Complaint: I made a purchase of {$740.00} on XX/XX/19 through XXXX using their Chase XXXX XXXX card. The item was tagged on the website as being eligible for 0 % APR for 18 months @ {$41.00} per month if I used the XXXX card, which I did. After the item arrived I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to verify the promotional APR, since it was not showing on the Chase on-line banking site for the XXXX XXXX card. I was told by XXXX rep XXXX that it was eligible, but that the promotions were handled by Chase. I then called Chase and spoke with XXXX who confirmed the 0 % APR and said that my payments of {$41.00} would be reflected on my XX/XX/XXXX statement. However, when we got the statement that was not the case. I called Chase on XX/XX/XXXX and was told by XXXX that they would listen to the recording of the XX/XX/XXXX call and get back to me. Yesterday, XX/XX/19, they called back and informed me that " yes, XXXX had said that, but he was wrong and you will not get the promotional APR. '' I then spent two hours on the phone with XXXX and Chase trying to get this resolved. Each of them says it is the other 's responsibility, and no one at either company was able help me even though I talked to eight different people! Today, XX/XX/19, I spoke with XXXX, " a US Supervisor at XXXX, '' who told me " that they had numerous complaints about Chase not honoring these promotions, but that there was nothing XXXX could do for me. '' CFPB please help me! Thank you

Complaint: In XXXX, I was victim of deceptive phone scam and gave away {$10000.00} dollar worth of gift cards to the scammers. Credit card company said they cant do anything for me because I was the one to make those transactions. Could anybody help me get my money back? Or at least part of it? Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I was scammed by people claiming to be from the SSA. I filed a police report and also called Chase and XXXX XXXX to see what I could do. Every individual I spoke with had different answers as to what could be done so I called the chase fraud hotline, wire research team, dispute line, XXXX XXXX dispute line, etc.
I suspended the account in hopes that it would freeze the pending transaction leaving my account. I also tried to flag the wire transfer with XXXX XXXX.
XX/XX/XXXX XXXX I was at Chase and they informed me the money had already left. I provided them all the proof of the scam, phone records of the calls, text message conversations, fraudulent documentation from the scammer as well as my police claim. Chase attempted to freeze the amounts but were unable to without an investigation. They opened a claim for my internal funds transfer and they attempted to contact the wire team but were closed on the weekend. Chase also has to email me a hold harmless form so that the police can investigate my bank accounts for their case.
I went to XXXX XXXX and notified them in person. XXXX XXXX called their fraud department and informed me I had to get a wire recall initiated from chase which I could only do on Monday XXXX PST.
I then went to the police department to finish my formal interview. The report will he generated by XX/XX/XXXX or so.
XX/XX/XXXX I called at XXXX to request a wire recall with Chase. They opened the case and gave me a confirmation number.

Complaint: I am an employee of XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2019, I thought I was writing a company check drawn on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, for the purposes of purchasing an XXXX computer. I was directed through email to deliver the check to a Chase Branch and deposit it to account # XXXX.
On XX/XX/2019, it became quite clear that my email had been spoofed and during negotiations these instructions were inserted. I immediately called the XXXX XXXX, CA Police Department and filed case # XXXX.
XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had me sign an affidavit and tried to find anyone in Chase fraud department who would investigate and return the funds.
During the investigation both XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and and the PD stated the funds are still held by Chase.
I am holding copies of the spoofed email, invoice, deposit receipt, police report and insurance claim but can not find anyone at Chase who will investigate my claim and return the funds.
Chase finally gave me a claim # XXXX to which I have a received no follow up.
Please can someone explain why the funds can not be returned if they are still held by Chase?

1 ) Why doesn't CHASE tell me that this part of their website doesn't work BEFORE I fill out 4 pages of Q & A?
2 ) Why is CHASE.COM website dispute function not working for 2 weeks? How long has it not been working?
I complained about this on XX/XX/19 to XXXX XXXX and her supervisor XXXX and basically got told that those web functions are somebody else 's responsibility and I couldn't complain to them.

Complaint: 3 year lease expired. I contacted XXXX/Chase Credit to see how to go about concluding the lease, turning the vehicle in. They said car needs to be appraised. My dealer, XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX said to have the car inspected on my own so I know what needs to be done to the car if anything and I may be able to save some money by having things done myself rather than turning in the car blindly. I did have it inspected, a report was provided. The net result was replacing 3 tires on the car, which I did, new ones from XXXX. I faxed the receipt for the tires to Chase credit. I paid the {$300.00} or so fee to retire the lease, as well. I concluded my part of this process in total. I continue to get calls from Chase in this regard, every week, several times a week and have the same discussion with them. It is as though their left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I told them I will not spend/waste any more time talking about this issue and I would be filing a complaint against them in this regard. A simple call to XXXX at the dealership would verify the tires were replaced. My XXXX fax out to them was a success per the app so I know they received it. Please stop the hassle as my next approach will be to sue them. Thank you.

You never received your bill or did not know a payment was due
Complaint: I recently got a Chase Amazon credit card back in XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I realized that I still had not received ANY paper work including an invoice from Chase Amazon card services. I contacted them on XXXX. I spoke with a representative who apologized and deducted the {$25.00} late fee that was applied to my account. She informed me that my account was in good standing and that I should see my XXXX Statement soon with the payment being due on the XXXX of every month.
On XX/XX/2019 I tried to make a purchase at a car service business and my card was declined. I called Chase Amazon Card Customer Service and spoke with the manager- XXXX XXXX She told me my card was declined due to non-payment. I explained to her that I had never received a statement or anything from them and could not make the payment until I did because it was a new account and I had never made a payment with them before. She basically told me Chase couldn't do anything about my Non-payment status and until the payment was received it would be declined.
This is absurd, considering it is of no fault of my own that the payment was not received. I explained to her that if they had my correct address which they are confident they do, then I would have received my invoice just like I received my card initially. I don't feel like the non-payment status is my fault and I feel like I am being punished for their mistake. I am seriously considering closing this account and opening a new account with a better company. I am not happy.
