Complaint: during the month of XX/XX/2019 I was employed at XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX I was given a XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX card which I pay roll was deposited onto.somehow I misplaced the card so I returned to work and explained the situation to my boss.he gave me a number to call inorder to receive a new card.now this is where I encountered problems.they would ask me my name along with a physical address and ssi number.then they would ask me when the money get deposited on to the account? I told them two depoists were made during the month of XX/XX/XXXX so why can't you look up my account to see what the amount was..and at point I would be a check was mailed on XX/XX/2019 please allow 10 business days inorder to receive the funds. the total amount is XXXX but as of XX/XX/2019 I haven't received a penny.

Complaint: This company utterly refuses to comply with the law regarding disputes for unauthorized purchases. I contacted this company initially on XX/XX/XXXX to advise of an unauthorized purchased through XXXX XXXX ... on XX/XX/XXXX I sent these people proof not only did I not make the purchase. They blocked my card on a weekend. And I spent two hours on the phone attempting to get a supervisor. These creeps have lied about the resolution date three times. Not only have I removed my payroll proceeds from the account. They keep charging me fees for an all but closed account. They lie over and over again about the date this matter is supposed to be closed. the initial resolution date was on XX/XX/XXXX they never responded to my inquiry then the date changed from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. Now they are just not responding to my inquiries, they have not refunded my money, and are tacking on a bunch of service fees. the only reason this account hasn't been closed is that they keep dragging this matter out while charging me fees for a closed account, so even if they refund me, they have assessed fees to ensure that I won't. This is the second request and complaint, which is the only reason they pretend to reach out. they know i want this account closed yet they continue to bill unauthorized fees

Complaint: To whom it may concern : My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX I went to the XX/XX/11 in XXXX XXXX to get my rent money off my Netspend card. I swiped my card and there was no money on the card. I then called Netspend and was told that they had never received it. I then called Ssi and was told that they had sent the money to Netspend. I called Netspend back and they said the money has not been posted. I then called my card and was told that my available balance was XXXX. I then called Netspend back and they said it was sent to another account. I then asked the lady if the money can be transferred to my account. She told me that it couldn't be. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me that my card had been cancelled and they would have to mail me another one. By the time I recieved the new card my check for the XXXX of XXXX had been deposited in that account my other check was in. I then tried to activate the new card and couldn't. I called Netspend back and they told me that they would have to mail me another one. By the time I recieved the new card it was XXXX the XXXX and another check was put in that account and I was still not able to activate it either. Now my landlord has put me out and I'm on the streets living in XXXX XXXX XXXX in a tent. I'm a XXXXyear old man have never lived in the streets. I have had all my things taken away from me tent and all. Everytime I called Netspend and asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. It was until XXXX the XXXX when I recieved a call from Netspend they asked me for my address I told them all I have is a mailing address they said give it to them and they would mail me a check. It was on XXXX the XXXX when I recieved a check for XXXX. I then called Netspend and asked where was the rest of my money. The other XXXX they said in the mail I didn't receive any more money until around XXXX the XXXX after I called Consumers financial services. One hour later I recieved a call from Netspend they asked me if I had a active Netspend card I said yes the lady asked for the numbers on the front of the cardi gave them to her she then put my XXXX on the card. She asked me to check the card and see if the money was available. I did and it was I then asked her what about my housing she then hung up on me.

Complaint: I opened a account up with this company back in XXXX. I attempted to use the card the same day and had Promblem 's. So i called this company and they told me that they are no longer able to assist me and they closed my account and told me that i should get a refund within 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks came and i didn't get a check. I called them again and they told me it was sent. Well 2 more weeks came, I still haven't got anything. I was calling from XXXX to XXXX. finally XXXX came and i filed a complaint with XXXX and someone from customer support stated they would give me a call and he did and he told me he would resolve this issue. So i waited and i still haven't received anything. So i said enough is enough i will file a law suit when i get funds. I been kicked out my home due to them not sending my money that i was suppose to pay my rent with. My kids and i was homeless and i take that as discrimination and hardship and everything else. I'm not gone give up until i get my money back. this issue needs to be resolved and they need to be stopped. They are a complete scam!
