Complaint: I called the bank due to unauthorized charges from a XXXX service since XX/XX/2018. Chase bank was only willing to refund me XXXX charges since XXXX till XXXX when in reality most of the charges happened in XXXX. There was about {$120.00} that was charged on my card in one day and their l fraud department failed to do the investigation work to refund me the unauthorized charges. When I told the representative why she didnt go back 60days from today she said thats not how it works. When I asked her if I can file a different claim she said no. Basically unwilling to work with me and gave me attitude for something that was not my fault.

Complaint: I received a Chase XXXX XXXX XXXX flyer in the mail with an offer stating to opt in to their email subscription and you will receive XXXX points after 3 months of remaining opted in and another XXXX points after remaining opted in for the full XXXXmonths. The offer I received in the mail stated you must sign up by XX/XX/XXXX. I signed up XX/XX/XXXX and have an email verification. I have remained subscribed to the email subscription since XX/XX/XXXX. I should have already received my first XXXX points, but after calling customer support I am being advised that leadership has reviewed my case and stated that I did not complete the required steps. However, they are unable to tell me what part of the deal I did not follow through with which is completely unacceptable. I need a clear and preside description of what part of the deal I didnt fulfill. This is their error

Complaint: Had an issue with my escrow increasing over the passed 2 or 3 years. This is the XXXX time I have filed a complaint about my escrow. After talking to my mortgage company, Chase Mortgage, it was explained to me that my escrow had increase the last year by {$700.00} and {$700.00} the year before that a total for {$1400.00} in two years and that was a very huge increase even for the year or the last 2 years and I would have to call my Insurance company, XXXX XXXX to find out why. After talking to XXXX XXXX, all they could tell me is that it had increase due to inflation and nation wide disasters such as fires in California, earthquakes, etc. Ok, first off I live in Kentucky, no where near any wild fires from California. She said she was just giving examples but I told her that I am in KY and not in California. Asked her if California is in the United States, she replied yes, I then asked her is KY in the United States, she then said yes. I said ok that means what you just told me is natural disasters that happen in California effect my insurance rate all the way in KY. I am so sick and tired of dealing with this XXXX! To be honest I have a lot of stuff wrong with the house as it is that I don't have the money nor the time to fix its not even funny. But here I am paying {$1300.00} a month for a house that's falling apart and wont sell for what I still owe. I might take one step forward trying to do an update on the house by replacing the back doors because they are rotted and falling apart, but right after that 5 more things fall apart right in front of me! It is pretty much impossible to try to sell my house because no one wants to deal with buying a house with a ton of damages. I will probably die before I can even get it all fixed. Its not even worth trying to buy a house unless you win the lottery and you just out right buy a house instead of making payments to a mortgage company. My XXXX XXXX XXXX # is XXXX

Complaint: Hello, I have experienced fraud in my Chase Checking account. On XX/XX/2019 a transaction of {$1800.00} transferred from my account through the XXXX money transfer system on XXXX. The amount was sent to someone named XXXX XXXX. I do not know who that is and I did not authorize that payment. I have filed a dispute claim to XXXX 's fraud team but they have denied it by saying according to their investigation, they can not prove fraud. But they are not taking into account the fact that another fraudulent tried to go through right after that transaction for the amount of {$1900.00}. For that amount, XXXX sent me an alert asking if I authorized it and since I had not, I denied it. XXXX refused to see that similar amounts were tried to be taken out within the same time frame and being sent to people with similar names. All money transfers I do on my account are to family members. You can clearly see that on my account. Also, I have been a member for over a decade now. If they were to analyze my account holistically then they could see that I have been on good terms with Chase all these years. On top of this fraudulent activity on Chase 's account, I have had other instances that have led me to believe my identity has been compromised. I have closed a lot of my accounts and placed fraud alerts on everything and froze my credit. I am terrified that another hack is going to happen that is going to compromise my identity further. But when I am telling all this to Chase 's fraud team they are refusing to listen at all. They keep repeating the same line that they have investigated and they can't prove that this is fraud. They are refusing to see it holistically or even to hear about my struggle. I don't know what else to do. This incident shows that there is a deficiency in Chase 's systems and also in the XXXX Payment system. Unfortunately, they are not giving this a thought at all. If this happened to me and Chase is not willing to investigate it further then they are giving power to the thieves who are getting away with stealing money from hard working Americans. As one of the leading financial institutions, Chase should be doing more to listen to the customers and their plight rather than training their employees to just repeat what's on their screen. Please help me understand what I should do next to get my money back and how to put those thieves behind bars.

Complaint: I have a loan with JPMORGAN CHASE BANK. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX, XXXX and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK with no successful resolution. XXXX and XXXX only reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late.
