Which evidences that I made the pmts, also, sent the receipts to the Chase and requested to remove the Escrow Account. But Chase speeding the foreclosure without proper merit and causes, but by fraudulent the evidence and refused to remove the Escrow Account and falsfied my accounting to foreclose by illegal and immoral act.I received a loan mod via my lawyer at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX. But my payment returned cited that i need to pay $XXXX instead to cover my insurance and property tax, i refused to have Chase involving inmy personal financial business, and repeatedly told Chase Bank thatI will pay my own property tax and insurance. Chase threaten me thatif i don't pay the amount demanded, that my property will be up forforeclosure again. which my property was under the foreclosure sinceXXXX, when the Bank Bail Out, that Chase Bank insisted that i need todefault my monthly loan payment in order for a re-finance or loan-modI repeatedly requested. After 6 month, that Chase still refused toaccepting my requests. i finally had no option but defaulted my loanto allowed apply a loan-mod or re-finance. It was a national scam by the banks to wipe out the middle-class's properties cross the states.Every since our life down the spiral to the hell never returned. SoI was very scared when Chase Bank threaten to foreclosed my propertyagain. I started make Chase Bank demanded payment of $XXXX v. my original scheduled payment of $XXXX, which is $XXXX extra each month for total of 14 month from XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX and Total of $XXXX over payments. At the same time, i always asking Chase Bank removed the EscrowAccount which I never agreed to beginning with. Chase asked meput in writing, i did in XX/XX/XXXX, Chase acknowledged my letterbut refused to make any changes, even Chase made aware byI sent Chase the payment of my property taxes. XX/XX/XXXX I paid 1st property tax of $XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I paid 2nd property tax of $XXXX My insurance XXXX and I also, separately sent the insurance policy to Chase Bank:Policy number: XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX $XXXXPolicy number: XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX $XXXXSo Chase didn't pay my property tax and insurance butcharges me excessive extra $XXXX a month to cover the tax andinsurance they didn't pay. Chase refused remove my escrow account, and keeping asked me still paying the extra $XXXX amonth according to their agents, every single phone calls thati am in default to have my home foreclosed, that the paymentis not sufficient to cover the property tax and insurance, andfraudulent my monthly mortgage statements. On XX/XX/XXXX statement there were $XXXX pmt due on XX/XX/XXXX. Which i owe0. I continue making the proper monthly scheduled payment of $XXXXeach month from XX/XX/XXXX until present. However, Chase stopped cashed my check dated XX/XX/XXXX check #XXXX, and also, the check # XXXX for XX/XX/XXXX pmt also, not cashed. And starting threaten for foreclosure. When i called on XX/XX/XXXX accused them offrame me and purposed not cashed my checks. They transferred meto many agents that I was on the phone for the whole afternoon until XXXX rushed to Chase Local Bank made 3 pmts.Eventually the last agent told me that i need to make 3 month pmts, and allowed me pay in the local Chase bank this time. I immediately cut 3 Cashier's check of $XXXX each for total of $XXXX and flew to the Chase Branch Bank made the pmts. I starting make monthly loan payment faithfully as always, nevermissing one pmt ever, by knowing that i am targeted for the lucreequity of my home in California . That every bank tried to robHomeowner's highly yeast equity for illegal and immoral profiting.So i am extra alert not provides any vehicle for the Chase illegalforeclosed on me. But Chase has different agenda and motive as always, on XX/XX/XXXX i again first went to the Chase Local Bank making pmt, teller said they can't accept my pmt, I then called the customer service XXXXand was told that my home is up for foreclosure, or 1). I can make$XXXX of short pmt. 2). I Can pay off my loan. 3). i can pay outmy deferred principal balance of $XXXX V. statement statedamount of $XXXX. I answered that Chase set me up and framed me for illegal foreclose. And Chase didn't pay me tax and Insurance.Every agents I talk to always insisted that Chase paid my tax and insurance by lying. I asked provide the proof, they transferred me toChase Insurance Dept, and the agent can't fine any record, so he set a conference with XXXX agent name XXXX, XXXX and Chase agent was told that the insurance were paid by me, and also, immediately emailed me both the policies for XXXX and XXXX declarations. I also, asked proof of my tax pmts falsified claimed paid by Chase, they never provided me any proof. On XX/XX/XXXX I registered mail the XX/XX/XXXX pmt check #XXXX amount of $XXXX to: overnight payment: Chase, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Attn: XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KY XXXX.But the payment returned by Chase, and at the same time I receivedPOSTING at door registered mails, mailed, phone calls threaten for falsified foreclose from Chase, and was told that Chase is proceeding for the foreclosure.

MANY SMALL SHOPS / RESTAURANTS HAD POSSESSION OF OUR CARD, AND THE CARD WAS OUT OF OUR SIGHT MANY TIMES WHEN THE MERCHANTS BROUGHT IT TO CARD READER IN A DIFFERENT ROOM. CHASE CLAIMS THAT XXXX XXXX CHARGED $XXXX VIA THE NEW CHIP ON OUR CARD, THEREFORE, CHASE DECLINES OUR CLAIM ABOUT THIS UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION AS FRAUD. Complaint: I have 3 Chase Credit Cards: $XXXX (SLATE card ending in ...XXXX), $XXXX (XXXX card ending in ...XXXX), and $XXXX (XXXX card ending in ...XXXX), for a total of $XXXX. Chase Credit Card cancelled and forgave all debts of every credit card holder in XXXX, without any negative reporting of their credit. Not only is this unfair to all American Chase credit card holders, it is a violation of the U.S. Constitution 14th Amendment EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSE. American Chase credit card holders are being treated as second, if not third, rate customers because Chase Credit Card doesn't want to do business in Canada. I want my entire Chase credit card debt of $XXXX forgiven as well. Not only does this violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 USC sections 1692-1692p of the Consumer Credit Protection Act, Title VIII (Truth In Lending Act against extortionate credit transactions, because it is an abusive debt collection practice (who is paying for the forgiveness of ALL XXXX Chase credit card debt?; Americans will be charged an additional percentage, however, small, but they will still be charged), it is also abusive because it grants forgiveness of credit card debt of one segment of consumers over another and at expense of anotherXXXX-American Chase Credit Card consumers. This is not only extortionate, but misrepresentations, deceptions, and frauds upon other Chase Credit Card customers/ consumers. It is tantamount to unjust enrichment by Chase Credit Cards making a huge profit off of exorbitant and extortionate interest on high credit card balances of Americans. Obviously, based on the XXXX experience, there is no verified debt owed on Chase Credit Cards. All Chase Credit Card debt on Americans should also therefore be forgiven without penalty or negative reporting of credit ratings.Additionally, this is also a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 12 USC sections 1830-1831 and 15 USC section 1681, whereby anyone with excessive Chase Credit Card debt, or has Chase Credit Card debt payment problems or Chase Credit Card making negative reporting of missed payments by consumers is now being discriminated against in violation of these Credit Collection and Credit Reporting laws as well as the 14th Amendment EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSE. All Chase Credit Credit reporting should be ceased/stopped permanently for all Chase Credit Card holders/consumers otherwise this will constitute unfair billing practices since one set of consumers (XXXX) get forgiveness on all Chase credit card debt, while another set of consumers (Americans) cannot get forgiveness on Chase credit card debt, and will ultimately be forced to pay more in interest and fees to offset the XXXX forgiveness. As a result of this unfair practice of forgiveness for XXXX Chase customers, and as against American Chase customers for excessive debt or late payments, it will also constitute willful and negligent inaccuracies in credit reports if reported to credit agencies or anyone seeking a credit check. I would strongly request that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. District Attorney for the District of New Jersey and/or District of New York, and the New Jersey Division of Banking and Insurance (NJDOBI) and New Jersey Attorney General's Office (Consumer Fraud Division???) needs to immediately investigate this fraudulent, misrepresented, deceitful and criminal behavior by Chase Credit Card and pull their licenses to conduct banking and credit card business in ALL states in the United States.

The Chase dispute representative was advised that there was another transaction from New Balance of $XXXX from XX/XX/2019. The Chase dispute representative was informed of the other transaction, to clarify that credits that were issued for the XX/XX/2019 transaction $XXXX and $XXXX. Chase informed me that they would be issuing a permanent credit of $XXXX for the XX/XX/2019 transaction.On XX/XX/2019 I received a letter from Chase that stated I was being rebilled for credits that were issued; however, this calculation is incorrect. The dispute representative cited that two credits were issued; however, what they were not related to the XX/XX/2019 transaction, and were for the XX/XX/2019transaction returns.Chase rebilled my account two additional times for ($XXXX; $XXXX). I am disputing these amounts as they should not have been billed to my account. A refund of $XXXX would resolve this matter.

Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX. In XXXX I have been a victim of identity theft and it took several months for me to get an identity theft report and fix it with credit card companies. It was 16 years ago and Chase bank closed my accounts because of that matter. In XXXX I have applied for a credit card with Chase bank and they informed me that they will not approve me because they put my name in their black list and they don't want to do a business with me. In XXXX I have opened my business checking account with Chase and I am getting rental incomes to that account every month. Last month my banker advised me to apply for a business credit card account. They requested for a call and a representative from Chase asked me so many questions for about 30 minutes and I got finally approved for a credit card with Chase bank. I have started to use it and today I got a letter from them which says that they are closing my account for previous unsatisfactory relationship with Chase. I have called they and their representative informed me that he can not do anything and I am on their back list again. I have excellent credit history since XXXX and I have a lots of money in the same bank checking account for several years. They are not allow to put me in their black list because of that identity theft matter I had in a past. Please help me to fix this otherwise I have a to file a lawsuit against Chase bank.Your help is really appreciated.

I show many more available on the Chase site.Calling Chase is an excercise in futility. They are trained to obfuscate, intimidate and do nothing. They work hard to waste my time while continuing to ask inane questions. Bottom line. I need to KNOW what points are available and why I can't use them This is a CHASE problem. Created solely by their incompetency and dysfunction and compounded by their bloviating method of not dealing with THEIR PROBLEM. I am not on the Chase payroll and refuse to be further disrespected. This situation must be corrected by the perpetrator, not the victim. Compensation for the time wasted is requested in addition to the proper points.

Complaint: Chase is not servicing our loan according to FHA guidelines. They initiated foreclosure twice in 2018 during a federally-declared disaster that affected both our home and workplace. They have never had or attempted a face-to -face interview in pre-foreclosure as FHA requires and in July of this year refused to consider us for loan assistance, saying they did not receive the "initial" request in time. We filled out the rma sent to us via postal mail by XXXX XXXX, Executive office, along with a dr's letter showing end-stage XXXX XXXX. The rma sent by chase and this letter were faxed and sent via secure message on chase.com. We have an email saying it was received and being reviewed...and then XXXX XXXX we got a letter saying our initial request was not sent it time and we would not be considered for loan assistance. But that they were looking into postponing the sale. They said they were opening a "case" to look into it, but gave me no case number and finally after numerous phone calls, said there was no case filed and no one would be looking into it. The foreclosure is now in two days, and although the executive office has opened a case, we are being offered no other assistance or considered for any loan assistance. We were told there is a new "verbal interview" requirement but that Chase doesnt tell you that...you have to call to ask for the "re-application" department. I can find no record of this policy or department. But the loan escalation team said it is a requirement before they will act upon any loan assistance application? Chase is not servicing our loan according to FHA requirements, nor are they following the court orders the federal government cautioned and fined them for repeatedly. They are doing irreparable harm by refusing to consider this loan for assistance, and violating the terms of this FHA loan.

I was denied but the reason says it was because I do not already have a "Chase" card. I was denied but again the reason says it was because I do not already have a "Chase" card. This also makes no sense and I have an excellent credit rating 750+I am more than qualified based on my credit score, history, and income. Complaint: I traded in a lease for a new lease with XXXX XXXX FL. They paid off the balance of the lease in the trade in. Chase financed it in XX/XX/2019 . Chase financed the old lease and the new. The trade in balance $XXXX that was absorbed by XXXX and paid off. We have a XXXX balance due but yet chase still has it on my credit till today. we have taken all measures to clear this up including a letter from chase and XXXX stating there is no balace due. With over 30 calls to both institutions and sending the letters to credit agency they responded that Chase is responsible for the reporting. This is negatively effecting my credit rating and must be cleared immediately.
