Complaint: original complaint # XXXX was against Ocwen/XXXX.Closed. Never resolved or finalized. Denied they were XXXX XXXX. XXXX, 2017 XXXX XXXX foreclosed. Committed several infractions. Sent all communication and suit papers to XXXX XXXX, XXXX who was not my attorney, Day after sale padlocked house while I was out of town. Title and monies were not even transferred to XXXX XXXX. XXXX confiscate all my furniture, goods etc. I 've made several attempts to contact XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX to no avail.They illegally seized my property, attached fees and insurance costs to the lien. They provided no Ejectment notice, No eviction notice, No statutory redemption offer and No court order to vacate. All my belongings valued over {$7000.00} are due and payable now. Please forward to : XXXX XXXX Deputy Assistant Director Office of Legislative Affairs Consumer Financial Protection Bureau who is aware of the dilemma and corresponding with Senator XXXX XXXX 's office. Complaint: We were shocked last week to have XX/XX/XXXX mortgage payment returned with letter saying we should contact them to receive the reinstatement amount. After reading this I called them and they were closed. I then reactivated my online information to try to go see what is happening. Have n't received anything from Ocwen to know there was a problem. Then could hardly breathe while screenshotting the account activity. It shows that all payments were received and returned since XX/XX/XXXX, almost a year! This is the first time I received a returned payment. Where are the other 10 returned payments? Why did they get returned? Was insurance even paid? All this time I had no idea, why? We are sending them and where are they now??? The letter has my parents old address, was returned and Ocwen placed in a handwritten envelope. Then resent to my correct address which is the property address. * I used to have important mail sent to my parents address, my dad passed away 4 years ago, mom moved out and requested for mail to go to the property address again. On XX/XX/XXXX : -The bank said that they were n't cashed. We are able to cancel/reissue. -The Post Office is looking into this but said highly unlikely that would happen that many times-they must not have really returned them AND the mail would have been returned to sender. -We checked with the homeowner of my parents old address-he has n't been receiving them. This is so scary, I feel scared and defeated by them once again. I 'm lost at how to figure this out. Nothing to my property address, no phone call-those things have n't changed. I 'm shocked that there is n't anyone coming to our house to collect?! For a year! Years back they told me that I needed to pay a huge amount because I fell behind. They inflated the amounts and I had to pay up because they said it was too late to do loan modification. Hindsight, they were probably being dishonest. We made the arrangements and paid to have everything good again. Now this. And during that period there were letters notifying us. I told my entire family, some started looking online and found your company sued them for exactly the things I have went thru in the past. In addition, massive amounts of homeowners in the same situation with this company. I am just in a state of fear. I feel like if I called them, they will say another insane amount to steal from us. I 'm shocked that there is even a record of consistently receiving payments and returning them. I am completely overwhelmed and fear the worst. Since your company has faced them, I 'm hoping to learn what I can do to save our house. How to resolve this. Seems like they hope that people are going to be too scared and they will get their homes. Cant imagine losing our home after 20 years- our dogs are buried here. We are getting the payments canceled and reissued but I just do n't trust these guys-please help.

Complaint: My husband and I purchased this home that we currently live in almost 40 years ago. The original loan amount was {$64000.00}. Over the years and mortgage was transferred over to Ocwen without our consent. In the past 2 1/2 years alone my husband and I have paid over {$30000.00} in mortgage payments. However our total balance went from a XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX $ after {$30000.00} in mortgage payments. We have been home almost 40 years and the mortgage lender stated that our home will still not be paid off for another 20 years.During this entire process my husband and I have made the mortgage payment every month principal balance and interest rate and the Total amount owed continues to grow and snowball out of control.

Complaint: Ocwen complaint I can not get answers. Back on XXXX/XXXX/2017 I filled out an application for a Deed in Leiu, I was told not to make any payments during this process till the application gets processed and finalized.We initially wanted to vacate the premises the right way without a foreclosure. We do not get call backs from the company even thou they continue to send me emails ( which I have ) stating I have a conference call scheduled with the relationship manager. We have made several phone calls and all I am told is I am very sorry, in a language that can barely be understood because they outsource their customer service. I have read multiple complaints about this company online and they are all the same, no answer, no solutions, every excuse leads to problems regarding a lein on the home which is the excuse I was given ( yet I purchased the home with no history of a lein ) ..? Now they have reported to the credit Bueru that I am delinquent on my account and past due the full amount of the note {$79000.00} Which is ridiculous Because we stopped making payments when we were told not to pay anything! It should be illegal to run a business the way they do. Deceptive trade practices.

Complaint: OCWEN Loan Servicing LLC serviced my loan from XX/XX/XXXX until I sold the property to an individual ( not a bank ) in XX/XX/XXXX. Last week I applied for a new mortgage loan with both XXXX XXXX XXXX bank and XXXX XXXX XXXX and was declined by both due to a foreclosure reported on my first and second mortgages by OCWEN on XX/XX/XXXX. When the banks ran the application everything on my credit looked fine and I was pre-approved, but when the banks submitted the application into XXXX XXXX, that is where the incorrect foreclosure information was found. I made my mortgage payments when I was able and sometimes they were late, but my loans were NEVER foreclosed upon. I did receive some threatening letters from OCWEN at times when I made late payments, but I was never notified of a foreclosure process or served with any type of legal papers regarding a foreclosure. This information is completely false and I have requested that OCWEN have this false report removed immediately. I am still awaiting an answer from them if this will be done. Unfortunately since the false foreclosure is not showing on my credit report and only in the XXXX XXXX software, I am unable to dispute it with the credit bureaus. I have also accessed my entire payment history with OCWEN and compared to the information they reported to the credit bureaus and there are numerous payments that have been inaccurately reported. For your reference, I have attached a copy of my payment history with OCWEN, a copy of my credit reports with payments reported by OCWEN, as well as a spreadsheet with what I believe should be the correctly reflected for each month that I had a late payment. Please let me know if you will need any additional information to research. Thank you very much!

Complaint: I recently had a loan modification done with Ocwen and I mailed Ocwen money orders on two occasions one in XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$3800.00} as of today they refuse to post the payments to my account. When I spoke to Ocwen on XXXX XXXX 2018 the relationship manager told me that the might not be able to accept my XX/XX/XXXX payment because she is not sure if they are going to accept the {$3800.00} I have to wait on the loan modification team. Ocwen is very unprofessional in dealing with home owners mortgage and most of the time the reps all give you different answers to questions ask and also concerning your loan with them. This is very stressful for me not knowing what is going to happen with my home,

Complaint: I moved in to my rental due to finical problem found out later it was Identify theft. I started a home modification in XXXX. it took 5 months for the go-ahead. They kept asking for the same paperwork I gave in the beginning. I made the 3 payments in a row. All the while I was getting foreclosure notices ocwen said disregard there not valid. I got a few and called in not valid do n't worry. So the payment where done. I received the paper work upon receiving I was rushed hurry get them back. Upon ready there was a balloon payment of {$27000.00}. the loan started at XXXX paid for 13 years XXXX and financed XXXX just to have a balloon of XXXX. They tried to sneak in. I called in and it was interest on interest. I denied and was goanna refi only to find out it was foreclosed on in XXXX so the lender would not touch. So now I 'm about to be kicked out. And the Kicker is there to blame for the Identify theft. They let some one assign themselves as account manager XXXX on my loans and they switched it around so I did not have access to my own account got. I Finally got the account back and had it done again in XX/XX/XXXX I was at a loss of how someone not on the loan could do that. I had to fight to get the account only to be months behind. I had to fight to get on like they where not my loans

Complaint: before the XX/XX/XXXXdue date as well as the second payment was sent before the XX/XX/XXXX deadline. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX filed a mortgage foreclosure on XXXX XXXX XXXX Ocwen portryed they could assit me. Instead left me homeless and short on funds. Ocwen also retained Insurance proceeds which were due me for 4 years. They had just released the funds XX/XX/XXXX. Ocwen purchased XXXX XXXX back in XX/XX/XXXX. However XXXX XXXX XXXX initiated and completed foreclosure on XX/XX/XXXX. They also received a default judgement on XX/XX/XXXX. ( At his time I was in a XXXX XXXX XXXX and eventually XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). Ocwen Loan Servicing has also been repoting incorrect information to the credit beaureaus since XX/XX/XXXX until present. A I have never understood how Ocwen Loan Servicing could purchase my previous lender XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. was able to foreclose. This does not seem fraudlent to me. I am very interested in getting my home back to my ownership if at prayerfully possible. I have attached paperwork and cases

Ocwen is in willing to work with me to keep the my home that my father left to me upon his XXXX. I 've provided the Authorization, Power Of Attorney, and XXXX Certificate necessary for me to move forward with modifying the property. Ocwen is giving me incorrect information and saying they did n't receive the modification request and financials. I 've also been told by several customer Service Representatives what to fax and where to fax the required information. Please Help!!!!!
