Complaint: Under FCRA I have the right to receive a copy of my file with 15 days of requesting said copy. On XX/XX/2019 LexisNexis Risk Solutions received my valid request for a copy of my report. After numerous requests both written and verbal they have yet to provide me with a copy of the report. They claim they mailed the report to my previous address. After I discovered that in a phone call with them they promised to investigate that error AND provide and send a new report to my correct address. That was on XX/XX/19. I was told today that report has still not been mailed to me making it over 30 days without a report. According to your website I have the right to my report within 15 days. Please investigate.

Complaint: Earlier this year I found out that I was a victim of identity theft. I notified the authorities, the FTC, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and also filed a claim with the CFPB in reference to the fraudulent accounts that had been applied for and reported to my credit profile. I have recently noticed additonal accounts that have been fraudulently applied for and that are reporting to my credit profile. I have also noticed additional attempts to obtain fraudulent accounts in the form of credit inquiries on my credit profile. I am extremely discouraged by this situation and feel helpless because some criminal has access to my personal information and at any time can use it to commit criminal activity. This activity has caused me anguish and torment, knowing that no matter the efforts I put into remedying this situation it can all be wiped away with another additional fraudulent act by this criminal.
