Complaint: Its hard to believe that after 19 long months fighting these masters of technicality, they are still causing me problems. You have on file some of the problems I presented many months ago but they never quit! They are corrupt and I have proof! Even to the point of the final signing with my ex-spouse, they fought. Signatures on XX/XX/2018 were initially rejected, after they were rejected a week before and forced us back before a notary. Yet, when I called no one could spot anything wrong with the signatures!! They insulted the integrity of the bank notary, myself and my former spouse. A XXXX, in their Ombudsman dept. did ask for a " Why '' on the second notary signing and it was overturned. One person in 19 months that actually helped me, ONE. Now, after all this, Ocwen received my XX/XX/XXXX payment on XX/XX/2018 and that's when they actually accepted the signatures. That's right! I was told by including XXXX my payment history would not be updated until the first week of XX/XX/XXXX. Lies. Now they tell me they are not going to update my payment history until the end of XX/XX/XXXX.!!!! Its a shame. Its hurting me, really bad. The new reduced payment amount of the mortgage is showing at the credit bureau, that is {$1100.00} but I am still showing 120 days PAST DUE!!!! IT isn't fair. They are constantly on a witch hunt, a fishing expedition and change the rules just anytime, whenever, wherever .I cant begin to express the humiliation, daily pressure, the ungodly days and nights I've spent with this, and again, had I known just how wicked they were, and that they were facing a cease and desist order I would not have fell into their mod trap. I expect them to correct my payment history at the credit bureau immediately to show current and paid to XX/XX/2018 Ocwen also needs to immediately stop sending my former spouse 's mail to my address. They apologized for this a year ago but started right back months later. She was patient and cooperative during the signing process and I am thankful and wish her sincere blessings. I am paid to XX/XX/2018!!

Complaint: I filed for bankruptcy in XXXX and all my debts were discharged in XXXX. The property at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, IN. XXXX was not reaffirmed during this process. I have continued to pay the property taxes and maintain the home. I discussed with loan officer # XXXX and he explained to me that the mortgage was written-off by the mortgage company Ocwen over a year and half ago. I requested the documentation that supports that this lien has been satisfied through the write-off process. To date I have not received the documentation. I started asking about this over a month ago and i got no where.
Loan number is XXXX The loan officer 's number is XXXX. He stated that he would contact me with updates had not received a return to call so I called back myself and still got nowhere in the process. I need assistance to clear up this matter.

With intent to foreclose, Ocwen chareged a unwanted appraisal fee of {$110.00}, refused payments sent, sent delinquency notices, kept escrow account in red, loan in past due status and charging a 1 % not applicable as principal deferred is 0 % interest. statement dated XX/XX/2018 show last activity from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/18 with a deferred principal balance of {$100000.00}. with XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments of {$1500.00} deferred principal balance should reflect {$94000.00} as correct principal deferred balance.

Complaint: Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC has refused to process my last payment in the amount of XXXX in a timely manner. Ocwen is improperly charging me additional interest by not processing my payment. Additionally, I have no acknowledgement from Ocwen of having their received this payment.
On XX/XX/XXXX Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC sent a a typical monthly Mortgage Account Statement to me showing a principal balance of {$130000.00} for a first mortgage for my property.
On XX/XX/XXXX Ocwen received a personal check from me in this same amount, delivered by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmed by tracking number.
On XX/XX/XXXXI noted that : 1 - my check had not yet been returned to my bank 2 when I logged into my Ocwen account online, my account balance in did not reflect this payment.
I then emailed the Ocwen Ombudsman asking why my loan balance was not reduced by the above payment amount.
On XX/XX/XXXX I logged into my online account at Ocwen and noted that my payment still not posted to my account.
On XX/XX/XXXX I received a Verification of Mortgage Account letter from Ocwen that I had requested showing the balance due on the loan was unchanged from the XX/XX/XXXX statement amount.
ON XX/XX/XXXX I issued a stop payment for the check that Ocwen had received on XX/XX/XXXXand then made two payments to Ocwen by XXXX XXXX XXXX totalling XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX the aforementioned amount was deducted from my personal checking account.
As of this writing my online Ocwen account still shows the same loan balance as stated on the XX/XX/XXXXstatement.
I feel that Ocwen is delaying processing my payment in order to continue charging higher per diem interest than would otherwise be due if my payment had been processed in a timely manner.

Complaint: Mortgage Loan was Modified XX/XX/2013.
{$200000.00} was Deferred until the end of the loans maturity date.
However, Debt Forgiveness was granted 1/4 of the deferred balance in each of the first 4 years.
Ocwen, the current servicer, has been contacted several times and they demand that the deferred amount will remain on the loan and will need to be paid at the end of the maturity date or upon a refinance. Ocwen even sent the Modification Agreement to me, which clearly states the Forgiveness on page 16 of the PDF, but they have never read past page the first paragraph. Ocwen is still putting me off and not addressing the situation. They say 2 more weeks to a month before they can review it. It's been going on for 3 years now. I've had enough.

Complaint: Ocwen, has been giving me nothing but the run around concerning my escrow account. I have changed my home owners insurance company to a much cheaper company and instead of me receiving a decrease in payment as expected, I received an increase. my loan payment went from XXXX to XXXX. I have called and spoken to numerous agents who have told me that I was being incorrectly charged twice for my escrow payments by accident and that they would be doing another analysis so that they can fix it. after the second one was completed it was still not fixed. I was told the I had an escrow shortage of over 3,000.00 which is totally incorrect. I have never been late on my mortgage payment. when I cancelled my old policy I was reimbursed by them but, I sent some of the money to them and based on my calculation I thought that the amount I sent them was correct. but, I was a little short so last year they went up on my mortgage by XXXX. I was told that starting in XXXX that I would see a decrease in my mortgage but instead of going down it went up for no apparent reason. I am requesting an investigation to ensure that they are not trying to steal from me.

Therefore, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX LOST ITS INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT PROPRTY and its right to foreclosure by violating its own PSA.GIVING BOTH THE HOMEOWNER AND THE XXXX investor cause of action for fraud.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating my home insurance was canceled because my property was vacant. On XX/XX/2018 I called XXXX XXXX and asked them about the notice. They informed me that they had received a letter from Ocwen, my mortgage company, letting them know my property was vacant. I immediately called Ocwen escrow department and they said that it was a mistake and that they had already sent a letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and sent them a check for my home insurance. I asked them to explain how they made that mistake? I asked them to explain what circumstance would constitute them to send a letter to my insurance company stating that my property is vacant. They just kept apologizing and stating that they had taken care of it and that they had sent a letter to XXXX XXXX. I explained to them that I was asking because approximately 2 years ago they had sent the same letter to XXXX my previous insurance provider who canceled my home insurance. With XXXX I gave Ocwen their fax number asked them to fax them the letter stating that they had made a mistake and the property was not vacant. Ocwen repeatedly said they sent the letter and XXXX repeatedly said they did not receive the letter. Eventually, I just decide to look for new insurance and called XXXX XXXX. And now it is happening again.
I called XXXX XXXX and told them that Ocwen said they had made a mistake and had sent them a letter and the check. XXXX XXXX has been awesome and for now have reinstated my home insurance. However, I was informed by the XXXX agent that it is a process to get this issue cleared up as it is being handled by the XXXX XXXX underwriting department. Last I spoke to the agent she said that the underwriting department of state farm would send me a letter once the issue is resolved. I am worried I will have to find new insurance company based on my previous experience with XXXX and Ocwen.

Complaint: The only borrower for a loan died - his estate ( being handled by his step-son ) is trying to sell this home through a short sale because the loan payoff exceeds the value for the home.
The loan servicer, Ocwen, is demanding that the executor assumes the loan to proceed with a short sale. Why would someone, who is not legally liable for a delinquent loan which exceeds the value of the underlying asset, assume it? This is bad!
