Complaint: I have an court order eviction I've never knew about coming up on XXXX but it doesn't show on XXXX or XXXX, because I have XXXX XXXX I know exactly what is on there and I've rented many property 's since 2015 and never had a problem getting into a place and that's exactly why I never knew my old landlord was trying to file a property of possession against me .I need to get this disputed right away because I've been on a waiting list for 2 years or longer for an affordable housing apartment and I'm next on the waiting list for a 2 bedroom for me and myself and kids, this is why I found out that this eviction is on my credit report because they use XXXX to run credit and not XXXX or XXXX so this is the only reason why I now know about it .I have until monday to fix this and get it off my credit so I'm not skipped and be put back on the waiting list again .if you can please help me with this issue I would appreciate it very much.

Complaint: I received a new auto policy for the year XXXX-XXXX, In the new policy it stated that there were four items that address my new auto cost and why they increased my policy. first of all, I been with this company for over 15+ years. I started in XXXX California and moved to XXXX XXXX 3 1/2 years later. I never been late with my payments or anything else. But for some odd reasons This third party bureau has decided to report Old information, inaccurate information and false information to my Auto insurance company.
Secondly, I had spoken with LexisNexis consumer center several times in the past and future and told them orally and verbally that I would opt-out with there company and I placed a account freeze on my file. ( FCRA ). And they still provided information to " LexisNexis ''.

I requested some form a contract we verification on this 3rd party collection account that I have never done business with XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1200.00} I was informed federal law requires that credit bureaus provide mechanisms to ensure that each item on my credit report actually belongs to me. If the above items are inaccurate, misleading or incomplete you may have violated federal law. I don't know how many times I have to keep asking for the proper paperwork I have not received anything and its been longer than 30 days!!

Complaint: Lexis Nexis is giving insurance company false information about my driving record and claims. XXXX XXXX, XXXX and other insurance company has give me quote and reason perium is higher is because of Lexis Nexis false report stating I have violation. I have never had a violation. I ask Lexis Nexis to remove this incorrect information, I was told it was remove but every time I get a new quote the same incorrect information from Lexis Nexis. I call them again was put on hold and no one answered or when the did answer phone worker hang up phone. I have made a report to department of financial services case number XXXX. Department of financial services said the do not regulate Lexis Nexis and I show write them a letter. This is my last option. I have this problem more than 1 years now.

Complaint: CONSUMER # XXXX XX/XX/XXXX my wife reached out on my behalf to file a dispute with LexisNexis to have the NON-VERIFIED information regarding a dismissed bankruptcy that claimed to have taken place XX/XX/XXXX removed for false information. I'm in the process of rebuilding my credit to purchase a home and have a time limit to do so. The time limit for the information to be looked in is 40-60 days. The time is up for LexisNexis 's research and I'm requesting the information to be removed and provide me with an updated status on my LexisNexis report with the information showing " no bankruptcy being reported '' in the NON-VERIFIED section, not verified. Verified section has already been removed and I received documents on XX/XX/XXXX showing this. XX/XX/XXXX, I was told by a LexisNexis representative that the credit reporting department, which can only be reached by LexisNexis employees, is still working on the dispute after the allotted time has passed. LexisNexis has used the the whole time frame to do this and since they're not able to come up with any information proving their claim, they should not get further time to do so. I am crunched for time and should not be hassled nor hindered by false information being reported on their behalf. LexisNexis should let its customers know when disputing reported information that when they receive the updated report showing an item being deleted, that they are in fact portraying false information. It seems like LexisNexis is " blowing smoke '' in a consumers face to make it seem like they've corrected an issue when in reality there's a UN VERIFIED section that has to have a dispute placed in as well. A consumer would only find this out if they're actively watching their credit report and having the credit reporting agencies come back saying LexisNexis has verified the same information they claimed to have removed. Taking more time for the consumer to have the information deleted and putting more inconvenience on them. I've been going back and fourth with this company since XXXX, XXXX.

Complaint: There is a public record on my credit report that has to be deleted, the FCRA says that everything on my credit report needs to be 100 % accurate, and XXXX, XXXX and Lexis Nexis are breaking the law by reporting this in inaccurately. I know that Lexis Nexis is providing this information to the credit bureaus and not the bankruptcy court like they keep telling me. I disputed this bankruptcy before and it was ignored by these three companies. These credit bureaus are giving me a hard time and I am very upset at the fact that they think, they can just report whatever they want. I contacted the bankruptcy court and I asked if the courts shared or validated bankruptcy information with third parties and they said no, I requested this in writing and it was sent to me by mail. This public record is being reported in accurately because on my credit report it says that the bankruptcy court is the data furnisher for this and that is not true. I want this public record deleted from my credit report immediately.
