Complaint: I was approved for a Business Line of Credit with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2019 and as a requirement to keep the BLOC active, there policy is that you have to open a business checking as well. So the banks policy is to use XXXX to check you consumer report with lexis nexis. Upon opening the account in XX/XX/2019 there was no freeze on or any other issues showing on LN. So on XX/XX/2019 I tried to cash a check against the BLOC at the bank and was informed that they couldn't because XXXX showed a frozen account with LN. I called them several times and they reported that the freeze takes 15 mins to be removed. Each time I called them back they said the system showed it was removed ... however after contacting XXXX, each time they said there was a consumer freeze. Enclosed you will find a copy of a letter I received from XXXX XXXX showing the freeze current as of XX/XX/2019. Also I'm including a series of emails of me requesting the freeze being removed and showing LN, admitting that there was an issue on their side and infact the freeze was still showing. This has been going on for a couple of months. This has placed financial strain on my company, because XXXX XXXX has closed my business checking account and refunded me the money I opened the account as well as closed my Business Line of Credit. I'm enclosing both emails to LN on removing the freeze ... one will show that I responded to LN that I will be filing a complaint against them and one shows me just recently requesting and update and again they repeated the same lie as in the past. Note on that email correspondence at the bottom, that they categorized it as closed. So what does that mean, closed. This mis handling of my account has caused me financial harm and weeks of wasted time trying to get this matter fixed. I want this matter resolved immeadiately, or we will be taking more serious measures. XXXX XXXX XXXX

Information is missing that should be on the report
Complaint: Credit ratings ( FICO Scores ) do NOT allow for those who have paid off mortgages, cars and continue to pay off charge cards monthly. This affects insurance costs daily! Adding additional debt should NOT be the way to get a better score. That's just the wrong answer. There should be some compensation in the credit score for those who are prompt with payments and who have had years of prompt paying. Credit for owing {$800000.00} in debt but having paid for it. Id like an answer from the Consumers Finance Protection Bureau on how many items connected to one 's FICO score can continue to increase consumer 's costs while their credit remains perfect. The WRONG answer is to ADD more debt. But that is what consumers must do to increase their score!
