Complaint: This is an official grievance against JPMorgan Chase & Co. situated in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX. This company has continuously disregarded my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and has resulted in me much unwanted financial AND mental distress. For starters, they're reporting a flawed & unverifiable account on my credit document and in addition an account in which I've called for substantiation of claim and in which they have not been able to present, per the FCRA. Regardless of my goals to resolve this unpleasant nightmare for a number of months now, JPMorgan Chase & Co has entirely ignored my interactions and legal submissions to delete this incorrect information from my credit document. I am well aware of the many, various other issues filed towards this company for their illegal and shady business. Below is the account I had Disputed earlier : CHASE CARD, Account # XXXX, Date Opened XX/XX/2014. Yet still, in some way, this company is still in business. This company 's unprofessional & negligent habits has made lots of extreme harm, not only to my ability to establish credit & good interest rates, but also to my persona as a Professional and as a person. Please help me, and the countless other consumers just like me, to put a stop to the performance of these dishonest & immoral business techniques asap. I genuinely respect your time and service in this matter and hope to hear from you very soon. I am attaching the relevant document as proof and my small claims form ready to file a court case against them should they fail to comply

Complaint: Deposited settlement check from former employer for approximately {$40000.00} a large amount so not unexpectedly a hold of 3 days was placed. On day funds were to be avail ( today ) I get a new email saying five more days ate needed. I called and told Chase Bank could not confirm check hence an additional hold. I asked if anything I can do, like contact the company who signed the check a, which is Fortune 500 company, and therefore shouldnt be hard to validate check. I wonder if hold is due to my XXXX? I have been a member of Chase for at least 2 years and NOT A New Customers. Why the hold up and changing reasons??? Is Chase not comfortable with an XXXX XXXX trying to deposit their hard earned paychecks!!!! Im upset!! Complaint: I opened a new checking and savings account with Chase. I tried to deposit money from my old account, but Chase canceled the deposit and locked my account 3 times. They are doing this to avoid paying the signup bonus and charging me low balance fees. I have been to a branch to complete this transaction and was told that they could not make the deposit. I have called in where at one point they expected me to give my social security number over a conference call. They refuse to unlock my account.

Complaint: I tried to log into chase from a new device, but put in the wrong username. They locked me out as " suspicious ''. They had some phone numbers to call on the site. All numbers are inactive/defunct ( XXXX-XXXX-XXXX ( XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX ) ; TTY support : XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX TTY support : XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX ). I called them through the number on my credit card and there was no option to talk to a person. Somehow, I got a person, and was on hold for 30 minutes. They transferred me to 4 other people, and each put me on hold for 10+ minutes. All asked personal questions. Last person wanted to text my old phone ( which I no longer have ) a confirmation message. When it was made clear that that number wouldn't work, they told me there was nothing they can do to unlock my account, and that I had to " find a banker '' to do it for me.

Problem with customer service
Complaint: Date/Time of event : Tuesday, XX/XX/2019. Approx. XXXX XXXX Tried to access my credit card account with JPMorganChase online. Site responded that it did not recognize the computer I was using and needed to send a temporary code to validate the computer ( same computer I've been using to access site for almost 5 years ). Went though the notification routine multiple times first trying to initiate an email to my email address multiple times -- no email with temporary code ever received. Then went to telephone option to initiate call with temporary code. No callback with code ever received. Tried this numerous times with same result -- nothing. Clearly a problem with the system that generates and/or sends the codes to customers in this situation. Called customer service who indicated they could send me a text message with the temporary code. I told them I only have a landline and not a cellphone to receive a text message so they would have to send me the code someone other way -- like email -- or by sharing code with me on the phone ( the very landline and presumably they have caller ID to validate I was calling from the same number ). They said they could not do this, but that I could go to a JPMC branch ( many, many miles away and I only have an online credit card account with JPMC ). To all this I replied that they were making their system problems my problem and were preventing me from accessing my account. I indicated this would be against the terms of the account and that I wanted to speak with their General Counsel 's office, to which they replied they could not provide a bank attorney to speak to but I could always contact my own attorney. I reconfirmed that we were being recorded so the tape could be pulled if necessary, then told them I would report it to CFPB instead and that they had extremely poor customer service. I suggested that if their CEO XXXX XXXX knew the facts of the situation and how their customer service responded so illogically to a customer, he would not be happy and invited them to share the tape with him ( expletives and all ) As of XXXX XXXX ET, I still do not have online access to my credit card account at JPMC.

Because I book another flight and and flew out one day earlier. So basically XXXX of my money that I have to pay the credit card company back is going. Complaint: Multiple large online transactions ranging from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. Total amount of unauthorized transactions : {$12000.00}. Filed fraud claim with Chase Bank as soon as I noticed these charges. Chase credited my account as they investigated for almost 3 months, then ( according to my bank statement ) on XX/XX/XXXX decided that I am responsible for these charges, and later sent me a letter notifying me that these unauthorized transactions were valid because I received benefit from these transactions???? Around mid XX/XX/XXXX, finally getting the chance to call chase about my claim denial and asking them to reopen my case, I asked the Chase associate what documents I need to provide for my claim, and they said to file a police report and reach out to the merchant. After doing so, with no help from the charging merchant who says theyre a third party merchant and can not reveal who the actual merchant is or what products or services were purchased, I filed a police report with my local police and submitted the summary report I received to Chase. Eventually Chase sent me a letter saying they believe the charges are valid and will reissue the charges to my account, and if I had any questions, I could call the number listed to the Senior Fraud XXXX XXXX XXXX. After calling the number, the XXXX said because the company had all my information, it is difficult for me to prove I did not make these charges and that there is basically nothing I can do. They did not provide me with information on what products or services were purchased/provided, nor could they tell me anything about the charging merchant ( only that they had my information such as name, email, phone number, etc ) and they want ME to PROVE I did not make these FRAUDULENT ONLINE transactions???? I filed a police report, I contacted the charging merchant who would not give me any information about anything, and now Im stuck with over {$12000.00} of credit card charges that I didnt do!!!!

Complaint: Made a purchase from Amazon XXXX XX/XX/18 for $ XXXX..Chase Bank..Fax # XXXX.Product arrived missing a part and tried to work with amazon just for the part ... after days of written correspondence with amazon staff that could hardly speak English.. ( I have Copys of Everything ) it was determined I Had to return the whole Product ... Which I did and Amazon confirmed..Amazon said it would have to conduct an investigation . after delay after delay, I called Chase and the Staff recommended I file a Dispute Immediately..Which I did. Soon after Amazon confirmed receipt of the return and issued a refund.My Chase account Balance returned to {$0.00}. Reflected in 2 statements.A month or 2 went buy and I got a Statement with A balance of {$160.00}. When I called Chase ... They said Amazon Had re posted the {$140.00} now {$160.00} charge noting they had not received the return ... This was Amazons ONLY argument.I let Chase Know I had my XXXX Tracking Data an Confirmation and receipt dated XX/XX/18 which I promptly faxed to Chase and they confirmed Receipt. After being passed around for Days by Chase..I get a letter saying they Had Sided with Amazon. After more wasted Phone calls to Chase..So after almost half a YEAR ... .Here I am.
