Complaint: I deposited a {$3500.00} check from my client via my mobile on XX/XX/19, which was returned for some reason. I contacted my client and he asked me to deposit it again. I called Chase and they told me to re-deposit the check. I tried to do it via mobile again, but the application instructed me to do it through ATM or Chase bank. I followed the instruction and re-deposited the check at ATM on XX/XX/19. Soon after I noticed that the deposit was put on hold. I called Chase and their rep told me that the bank was verifying availability of funds, and the amount would be available in a few days. I left for vacation and did not have any further communication with Chase regarding this matter. On XX/XX/XXXX I opened my mail ; there was a letter from Chase stating that they removed {$3500.00} deposit as a duplicate. I immediately called the bank and tried to get an explanation. I emailed a complaint, after which on XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from representative XXXX. According to him I 'was not supposed to re-deposit the original check '. I was supposed to wait for an 'official check ' from Chase. I asked why nobody had mentioned that before, as I've spoken with several reps regarding this matter, he could only apologize. To my question 'where was the official check ', he could not find any explanation other than it was probably lost in the mail. He could 'reissue ' the check but it would take 5-7 business days as there was no way to expedite it. I have decided to file this complaint as the information provided by Chase representatives is inconsistent and lacking clear communication. I have attached the most recent letter from Chase which does not mention any 'official check ' that was mailed to me.

Complaint: I closed my chase checking account XXXX because my account security was not respected. I set up a personal password which chase had to verify every time I called in. Needless to say many times the password was not asked and I believe my account was accessed by non authorized persons who knew my social and address. Time and time again Chas lied. I have a case open with them and they wont tell me if Im entitled to the findings in writing. The wont answer the question and keep lying. Please investigate. These are questions that i a entitled to pose and they are required to know, yet they simply say they dont know. I have spoken with the executive team and they are negligent and incompetent. I was told last month that all my calls would be listened to, however, they only listed XXXX XXXX. They keep lying.

Complaint: i am sorry to use cfpb for this. i want value my relationship with chase. i received 2 notices recently indicating perhaps there is a change with apr in my cards. i hope not. I called and could not get a straight answer they should not be more than 17 percent apr and typically i dont pay interest but i need this clarified. Also i am asking for a favor i had to buy another car on card ending XXXX i chose my cchase cards i could have chosen any pleasse note i will ask for my interest back. this would mean a lot. it will take me a while to pay it. just due to hard times. thank you and please clarify the aprs on all my cards they did not go up please i am unclear. thank you for valuing me as i do you also have been unable to sign up at credit journey as well

Complaint: I owe around {$10000.00} to Chase, and am in a debt resolution program with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I provided Chase the number to XXXX XXXX XXXX, and was told not to have any further contact with Chase representatives, as XXXX representatives would handle it. As of Friday, XX/XX/XXXX I have been receiving calls from XXXX XXXX, formerly known as XXXX XXXX XXXX. They are a credit collections company used by Chase. On Friday I received 2 calls, on both XXXX and XXXX I received one call, and today on XXXX I have received three calls. One of these calls was a call to my office asking to speak to me, however I was in a meeting. The man who called was very aggressive to my boss who answered. I checked with a lawyer and learned that repeated calls on the same day and calling my work are illegal practices. Calling my place of work puts my job at risk. As stated before, I have provided the number for XXXX XXXX XXXX, whom they are supposed to be working with.

Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/2019, my Chase Sapphire Credit Card received a charge in the amount of {$360.00} from XXXX, which I did not authorize. On XXXX/XXXX/2019, I immediately opened a dispute in the local Chase branch. At that time, Chase gave me a temporary credit for the charge. A few days later I canceled the card to refrain from my credit card being charged again fraudulently. However, on XXXX/XXXX/19, the unauthorized charge reappeared on my card again. In addition, on XXXX/XXXX/2019, I received a letter from Chase ( written XXXX/XXXX/2019 ) advising that they received verification of the charge. Yet, it was a fraudulent charge that I did not authorize. Therefore, it is impossible for their verification to be accurate, and I should not be held responsible for the charge. Chase has closed the dispute and rebilled the charge amount of {$360.00} to my card plus interest. I am not happy with the way this matter has been handled. As a result, I do not appreciate the security measures that Chase offers in protecting my account from unauthorized usage.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I made a debit card transaction at XXXX 'XXXX with my chase business debit card. I realized that it would cause my account to be overrated so I went to my wifes bank and withdrew {$100.00} cash. I then went to my local chase atm to deposit it. The cut off time in my city, XXXX XXXX, is XXXX and it was close to 8. I made the deposit and the atm sit back one of the {$20.00} Bill 's. Then after I reinserted it, chose my receipt option the atm saidfinalizing deposit for at least 30 seconds, then spit out my receipt which showed a positive balance of {$19.00}. Today, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX I checked my account on the app. I saw 3 overdraft charges of {$34.00} each, and my cash deposit showing as pending. Looking closer the albertsons charge was charged an overdraft fee as well as a auto payment transaction of {$7.00} ( which they charged an overdraft fee on and another auto payment of {$23.00} ( which also incurred an overdraft fee ) so.i.called the business account service number and spoke to a representative who said my deposit was at XXXX and that deposits have to be before XXXX. I tried to argue that there was a delay in the atm finalizing and that they have always said previously 'by 8 ' which in my opinion XXXX is 'by 8 ' Unfortunately the rep talked over me and seemed to have a language barrier in u uderstanding whati was saying. I asked for her to waive the fees and she refused. I asked why the 2 charges that were posted after XXXX were not subject to the XXXX cutoff and was told the merchant finalized so the funds were removed ... which really dudnt answer my question. After that call I called and asked for a supervisor. He was of little help. He stood by the 'before 8 ' cut off, didnt care that the atm had paused significantl, said that my cash deposit, that was still showing as pending over 24 hours after it was made, was made after the cutoff so it was a Saturday transaction and Saturday is a non business day.. yet usingthat logic the 2 transaction that were not posted to my account at XXXX when my deposit was made had posted an funded eventhough they should be considered Saturday transactions also in my opinion. He kept saying they were transactions from XX/XX/XXXX ... but the fact remains they were not posted until mb after the cutoff and that the first fee caused both of those transactions to incur overdraft fees ... so my argument is that it is bit right to use the cutoff to charge me a fee then that fee causes 2 transactions that weren't posted by the cutoff to both incur fees. The supervisor was rude and did finally credit {$68.00} of the {$100.00} back to my account ... but I really feel that the full amount should have been credited. My receipt for the deposit shows a positive balance and they say that deposit was made after the cutoff so.it makes no sense to me how his all transpired.

I been banking with chase for over 10 years, yet I have applied for two credit cards with chase and they have denied me. they wont give me a good reason why or attempt to resolve the matter. I feel i am getting discriminated either because i am old or XXXX. there is no good reason why they should deny me a credit card but they do it. i need some help here. thank you

Complaint: Visa bill chase card services due XXXX XX/XX/2019. Certified check drawn on account at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Virginia on XXXX XX/XX/2019 and mailed on the XXXX of XXXX.On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice from Chase card services that the certified check was returned to XXXX XXXX. Upon checking with my credit union no check was returned. My branch manager made contact with an account superviser at Chase and after a substantial amount of time it was revealed that a number reader at Chase missed a number, the check was not returned it was destroyed by Chase.My credit union can not re-issue another check for 90 days. We are talking about XXXX I want my money back and Chase should be held accountable.
