Complaint: Benefit Claim Number: XXXX-XXXX On XX/XX/2019 I received a denial letter for lost luggage reimbursement claim # XXXX-XXXX. The denial reason for the claim states that the carrier was not notified immediately following the loss as required, under the lost luggage program.The Chase Credit Card Benefit Guide clearly states “Please note that failure to provide a claim notice within twenty (20) days will not invalidate or reduce any otherwise valid claim if notice is given as soon as is reasonably possible”. This requirement was met as well. This claim was unreasonably denied in bad faith to avoid making payment for an eligible claim under the Chase Credit Card Benefits policy.

Complaint: Chase operates a service called "XXXX XXXX" and sends out monthly updates to members. On XX/XX/2019, I received an update with my name incorrectly spelled. I contacted the bank on XX/XX/2019 and requested that they correct my name. There was no response. On XX/XX/2019, I received another update with the incorrect name. I contacted the bank on XX/XX/XXXX and again requested that they correct my name. There was no response. On XX/XX/2019, I received another update with the incorrect name. I contacted the bank on XX/XX/XXXX and again I requested a correction. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a small card in the mail which stated simply "We are sorry for your recent customer service experience". I thought they finally made the change, but no - on XX/XX/2019, I received another incorrect update and on XX/XX/2019, I received another incorrect update. The bank is NOT paying attention to a customer request and this is not acceptable.
