XX/XX/2019. This company doesn't communicate with each other at all or even try and understand your situation. They are extremely aggressive by calling my workplace multiple times a day. It's embarrassing since I am usual at school most day and afternoon I get to my desk with notes and comments about how many times this company calls and harasses my coworkers to get a hold of me. I work late hours and try to communicate as best as I can my situation with One Main financial but they are probably the most disrespectful and unorganized company I have ever dealt with I think my car loan company is more understanding and patient than this people. Their motto is " lending done human '' there is NOTHING human about harassment and verbal aggravation.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX, I mailed a certified letter to OneMain Financial disputing the information on my credit report and asking for verification of the account. I received a response that said it was accurate but they did not send any verification documents and just said that the account has been sold. No dispute was placed on my credit report as required by Fair Credit Reporting Action and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. On XX/XX/XXXX, I mailed a certified letter to OneMain Financial stating that they violated federal law by not putting the dispute remarks and once again requesting validation documents showing my signature. They responded that they would not address any more disputes. Once again no documents were sent and no dispute remarks were placed on my credit report. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a final letter regarding them not putting the dispute remarks on my account and stating that since they have violated federal and state laws numerous times, the account must be deleted. They responded that my dispute does not provide specific information. Since they continue to violate federal and state reporting laws, the account must be deleted. All correspondence is attached.
