Complaint: I received a bonus check from work XX/XX/2013 for {$280.00}. Right after I opened the check I received a phone call from the collection agency stating that they would settle right now with a money order for the amount of {$280.00}. I went to the Bank, cashed the check, went to the Post Office and mailed it to them that same day. It was paid and has not been on my credit report. Since then I have purchased two properties and two vehicles and have a credit score of close to 800. This is ridiculous for this matter that has been paid 5 years ago to come up again after I paid it.

Complaint: My new Chase card came with an offer. Spend $ XXXX within 3 months of account opening and we'll give you XXXX bonus points. Chase sent my card to a PO Box , even knowing that a PO Box would get bounced back in the mail. So I called and gave them my physical address. But they sent it to the PO Box again. So it never made it to me. So I called again, gave them my address, and they sent it to the PO Box AGAIN! At least, this time they used XXXX and it made it there. So 3 times to the wrong address, and a month and a half later, I have my card. I was told by customer service they can take a look at extending that introductory offer window. They said marketing will take a look at it and give you a decision in 7-10 business days. A month later, no answer. I call, and the customer service rep re-escalates. Here we are, again 10 business days later, and still no answer. They haven't lived up to their end of the deal, why should I pay my balance? But what is my recourse?

Complaint: I had a computer hacker in my system at the time I accessed my bank account with Chase. They send a payment to a person named XXXX XXXX {$1100.00} using XXXX XXXX. I have no knowledge of this person it was a case of computer fraud, where the hacker was mirroring my IP address. I reported the case immediately to Chase bank, originally they gave me a credit, but they just reverse the credit saying the investigation found out it was the same login and IP address as I used. Well this is what I have been reporting. I would like Chase to reverse the transfer as it is a bank fraud Thanks XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
